Zuma Japanese Restaurant - Miami
the menu is comprehensive and alluring. dishes are authentic but not traditional with bold, intense flavors and an emphasis on simple presentation acquired through quality ingredients. izakaya style means that dishes are designed to be shared at the table.

Great food as usual
Going back again and again
Service seemed stressed, talking about the menu items very fast. Not an intimate experience for us.
Ambiance does not provide a special setting, rather cold and generic
Food was excellent and witty. Loved every bite.
Was perfect !
Excellent food, good service but not great. They bring the food as each plate becomes ready. An order of a side dish of grilled asparagus came ten minutes after we had finished everything else. I prefer to eat my main dish along with my side dishes at the same time. I would recommend it for a one time experience, but I doubt I'll go back.
Jay was a professional and informative waiter. Thank you for a great dinner. Thumbs up for the himachi negiri sushi
very great food! experience is tailored to people who like to share foods which is great when you want to try a little of everyrhing
Atendimento 🔝 Franciesco e gregori
one of the best places i ever visited ... Loved everything about this place
Buen ambiente , lugar elegante y excelente servicio
Been there a number of times over the years and while I’ve always enjoyed it. It has not become the value it used to be. The drinks were good, but small for the price. Food was very good, but not as outstanding as it used to be. Service was also very good, but not superior. The parking was very disappointing as far as price, but maybe I’m out of touch.
The chopsticks sets on the table were greasy. When I tried to wipe them, the paint , brown stains came off. So I asked for forks and disposable chopsticks. But the feel of it was not clean and not very pleasant.
Excellent server, did a great job explaining the menu
The tempura is excellent, uses clean oil to fry. The brunch is excellent and worth the price, wide selection of sushi, sashimi, hot dishes.
Overall is very good
Impressive presentation of high quality food. Impeccable service. Went out of his wife to recreate a smoked whiskey cocktail that is long off the menu.
Subtle but joyous presentation of the dessert platter to celebrate a birthday
We loved it. It was a very beautiful place to have dinner the food was delicious
The people working there are probably the worst in the business, they should get better service staff
The food was great, but the noise level is unbearable
I love the wine but the wine list was very expensive to much money for a wine
Fabulous time, service was great a d we loved the food. We went with the Premium chefs menu and were very happy
The hosts are terrible. They treated us with arrogance and disdain. Also, when we finished the meal and were waiting for the check they rushed us out, basically kicked us out to seat another party. Honestly it does not matter how good the food is, your client experience is terrible. Will not be coming back
I never give reviews but the fact that 2 minutes after paying the bill. $675 for 3 people, we were asked to leave while still had wine in glasses. Might have been rudest thing I’ve experienced in any restaurant and I am a regular at Zuma. Most likely won’t be going back.
Delicious fresh fish!!We loved it all. Pricey but worth it for a special occasion.
Had a reservation at 11pm- I had to ask for the table at 11:20
Zuma was amazing! We had the best meal there! Cesar helped us out and was so friendly! He made our meal fabulous! Thank you Cesar!
Restaurant is excellent, but the dock master needs to be replaced.
Parking is always a problem. The attendants are clueless.
book reservation at 10pm - wasn’t seated until 10:50pm , ridiculous!!
Great cocktails to start, flavorful dishes small size appetizers so count on ordering more especially they have a good variety to choose from & share. Our server David was attentive and pleasant. It was a fun evening
Enjoyed dinner. Calimari, dumplings, sushi rolls all good. Wine server came up with a great Sauvignon blanc. Merry Woods. Will repeat.
Great experience! Tasting menu is unique and outstanding! Specialty Cocktails were great. Cold Saki selection that Dan our waiter chose was delish! Entire wait staff was welcoming and informative about what they were serving us off the tasting menu. Dan definitely set the tone for a great evening. One of the best meals and nicest experiences we've had anywhere in the world.
La comida es absoluta
The scene in Miami! Anybody who is anybody is there. Hot hot hot. And the food was divine!!
Excellent Dinner .... I like the menu list and the wine list is superb .....
The food was very tasty and creative! Ambiance is romantic so I would suggest going for a date or with a small group of friends.
