Besides our fantastic team, we think there is another very big reason to visit Zizzi Metro Centre. There is a real, living garden on the double height staircase wall which brings an unexpected and delightful piece of nature into this shopping centre environment. The lush greenery and colourful plants in this feature wall are something that have to be seen to be believed. The artwork that occupies various walls throughout the two floors has been inspired by the architecture and landscape surrounding Gateshead and has been created by the talented Lizzie Mary Cullen. We hope you love all of these exciting elements as much as we do.

    Fantastic food and waiter/waitress service is outstanding, so polite and helpful. Three course set menu was perfect, and our 4 year old felt so special. Well done Zizzi metrocentre 👍🏻 Our waiter Dave did the restaurant proud, so helpful and made us feel so welcome, Thankyou

    I would recommend any Zizzi as the food is always a very high standard and of course you can't not have the garlic bread with mozzarella and caramelised onions... phenomenal! The services was also very friendly, which I always find.

    The manager said our booking wasn't recognised because he switch off your service at 11am. My wife found a black hair in the Pitza in the cheese ! A very bad experience overall

    Service is always fantastic even when busy. Food is great and the menu has a decent selection. Nice to have a wide choice of soft and alcoholic drinks.

    We Always go to Zizzi before the cinema . The food is fab and the waiters are always lovely.
