ITS VERY EXPENSIVE RESTAURANT COMPARE TO OTHER AND BETTER RESTAURANTS
A little slow service and the noise was so loud but other than that it was amazing
Service was outstanding from host, doorman to waiter
However, food were so so. Alot of Japanese food were not available and price are in the high side
Host service great. Waiter service poor. Food: not what it once was. Bar: great
No one offered anything
Server was horrible
Music too loud
One of the best meals I have ever eaten! Amazing!
I have been to Zuma before. Never again. The food was awful.
Thought we were having lunch Saturday because I knew the brunch was pricy and we had a dinner that night, but when we got there... it was the champagne brunch. Didn’t stop us... today was the day our lives changed. That brunch was epic. Omg. Everything from the roasted lobster to the sushi, to the cooked items and desert. Oh , and the 6 glasses of champagne. Fantastic!
Perfecto como siempre
Wonderful tasting menu. BEST service. GREAT wine. 👍👌😁
Fantastic ambience and wonderful quality sushi. Highlights were the octopus, urchin, fatty tuna, and giant prawn. Prices were extremely high as expected for Miami, but the food was good enough to warrant. Giant prawn was approx a foot long and the tuna with hot peppers was fantastic. Add in a spicy margarita and a few we’ll drinks and the night was premo!
The table they gave us even after doing a reservation was at the lounge in stead of the restaurant. Very uncomfortable and small. Arrogant service, food is just ok and expensive. Do not recommend it
Was too cold inside...
What a great night!
Great food, great dishes with perfect taste. Good and friendly service.
As usual in us restaurants the room temperature like in a fridge
Too noisy. The sound system is overwhelming. They should rethink the placement of the speakers and the music genres. The music shouts at your aging ears. Valet parking is slooow...
Otherwise, we enjoyed the restaurant, despite the noise. Decor is spectacular. Employeeswere very warm and friendly.
I will certainly be there again for the great meal and the incredibly professional and caring service.
i love zuma , but this is my first time in zuma miami i really loved it , thank you zuma for the lovely honeymoon dinner and the amazing cake
Over priced rice
This restaurant does deliver a high quality of fresh ingredients that is very very good. I was impressed as usual. The lobster miso soup while pricey was exceptional in flavor being both spicy and creamy at the same time. Their regular miso soup is a bit smaller but makes a little more sense in value. The Crudo is good however a little bit fishy which I did not expect. Both sushi rolls were really fresh. However I did like the yellowtail roll much better. The steak surpassed the salmon in flavor. However both were very good and the salmon was perfectly cooked. I went for my birthday and I ordered their specials which was a molten chocolate cake which was very overpriced at $17. However it was very tasty with caramel center. Overall a very good restaurant and I do believe it’s prices match the area that it’s in.
Comida sensacional. Bien servida el ambiente increible
As always the food did not disappoint. The service was very good. Our server gave us many suggestions during our experience and we actually went with some of those suggestions and were happy that we did! The acoustics were a bit off in the restaurant but the music was great. I would recommend adding some absorbable material to help minimize the distorted sounds. Can’t wait to come back for brunch!
Good. But really noisy and value for money, I hace seen better
We dined with friends we had not seen all summer and needed a chance to talk, ie, to hear each other, so we requested a table on the terrace by the river, where we have dined before. The terrace was closed. The noise level inside was deafening between the echoing voices and the music. We were led to table in a back corner--still too noisy, then the maitre d' offered the wine room and we settled there and asked that the music be turned off. It was. We had a very good dinner, but the room had filled up so at last we were allowed to have dessert on the terrace.
And as for service; our friends had to get up from the table to serve the bottle of wine they had ordered.
Very expensive, but the food is memorable.
This was the first time in my entire life that I have ever been ignored after being seated at my table. After about 20 minutes we asked a passing worker if we had a server. Even after we were sent a server it seemed like we had a variety of people trying to get our food order. It was extremely inconsistent and some of the items we ordered never arrived. We did not complain but it was clear that they dropped the ball. The did provide a free edemame and an appetizer. I probably won’t go back.
It’s at least the 4th time I go to Zuma brunch and I always love it! Just missing the oysters they used to have and the truffle on the mushroom rice... apart from that 5 stars!
The quality of the food is outstanding and the bellinis were just perfect!
Everything perfect but prices.
Amazing experience. The omakase menu is the way to go.
This restaurant does not live up to its reputation in my opinion. Ambiance and location is amazing, and the bartenders are great and knowledgeable. Unfortunately that did not carry over to the table. The waiter was pleasant but did nothing to mark our night as special or the plates either. I didn't feel like the staff knew much about the plates. Also, the pricing is probably adequate for the quality of food but with a less than ideal waitstaff and overall dining experience there is no value.
Zuma is definitely worth going to - if only to see and enjoy. The food is very good, but not necessarily out of this world, but the price is...Anyhow, good for once at least. Luckily, there are lots of other great restaurants in Miami that are at least as good, but more reasonable. Some are just around the corner from Zuma.
This was the third time my husband and I have eaten at Zuma and, as always, it was fabulous. The food is fantastic and the service is very good. I felt that on this visit the music wasn’t as loud and blaring, which is definitely a plus for me.
Great service, Great food, we definitely will go back!
The food was amazing as always at Zuma but we were unfortunately made to wait 30 min longer for our table...-and when we finally got to our table we were placed next to a very loud group of people (super loud). The service at the table was excellent though. To make up for our long wait, we were given 2 glasses of “champagne” (Prosecco or similar - definitely not champagne). The overall experience was good though.
The place is good, but its overpriced and worst of all the cost of parking is 10% after you have paid for a dinner, I think is an abuse
Love the place but doubt it I will comeback, there are other sushi places. This expirience was just over rated
My husband birthday
Our waiter: Yosee, was fantastic!the food he recommended, the speed of service, the smile, the attention were all part of the experience! congratulations!
Always a very nice experience
