Service was terrible. I am a longtime Zuma fan but this brunch experience has me looking for other options.

Favorite brunch in Miami! Although the minimum price is $95 per person, it is very worth it. The bottomless mimosas are amazing and the food is very high quality.

We came to visit Miami for the weekend. We had the sampling menu for a table of 6. It was fabulous! We had a great evening. It was loud in the restaurant but felt it was part of the vibe.
I would definitely recommend this to a friend.

He ido en varias ocasiones y perfecto
Pero este día todo muy mal.
Y también me hicieron doble cargo en mi tarjeta.
Lamentable.
Atentamente

Nice ambience, great view if you get a table outdoors, too noisy if your table is indoors. Obviously a "hip"place, with plenty of beautiful people. Food is good but not worth the high prices. Worthwhile to go once, but the place I'd go back to.

This was the worst customer service I have ever received. I was actually really looking forward to going here since most the reviews were amazing, but unfortunately I can't give a good review. We ordered a bottle of wine and they hardly ever came back to refill it. The waiter finally came over and told us they forgot to put one of our orders in and it was going to be a while, didn't offer anything for the mess up. The food was not bad but I would never go back because of the AWFUL service. I would not recommend, not worth it.

We haven't been to Zuma for a few years, and we forgot how good it is. This time we did the tasting menu for $99 each. This includes a vast array of seafood and non-seafood small dishes, each of which is a tasting delight. Zuma is very expensive, but there's not question about the quality.

Horrible service. We’ve dined here before, and other “highly rated” places - but never dealt with such poor service. While waiting an hour for our table - they sent numerous people to our party to tell us “don’t use opentable because we save bad tables like Lounge/bar or outside” and then after arguing for an hour, we finally got our table and the terrible night continued.

The food was ok, spicy tuna roll was good, but the risotto rice was too strong, and other dishes failed as well.

The ambiance is good with stylish people, but the bumbling staff marred that experience.

I cannot recommend Zuma at all

We have eaten at 3 Michelin Restaurants and the quality of food and service at Zuma is comparable. A great experience.

Underachieving, expensive for it’s Worth and disappointing.
I went to Zuma for the first time on may2017. My first impression was fantastic, so when we visited Miami again we returned without hesitating, what a mistake!
We ordered the premium tasting menu. Everything was average and plain except the grilled scallops which I have to say were outstanding.
In between the $150+tax menu we were gutted to find: fried squid rings, green salad and so on. From the nearly 10 plates, maybe two of those were worth the money.
Mushroom and truffle risotto OK
Grilled scallops OK

SUSHI WISE, we got 2 nigiri (yellowtail and salmon) and three sashimi tuna, red snapper and yellowtail average and plain (the cuts were uneven and one of the pieces had a little string of meat hanging out).
A disappointing experience compared to my memories. DON’T expect too much... If you do go, DON’T ORDER THE TASTING MENU, A TOTAL SCAM!
