Amazing food, fresh sushi! Excellent service!
Quality sushimi and the best chicken ever. Dessert was delicious panna cotta. Great table/view/and one of the very best kitchens in Miami. Sophisticated but primarily exotic & healthy cooking. Service was also excellent.
Manager, Adam, was completely unprofessional and is not ready to be in the hospitality industry.
All else was great
I know this sounds a little off the usual review, but got stood up for date and I would have had a little better time but the reservation showed only one person when it was 2 before. So just a comment if ur a hostess that would make people in my situation feel better if it wasn’t changed. Other than that I would recommend going and definitely plan 1-2 days in advance to get the seating you want but even 4 hours before reservation and I got good seating overall besides my misfortunes 9/10 !
Amazing!!! The best birthday dinner ever!! The food was top quality!! I’ve never tasted food better than Zuma!
Amazing food and our server was excellent. We asked for his opinion between two cocktails and he was able to give such great detail about his recommendation. It turned out to be one of the best cocktails I’ve ever had.
Amazing food, amazing service by Joshua.
The only minus - line cook with a phone.
Awesome service. Delicious food
We started with a couple of cocktails. The Japanese Penicillin was excellent and I liked the Writings on the Wall too. For our Miami Spice appetizers, we started with salmon tartare and octopus. We loved the salmon tartare with rice chips. Though the flavor of the octopus was excellent, I was surprised that it was very chewy. The Chef's maki was excellent particularly the spicy yellowtail. Our entrees were very disappointing, following the server's recommendation we ordered the tiger prawn and the ribs. Unfortunately, both were overcooked and a bit tough. The miso caramel cake for dessert was fantastic. Overall, the food and preparation was a bit of a roller coaster. The excellent service we received was a saving grace for the meal. It's a decent place to eat though the low tables placed close to others and loud music aren't really my vibe.
Great taster menu with lots of variety and delicious foods! Even for those that don’t eat all raw foods, everyone loved everything. The dresser is insane!
A little bit crowded but not as tight as the Zuma in Vegas as far as table spacing. The cocktails are AMAZING.
Giving it 4 starts because 2 of the 3 couples had their credit cards double charged, which is weird for Zuma.
Understanding that it’s September in Miami and not everyone is on their game. We have frequented Zuma many times. Usually reasonably consistent, but this visit was not.
Waiters, servers, area managers kept bumping our chairs. Even moved the table. Really!
Food was unusually pedestrian. Cod and shrimp dumplings were fishy. Baby chicken salty and mushy. And no more ribs. This is not a bad review. Just an ok review. Lots of other great restaurants in Miami. This one just moved lower on our list. Valet was even a bit overwhelmed.
Always great and specially the kindness of the reception and the service. We were served by Ashton who was extremely kind and professional.
Probably the worst Zuma experience!!
I tend not to get to hung up on these things but sometimes when your paying a premium and you get a McDonald’s service a few words need to be said!
We booked a table in advance but they put us on the sushi bar, anyone who knows Zuma knows the Sushi bar is where they put people who can’t get a table!
Secondly the service was terrible, they served the white rice after the mains, i mean wow that’s special service rite there!
Overall just a terrible service, definitely not recommending this to anyone I know and certainly the last time I go to Zuma Miami.
Spice menu is great. Food delicious. Two issues; server was cleaning table while one person still eating ( nothing like a moist towel to spoil a meal); $6 for an iced tea is a lot, but another $6 for a refill unconscionable!!
They said that because I made the reservation through open table the only seating available was at the sushi bar. If I wanted a regular table I had to wait 45 minutes
One of the best values imo during Miami Spice: perfect proportions from starters to dessert that didn't leave me feeling cheated or overly stuffed. Fantastic flavors on everything we ordered.
Food was great and service outstanding, our waiter Gianny went beyond our expectations! Definitely highly recommended
Regretfully the expectations were greater than reality with regards to the space. Seemed to me more like a very high end cafeteria than a high end restaurant. Tables do not look high end and our table wobbled. Octopus was so chewy I didn't eat half of it. The rest of the food including tempura chilean bass and vegetables, was good but not outstanding. Regardless, though can't expect in Miami a One Michelin Star Restaurant, it was a fairly nice experience and most likely will try it again.
Great service but atmosphere could be so much better. Too bright and not as exclusive and chic as Zuma in NYC and Dubai.
Very cold inside the rest. Service 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼
This restaurant used to be great (it was my go-to for every occasion). Sadly, in recent years the quality of food deteriorated dramatically. Favorite dishes are no longer on the menu and the existing ones don't taste as they used too. It seems like they have a new team with a new chef at the helm and that might be the cause of the unfortunate change.
We enjoyed a wonderful evening at Zuma. Tina, our waitress, was excellent and made the experience all the more enjoyable.
Excellent food. I love that they make even a simple dish taste incredible! Thank you
Terrific food. Good service. Valet parking is very slow. Big turn off for going to this restaurant
Always an amazing experience.
Locale molto chiassoso. Molta fretta di servirti per liberare il tavolo , cibo buono ma servizio deludente
Wonderful dining experience!
One of my favorite restaurants in Miami. The food is always spectacular and the restaurant is always fun to be in
It was our anniversary and they wrote on the plate and presented it very nicely!
Always kept at a high standard. Never fails to please. Beautiful place with good food and fantastic drink options.
Miami spice is a perfect option for biz meal
Wonderful. Waiter was on point. Very helpful. Sitting outside was nice
Best Miami Spice menu ever. Also one of the best restaurants overall in the area, any time. Not just a “once a year “ Spice treat. The food, service and ambiance are always great. Nice vibe without being pretentious, relaxed without being sloppy. Serving the food at center table encourages camaraderie and sharing. And generally the food is light, relying on good cooking and spicing rather than fat to make the flavors. You leave feeling good, not stuffed like a goose.
It was great. Really good food. Place is cute and cozy. Service is fast
As long as your not super hungry and in a rush this place is very nice. The food just takes very very long to come to the table. My boyfriend and I visited on a Monday, so you wouldn't think the food should take very long to prepare, and we got the Miami Spice Menu with small portion sizes. The food was very delicious though, and our waiter was very nice. The table next to us also complained about the time and canceled their order all together. They do have my favorite drink here though, the Rose Petal Lychee Martini. The drinks are very good.
Avoid this restaurant! We went there with my boyfriend on Monday evening in August when there is no one in Miami and requested to be seated only outside. The hostess just ignored our preferences and sat us in a boring lounge inside. The service was too fast( at some point we thought they are trying to get rid of us as fast as possible), the food was good. When we asked for a bill, it arrived and my boyfriend was about to pay but then I have noticed this bill is too high and it’s not ours. When I said that to our waiter he played “stupid” like he didn’t know it’s not our bill. This was just disgusting, I am sure they do it often so be careful.
The food was amazing! But the restaurant is too noisy! We are near the bar. Despite asking for a nice table due to our 10 year anniversary, they just gave us one of the worst spots. A group of 6 are shouting and talk too loud our whole dinner. Impossible to talk. Spoke to the manager that apologized, but unfortunally this not helps, the experience was bad. Only thing we got was a waiter congratulation for the anniversary, so don’t expect them to offer any kindness or so for a special occasion.
