Best restaurant in Miami
We were at a table in the back room of the restaurant, when a manager, in a very inelegant and enormous arrogance, disrespectfully demanded our departure without explaining any reason. We are regular customers of Zuma on all our trips to Miami and also to other locations around the world. The event corroborates with the perception of my friends living in Miami that some professionals who work in this restaurant do not have the minimum posture and education expected for a world-famous restaurant. The people’s that stay with me are very influential people. Zuma's image is really scratched.
Zuma lost its shine at least this time. I was a huge fan of the restaurant but it clearly lost quality.
King crab was good, not great. Other dishes were very good. Loud ambiance, overpriced, long in the trendy tooth. Convenient if you re downtown which is the main reason I return when I have a tight schedule...would otherwise go elsewhere.
Reservation did not guarantee main room table, declined the table offered which was by the entrance and had to wait 20 m
Increíble. Los sabores y la calidad nos sorprendieron.
Excellent dining experience. Thanks Zuma for a great meal.
Quality all around. A bit on the pricier side but well worth it. Each dish is unique, full of flavour. Can truly say it was one of the best meals I’ve ever had! 👍🏻👍🏻
I enjoyed this place, food is perfect, staff is very friendly
18th Birthday for my daughter
The food delicious but after we spend more $500 dollars in the bill they rush us to finish because they have and other people waiting.
Zuma is a place that makes you feel good..The restaurant is beautiful ..The chairs are beyond comfortable..The service was perfect and the food was to die for!!!! We had a great time people watching. IT is a really fun evening with an upbeat atmosphere and we are actually going back with 8 friends..Everything we ordered was delicious..and beautifully plated..Its a winner but you all know that ..!!!!
Best lunch spot
Businessman’s lunch is the best!!
Validation of parking
Excellent: nice location in down-town, valet parking, excellent staff and delicious food, not cheap but worth it!
Comida pretenciosa. No acorde al precio. Por lo menos la atencion es buena.
Muy bueno. Muy caro.
The buffet is not what it used to be...
Been many times but first time for brunch. Stellar experience. See you again next time I’m in Miami!
Good Restaurant. tasty food..a bit expensive..but worth it for special ocassion. The issue is location , accessibility and parking. This restaurant would be better served in a more open location. Unless you know the area it's hard to find and traffic is always horrendous . Have to give yourself an hour in advance!
Expected more for the money!
Meilleur fusion de miami, Bonne ambiance, nourriture génial, si vous en avez les moyens faites vous plaisir !
Ps wagyu somptueux
Beyond awful service.
Great meal. Wonderful service. Consistently excellent.
Tardaron 1 hora en darnos l mesa y otra en tomar la orden
Lento el sevicio todo a destiempo
We often come to Zuma, but this time everything went terrible. The service was extremely disorganized: a waiter brought us a dish, we started eating it, and after a couple of minutes it was taken away from our table without any justification. We sat down at 8:45 and the last dish was brought to us at 11:00, deserts excluded. The plates were brought 30 minutes apart, which means we all ate separately and without the company of our friends. When we complained to the manager, all he could tell us was that that was the way the restaurant worked, and that everything should have been put in the middle, and should not have been ordered separately. I believe this is unacceptable and disrespectful, especially because the table in front of us sat 30 minutes after us and received the food way before us. No discount was given to us, but 2 deserts were put on the house. Hopefully they will improve their service and something like that will not happen again.
This was our family’s 4th time dining at Zuma. It was and is always fantastic. We know up front it is going to be very expensive and just go with it. It is something special we do for ourselves once a year. Every single dish is amazing. There was nothing we didn’t like. We always sit outside by the water - I don’t like the lighting/atmosphere inside although the bar scene is pretty fun. The mushroom/truffle/rice hot pot dish is just TDF. We get it every time and I wish it were bottomless - it is just so darn good!!! Some people really dress up for the experience but, being Miami, you will definitely see people more casually dressed. Valet is expensive - there are public parking garages in the vicinity and I suggest one plan to use those as the valet also takes forever to collect your car. We are going to try to new(ish) Zuma in Boston tonight for a birthday celebration and hope it lives up to our experience in Miami and NYC.
Always such good food and the best service! If you sit outside there’s great atmosphere but also inside.
Stylisch, great service, friendly. Japanese Fusion menu. Loved everything from the Robata and the tempura. The sashimi and rolls were ok but not spectacular. Would go there again.
Amazing food!! Small plates, great for sharing and trying everything!
As a family, we have been to Zuma several times in the last 7 years. We have come repeatedly because the atmosphere and the food always pleased us. However, our last visit was very disappointing. We booked early, so, as a family with 2 small children, we would not disturb late diners. Our designated table was no longer inside; we were given the last table outside in the adjacent patio, far from the things we like in the restaurant. Therefore, service was poor, the whole atmosphere that usually drove us to Zuma was gone, the food suddenly became uninteresting and we felt outcast from all the good Zuma experience. As a regular customer, we'll definitely review our restaurant priorities and possibly never come back to this one.
Was stuck in table bar area. Food average but overpriced. We had a person in our party who is allergic to hot peppers. Twice food brought to us with peppers. For a high end place there is NO attention to client services. So many otherrestaurants that offers better food, service, and ambiance. Zuma is so overrated
Amazing food with perfect atmosphere
It was a fantastic the experience, we loved!!!
Service, food and atmosphere was top notch at Zuma. Our waitress, Karina, was very attentive and sweet. She made sure that our glasses were continuously filled and that our table was cleared between courses. Great restaurant and I look forward to returning soon!
Never a Bad experience when come through those doors.,
We usually go to Zuma every couple of months for special dates or occasions. The food is always good and the service is as well. This time, we noticed the service is definitely not what it used to be. They delivered food and drinks too late, some hot food was cold, and actually took away an unfinished drink. We tried to call our waiter over and he just didn’t pay attention. Perhaps it was a busy night or the waiter is new and needs more training but this trip to Zuma really disappointed.
