Zuma Japanese Restaurant - Miami
the menu is comprehensive and alluring. dishes are authentic but not traditional with bold, intense flavors and an emphasis on simple presentation acquired through quality ingredients. izakaya style means that dishes are designed to be shared at the table.

Amazing experience!!!!
The service was impeccable. The food was of high quality. The fish is always very fresh!!!
Zuma has been around a long time now.
Always packed, layout is odd, service is
spotty and if you’re inside the noise is
bothersome. The food was good, however,
they need a refresh. The cache it had when it opened is not there anymore.
The experience of Seasonal Menu is amazing. Incredible food in a very energetic ambiance. Service is excellent and staff is cordial. The price, however, is a bit over the edge. USD 610 for a 2-persons dinner is really good expensive considering we had 2 glasses (not bottles) of wine.
Price is going up and quality going down. Have been there many times and noticed this trend in the last couple of dinners.
Awesome meal. Waiter pushed family style and it was a good call to try all of the different dishes. The drinks were great, though a little small. Lychee martinis! Yum. And the sparkling sake was delicious. We really enjoyed our meal and the atmosphere. We started with one waiter. He was great. Then they switched us to another waiter, who was totally MIA. We asked to be switched back to the first waiter and then the service got back on track. I would definitely go back to Zuma when I'm back in Miami.
Always a good vibe
Horrible service. We made reservations a month ago and we were not given a table inside and we were sat in an outside patio with a. Horrible view behind the restaurant with no music. They told us that OpenTable reservations were not final and that we needed to call to confirm our table. Hostess was extreme rude. What a shame.
Over priced. Not worth the hype. Plastic/fake/shallow ambiance. Ridiculously small portions.
Sat outside and it was perfect. The 4 course Valentine’s Day dinner was amazing. Chef and staff were great.
Delicious quick lunch on Valentines Day. It was very busy, but worth the wait with no reservation.
Sensationelles japanisches Essen
It was a birthday .. and they charge you for the little cake , it was very nice though
Very bad service
All great as always 1
wonderful as usual! great food great wine selection!
Rather not.
Excelente restaurante la comida japonesa espectacular un sabor de todo como pocos en el Mundo.
This was our second time dining at Zuma and the food was better than ever. We sat outside which greatly improved our overall experience from last time when we were seated near the bar. Our server was on point and attentive, the manager friendly and aware and Yoshi was a delight. We can’t rave about this place enough!
Overcharge dispute. Order forgotten ate the calamari as a dessert. For a party of four, automatic 20% gratitude was charged. Kept bringing soft drinks as refill without asking, then charge each refill. Very very misleading. Check your bill before you pay.
Best restaurant in Miami!
Delicious food, good service and great ambience
No se respeta el horario de las reservas
Host was very accommodating. Waiter was efficient.
To pay for valet parking is an insult especially waiting 15 to 20 minutes to have vehicle retrieved.
It still as one of the top Japanese restaurant in the Brickell area.
Do not go to this restaurant. The people that work here are amazingly rude. From the moment we checked in all the hostesses were unfriendly and snooty. They told us our table was not ready and they had no idea when it would be ready. We waited 1 hour past our reservation for our table. They told us that we would be in the main dining room. But after waiting for over an hour even with our reservation they told us that we would no longer have a table in the main dining room. They sat us at the lounge area which had the most uncomfortable chairs. We asked them to Comp us one of our meals since they screwed up our reservation so badly. The manager actually said that they would not do that and if we did not pay they would call the police. We were in shock at how incredibly rude they were. I will also say that while we waited for our reservation we went to get a drink at the bar. The bar tender let us wait 15 minutes before serving us and did not even acknowledge that he would get to us. Unbelievably bad service.
I just can’t reiterate enough that you should not go here. The food was nothing special as well and expensive.
The food is too expensive and wasn’t something special. You could eat much better in other restaurants in Miami and it was so noisy that we couldn’t even talk to each other. Not a good place to eat and enjoy the evening
Excellent food and service with a lot of energy and good vibes.
Much too noisy. Difficult to have a conversation.
Food is excellent. Service is slow and lacks attention.
Great place for a special evening with your wife or significant other.
Good food and great waitress Tina. Hostesses have an unjustified attitude that isn't found in the flagship in Knightsbridge, London. Pity. Let's the side down.
ZUMA
Our favourite meal thus far in Miami
Boujee from the people to cocktails, Absolutely a Full House, Perfectly Presented Food, Expensive Cocktails, Wine & Menu but, enjoyed every sip and bite of it ...minus waiting 50 minutes for our reservation.
@zumamiami .
.
What to order:
Cocktails:
Rikka and tonic
Roku gin, grapefruit, grapefruit bitters and yuzu tonic
Gyu no tataki to truffle
Sliced seared beef with pickled daikon and fresh truffle dressing
Pirikara hamachi maki
Spicy yellowtail roll with serrano pepper and wasabi mayo
As well as the chefs maki. (We didn't love the octopus sashimi)
Bottle of Wine: I can't recall the name but the last Chardonnay listed in their wine menu and it was amazing ($80)
.
Our server was brilliant.
Food wasn’t as good as we’ve had in other Zuma’s.
We were seated outside so lacked a bit of atmosphere. Was better inside.
Waiters was rude and aggressive, they push everybody in their way without warning. I was hit in my head few times by a waiter serving people next to me. I was doing reservation ahead for a table and they sat me down on the sushi bar. The place is too noisy with e really bad lighting that ruins the atmosphere
I don’t know what happen i used to love Zuma. The service was terrible. The food was over cooked.
The good came too slow and the table was given an hour late
The food continues to be excellent but the tables near the bar are way too noise, hard to keep a conversation.
Drinks were not good at all, done in a rush, Mojito didn't even have mint, caipiroska made with lemon juice
Good service
I have been to Zuma many times since opening. The service was very poor the night we visited.
Also the food was good but for the prices that are charged, I find that there are other similar venues now which offer more value. The noise level was so loud, I could hardly hear my dining companions. This was not one of the better experiences I have had there
The best ever restaurant that i have ever been:)
La comida buena, el servicio normal. El ruido muy alto! El ambiente bueno
Great as usual. Everyone was impressed. It was hard to choose your favorite dish.
