Awesome, as usual.
Came here after getting married with a total of 8 people. The customer service was great and the food was outstanding. My husband got the sea bass and it was to die for. Can’t wait to come back and try the bakery cafe side for breakfast. Thank you Zov’s for making my special day even better.
The food was excellent and the service was outstanding.
Good food and service. Extremely noisy that night with the entertainment. Very, very disappointed that the small plate dinners are no longer being offered.
Very efficient service and excellent food. Parking is always going to be a challenge at this location.
Exceptional service combined with the consistency of quality food makes this venue perfect for both business and personal.
This was our first time to Zov's but not the last! Service was great and the food was better. Had the calamari appetizer and it was fabulous. They should serve that over pasta and make it a main course!
Our waiter was Cristopher and he did a wonderful job. Checked in on us regularly and represented Zov's extremely well!
I was looking for a good restaurant to meet friends for lunch and since it was during Christmas week I didn't want to go anywhere near a mall. Zov's was suggested to me and it was a great choice. The food and service were excellent and it was quiet enough to where we could have a conversation. I am definitely going back.
Overall good, food was excellent. Hard to carry on a conversation as the noise level was quite high when the room filled up.
One of the entrees came out almost 10 minutes after the others. It was also only warm.
The pasta was sticky and one big clump.
The server was a nice person but our table seemed to be off his radar. We were not offered bread though the other tables in our area had bread and butter.
When making the reservation, I indicated that it was a special occasion but it was totally ignored.
This was the second consecutive visit with less than good service.
Historically, we have always enjoyed our visits to Zov's with good food and service.
Food and service were good, but the noise level was very high. It made me feel stressed.
I was irritated too that I was marked as a "NO SHOW" and thus did not get my points on Open Table.
Due to the above, I don't expect to go back to this restaurant. There are too many other good restaurants to choose from.
We celebrated our anniversary at Zov's. The food was fantastic and our server, Serena, was an angel. We'll be back!
It was a great experience as usual. We had dinner with our friends and it turned out to be such a great night! Thanks again Zov’s!!
We Celebrated our dear friend’s birthday!! Lovely, yummy food with great service. We checked out their Marketplace and took home some outstanding desserts!
My wife and I went to Zov's Bistro for a casual dinner. Our waiter Kenny, was very friendly and open about the menu and never pushing us to order. We had brought in a nice bottle of wine (they have free corkage) and started with the Golden beet appetizer. I used to not like beets but these are out of this world. Two color beets, goat cheese and walnuts with a sauce blended to make an absolutely wonderful starter.
My wife had the 5 hour braised lamb with Jasmine rice and I had my favorite 2 way kebabs only I order two steak kebabs instead of one steak and one chicken. Both entrees were delicious. Tons of flavor.
Total for dinner, tax and 20% tip was $81. What a bargain. Makes you wonder why we go anywhere else.
Everything was perfect and wonderful and the added special touch was the beautiful singer toasting my birthday. Loved too that she had a wonderful voice but it didn't blare out the table conversation.
Made reservations for a special occasion through open table.
Restaurant mismanaged availability so that when we arrived 10 minutes early for party of 4 hostess was frazzled realizing that they had given away reserved tables to walk ins. At least 2 other parties were affected but I am pretty sure that 5 parties minimum with reservations were displaced thusly.
Restaurant hurriedly set up tables in empty banquet room. Not only could we not see or hear the live music but for half our dinner we were subject to amplified speeches from adjoining banquet room making it difficult to even hear others at our table.
We overheard another party say “never again” as they we leaving. And we concur. We have been supporting Zov’s for decades .
You would think someone would have apologized for Turning a special occasion into a significantly less than pleasant dining experience., mistakes happen but not caring is unacceptable .
plus I am still waiting for a requested response to my message previously sent
Putting profitability over customer satisfaction is not a recipe for long term success in a consumer oriented business.
Overall a very pleasant lunch.
Always delicious. Love the Purple Plate options, just right for lunch. Service is always nice.
Great service, food & wine were fantastic!
Excellent food & drink. Our server, Serena, was the best! Nice touch when the manager came by to see if everything was ok.
Great service, excellent food, manager came over to ask as if everything was good....5 star service
As always, my guests and I had a great time. The food was very tasty and well presented. I ordered Angel Hair Pasta and a salad and it’s my new favorite! Everyone else enjoyed their food as well. Our waiter was friendly, helpful and efficient. The entertainment was a little loud and distracting, so at times our conversations were difficult to follow. I’ll definitely go back! In fact, I’m going to Zov’s again next month.
The food was outstanding and their warm crusty rolls can’t be beat. Depending on the weather, it can be a bit cool as the sides are not completely enclosed. Also they had a live singer who was a little too loud for good conversation, but she had a great voice and we loved her song choices.
This is our second visit to Zov's (first was last year) and the service and food impressed both times. In fact, it impressed enough that our order was actually the same as last time: rosemary lamb for her, filet mignon for me. We also added a helping of calamari for a starter and it was great as well.
Enjoyable restaurant to have a friendly conversation with friends . Our party of 5 had excellent and attentive service. . Allowing for the no corkage fee ,the dinner was reasonably priced. We have been dinning at Zoves for over 20 years. My wife took a number of cooking classes there over the years and we use the Zoves cookbook for inspiration and receipts for special meals. Regrettably the quality of food has decreased recently. The mezza platter was excellent as usual. My wife had the ravioli which she enjoyed. Two of us had the braised lamb which was tender but very fatty and lacked much of the Mediterranean spices that was customary to Zoves cooking. One in our party had the trout which again was bland and over cooked. Over the years we always enjoyed the fresh baked soft yeast rolls. These have been replaced with rolls that taste more like store bought and warmed rolls .
Zoves was always our comfort and go to restaurant . No so much anymore.
Service and good quality have declined. Menu parred down from past menus. My husband and I have been having date night here for the past 20 years and it’s seems to have gone complacent. Unfortunately after all these years we will be crossing it off our list of places to fine.... sadly.
the food was excellent, we were a party of 7. All menu items selected were excellent and prepared well.
We were there to test the menu for an upcoming event of March, we all agreed, excellent food, location, service.
Went here for date night, and it was a great spot! The food was amazing, and the ambiance was beautiful. It was a little confusing to find, because we entered from the bakery side, but otherwise we were pleasantly surprised by how much we liked the place. Would definitely come here again!
Been a patron since they opened some 30 plus years ago and never a bad experience. This one was. Not sure if it’s under new ownership or management but I won’t be back or recommend it any longer.
Excellent food, service and it's authentic Mediterranean menu. I would highly recommend to family and friends. I invited my sisters to Zov's and it was their first time. Both of them loved it and in fact said they would definitely go back and bring their family.
Excellent food and birthday celebration!!
The food and service were again excellent. We also enjoyed the great singer who played on friday. It adds a lot but is not overwhelming to the point where you can’t have your own conversations. The Trout special was fantastic and I hope it becomes a staple on their menu.
Wonderful food, good service. Zov’s brought out a special, personalized dessert for my dad who was celebrating his 91st birthday.
My guest, whose Birthday we were celebrating at lunch, and I had the purple plate special of the almond salmon. It was one of the most delicious meals I've had. It was the perfect size and delicious!!!!
We had a wonderful evening. It was a little loud when we got there but was better later on.
We had an excellent waiter. As usual the food was perfect. We brought our friend who loves lamb.
My husband had salmon and l had a steak cooked perfectly. I don't like spinach nor does our friend and there has no problem
having something else instead. We were celebrating our anniversary and they brought us a great dessert to share. All three of us together couldn't finish it.
Thank you Zovs for making it a very special experience.
The food was delicious! Nice variety. We also loved the ambience and Kim the live musician. He was very entertaining! We had a great time!
We were first timers, the food was incredibly delicious, the service stellar! We plan on returning !! Topped it off with this amazing dessert
