Food wasn't as good as the last time I was there. Salmon was bland.
Food and service was exceptional! Could not have asked for better!
Second visit there. Enjoyable as always. Thank you.
Everything was absolutely clean and gave a sense of comfort that it is a safe place to go.
My husband and I went out for a date night, this was one of the first ones since the pandemic started. The precautions put in place by Zona was above and beyond. The staff and food was amazing. Definitely would recommend!
great meal and of course good company.
My sister and I both ordered the shrimp Alfredo. Mine had no Alfredo sauce and 12 shrimp and hers had sauce and 8 shrimp. We were offered to remake it but, declined as it doesn’t reheat well. I would give Zona another chance, but I felt I should have been given a discount on our meal.
Wonderful experience, from the greeting at the door through our departure. Same great food, excellent service and comfortable surroundings we've always enjoyed but with much more privacy. Too much privacy, in fact. Great pains have been taken to sanitize the restaurant, menus, masks are worn by all the staff...so where are all the customers? Please come out and support your local businesses and the people who are working. There is a new clear partition which makes the dining room more quiet than before ( the only issue I ever had with Zona 78). Best night out my family has had for some time. See for yourself!
Always enjoy Zona. Quality food and service and they are doing a great job on the Covid protections for employees and customers.
The food good service good value not so good. Will come back
Our waitress was outstanding and food delicious. We had a great experience.
We like Zona 78 very much. Good service, friendly people, nice ambiance, and my favorite cocktail in Tucson, the Tribeca. It's good to see them back so quickly following the (insufferable) shutdown.
Same great food as we have had in the past. The spare ribs are new and are outstanding! I do miss the two dishes with polenta and hope they will be back on the menu soon!
We had a great anniversary dinner!
Went for the first time last Saturday. Even though the weather was warm and breezy, we sat outside. Our server was phenomenal, checking in with us frequently. Drinks, appetizers, and entrees were well prepared and delicious. Looking forward to our next visit.
Zona never disappoints and always provides delicious foods. The mediterranean pasta was filled with fresh veggies and a delicious sauce. The beet and goat cheese salad with grilled chicken is always delicious! This is our go-to place when we need a Date Night!
Nice place. We have had dinner here many times with friends. This was the first time we went for lunch. My partner and I shared the salad with ahi tuna which very was tasty, albeit a bit small even for a lunch portion and the calamari which was very good, but contained way more onions than actual calamari. We will go back probably for dinner if not another lunch.
This restaurant is always a great experience! Such tasty food and quick and professional service.
Food and drinks were tasty, service was great, atmosphere on patio was nice. Implementation of social distancing and extra sanitation measures in place. It was great to dine out for the first time in a couple months.
The service and food were fantastic! We've been several times and will continue to go back!
Great service and the cocktails were refreshing. Food was good as well
Very good food and the service was outstanding. An inconsiderate group at a nearby table proved to be a distraction.
Pesto pasta inedible, too salty
Ceasar salad croutons super hot & spicey, the waiter said it was a bad batch & he thought they had thrown them out. Bread with calamari burnt, he claimed it was a deliberate char.
Great waiter but lousy food experience. We had taken out of town guests and might not return for awhile.
After a drive down Mount Lemmon, this is our favorite stop for dinner.
Service was great. The food was too Spicy. We couldn’t eat our pizza or meatballs.
Food and service was some of the best that we have experienced in Tucson
Excellent as usual.
There were four in our party. We loved our meals, the service was a bit slow as it appeared that the restaurant was very busy.
The pasta was a bit dry and needed more sauce. But it usually is a great place to enjoy a nice meal
The parking suffers from being in a strip-mall style building. Very pleasant inside, but space is a premium. The food was very good, our wait staff very good. would have liked more of a buffer space between us and the next tables.
It was good just the price would stop me from coming back. I can get two pizzas for their price
Always on point! Love their great service and the food never disappoints.
Always a good eatery to go to. Nice bar area plus other seating and Booths. We were promptly seated and taken care of in short order. Food is very good as is the Trout. One of the only places I know that serves it in Tucson and Zona does it right and its fresh. The bruschetta is excellent as well and is always a great appetizer.
We were visiting Tucson for the gemshows and wanted an Italian dinner for my birthday. I chose here because the menu looked great and it was only 6 minutes away from where we were staying. And I have to say it was wonderful! From the moment we walked, we were welcomed. The waitress was friendly and her recommendations were right on. I highly recommend eating here.
Our family visited Zona 78 to celebrate our daughter's birthday per her request. The food was outstanding and the service really cares. That latter part really stood out for us as our son's order arrived with a small ingredient issue. They immediately responded to the problem and a new entree was prepared as quickly as possible. Zona 78 has become one of our favorites for a special meal.
The meal, waitress, and ambience was great as usual; however, the hostess was obnoxious. I made the reservation on OpenTable at Zona 78 because they showed availability. We arrived on time and the hostess made a snarky comment that using OpenTable within an hour of a reservation is like a call ahead not a reservation. There was no issue with having a table available; however, the comment was unnecessary. Further, if Zona 78 is going to use OpenTable they should honor the terms and keep the app up to date with availability. It would be annoying to show up on time for a reservation that they show can be accommodated per the app but actually cannot be. Lastly, the hostess should know better.
Food consistently good. Great Happy Hour. This has become a regular dining spot for our ladies group and for my husband and I.
Service was great and the food is the best at a reasonable price for the quality. I recommend this place. We will go again.
We liked our server and the food, Pizza was good, bruschetta was delicious as ever. We liked the improvements to the dining area. However, the eggplant parmigiana has changed in flavor and texture, it was too dry and sauce was tasteless and thick. We ordered bread which came to our table cold and no oil or butter, no one ate it. The balsamic is still the best in town.
