   Their $160 per person omakase was the worst I ever experienced. Very heavy on fried shellfish at the start : it felt like the goal was to try to make us feel as full as possible and minimize the use of seasonal fresh fish to the bare minimum. Definitly nothing authentic here. A lot of show off decoration to compensate for the lack of what a customer could expect. When pointed out to waiter and manager, the only explanation provided was that it was “their version of an omakase” where food was coming in random order from 3 separate kitchens and chefs… at this price and with the use of this loaded traditional Japanese term, I feel it was a scam to receive food in random order and with the vast majority of what was served not being the result of a chef selecting dishes in an order that make sense and constructed to offer an experience of fresh and seasonal products. An outrageously expensive show off leading to a serious disappointment. Zuma is an entertainment cash machine, a fake of what I appreciate in Japanese cuisine.

   The food, ambience and service were all EXCELLENT ! One of my all time favorite meals. All the servers were friendly and knowledgeable. However, it was probably the most expensive dinner I’ve ever eaten. $$$$$ If you want to treat yourself, then this is your place!!

   Mmm.. didn’t love the Brunch.. Zuma is well know for its quality food and amazing service. Well not sure but here in Miami or at least for brunch was way to basic and for the price you should get way better service and food quality. Pretty standard. Not a good Brunch option.

    This restaurant was amazing. We came here on a Friday night and it was packed. Service was fast and we tried so many things on the menu and not one disappointed. Every dish was delicious. The staff is so kind and we had a great time. We definitely will be back. 10 out of 10.

    Zuma has never been cheap, but food used to be super good. Now, prices vs food is just not worth it. Extremely expensive for what you get. Too pretentious. Definitely not my type of restaurant anymore.

    Nice place Tasty food Nice cocktails but half of the glass was filled with ice, for the price they charge shouldn’t do that. Ambience was ok, we sat outdoor, if you mind privacy like I do you won’t like this place too much because the tables are very close to each other.

    Service was terrible at the beginning. We waited more than 15 minutes before a waiter aproached after I had to walk to the entrance to ask for a waiter. After that they actually did what they could to treat us nicely and fast. Food is just average. Nothing extraordinary. Not bad but average. Our expectations were much higher. I think is too pricey for the actual food.

    Quality has gone down big time. Used to be my favorite restaurant in Miami but won’t be going back. The cod was very fishy. They didn’t ask where we’d like to sit inside or out when I had a reservation a month in advanced. Over priced for basic food. Meh

    This was my favorite restaurant for many years but it seems that they changed the menu and got rid of a lot of amazing food that made Zuma special. For example, they changed the recipe for the soft shell crab which was one of my favorite things to eat there - now it was hard and over spiced - couldn’t even taste the crab, just hard, over fried shell with too many spices. The whole thing was over priced and not good. It’s sad, they need their old chef back.

    Zuma is Zuma …. All food is Fantastic . I think the taste of the Tomatoes and Eggplant was way to flat (the veggies could have much better aroma and fresh taste) But for the rest all perfect

    The brunch is excellent! Very good food, a lot of quality and variety, also everything has a good taste, not one single thing has an issue! Very good price for what is offered! Very nice environment and very good service! Only negative point is that it took 30 minutes to sit even with a reservation, and the car takes forever! Beef teriyaki, salmon tacos, truffled chicken, wagyu guioza are among the best dishes!
