Zizzi - Bluewater
Arrived and they had no record of booking via open table, when I showed confirmation I was told that there were several booking pathways they used and sometimes was difficult to check them all - but that they could accommodate us anyway. Service was lovely, food was lovely (as always) but we were placed next to a large, very noisy group - we weren’t able to hear each other (we were a group of 4) so ate our meals in silence and left as soon as we had finished.
The lady at front of house had a terrible attitude. Previous to booking through opentable I asked in person if I could book a table for, NO, NO bookings. I couldn’t even finish my sentence before she rudely shut me down.
So I hopped on to Opentable where I could indeed book. I received my notification via email and turned up for my booking 1.5 hours after booking through the app.
I was greeted again by the same terrible service by the same terrible woman. Rolling her eyes and saying no I have no booking. You are too early. We do not have it on our system. You will have to come back in 15 minutes.
Incidentally the table we were eventually sat down at was free when we arrived for our assigned booking as I had saw it empty through the window when we turned up for our scheduled booking.
A terrible start to what was otherwise a nice meal with tasty food and a fabulous dessert.
I was running late & when my friends arrived the lady they spoke to said there was no reservation under my name
Outstanding waitress who look after our every need. Food was lovely with great atmosphere and a really lovely Sunday evening out.
Isabella the manager really cares about her customers and provides a warm welcome. Our waitress Parwiza was amazing and very knowledgeable of the menu, nothing was too much trouble. The food was excellent too.
Food was good, service was excellent
Food can be better cooked
Service not coping at peak times
I have eaten here quite a few times, menu is good, ample potions, and in the summer has a good position overlooking a steam dining al fresco. Would recommend
Zizzi at Bluewater is rather good value if you are in the shopping mall.
Not worth driving there especially, but you could do a lot worse if stuck for a bite to eat.
Their fish is surprisingly decent.
Tried their calamari rings and they were tender and tasty. Their chilli prawns were also good. Seabass al cartoccio good but could be improved. Far too much seasoning for such a delicate fish (lemon wedges, tomatoes, oregano...). Simple is best, guys.
I cannot comment on pizza and pasta, but it seemed to be the most popular choice with other diners.
Service was truly switched on: speedy and cheerful.
Only concerns: so noisy you can't hear yourself talk &...watch that child! Lots of them.
You could not hear the person sitting next to you.
Had 7 adults and 1 child at a long table, service good and food yummy, but lots of background noise made it very difficult to hear anyone not right next to me at the table. Good place for a quick bite and good range of options on the menu, but not great for intimate romantic dinners
Zizzi - Bluewater/Greenhithe
Food and service excellent. No fuss lunch. Perfect for when on a days shopping trip.
Would recommend as there is something for everyone on the menu
As ever great quality and value.
the food is always dependable in zizzi. the key is to combine it with an offer to make ot good value
Good friendly service. Large choice of pizzas but not a big selection of pasta anymore. This is a very noisey environment and is not ideal for a quite meal or to go with children who can't cope with noisy environments.
Zizzi's Bluewater: Nice meal, pleasant atmosphere, nice staff. Not bad, but not extraordinary.
Fresh food in a good loaction. Can't beat the pizzas!
Zizzi Bluewater Greenhithe. Used 02's offer of free doughsticks & 2 glasses of prosecco on arrival. Main course of chicken and mushroom risotto was hot but was nothing special. Lasagne ditto. Panettone bread and butter pud delicious.
very average food . plates cold so it made the food cold. service good.
Great value for money.
Great value for money. Will be back soon.
Zizzi is THE place to eat at Bluewater to experience a really lively and buzzy atmosphere, with friendly staff who were very accommodating of our seating requests and patient beyond call with our meal orders. Good value for money with delicious italian food and the rustic pizza followed by the amaretti cheesecake is a definite recommendation. Would definitely recommend for couples, groups and families. There was even lights dimmed and happy birthday sung to a party! Wonderful!
Zizzi - Greenhithe
I visited here with a friend on a Tuesday evening, it was extremely busy and very noisy, service was ok but it was hard for our waiter to hear our order
Zizzi Bluewater Greenhithe the meal was very nice I think they over did it with the cucumber the prawns were perfect and the chocolate grissini was lovely. The waiter James was very good at his job
Once again food and service was exellent and great value for money.
Very lively place, great for groups, not for a quiet meal.
Enjoyed a full meal from starters to desserts, really great.
Visited Zizzis Bluewater, as a group of 12, The location lovely overlooking the lakes. Food was delicious. Service was fast but we felt a bit rushed and as they were including a 12.5% service charge I think a smile wouldn't have hurt. Still great night out, reasonable prices and lovely food.
A lively and fresh restaurant with excellent service, very tasty food and wine and a real buzz about it - but just about right so you can also hear yourself talk.
food was great, will definitely go back. Waitresses were very attentive, despite being a busy resturant and having many tables to cover
very busy resturant at lunch time- even though i booked a week in advance and specified a booth as it was my friends birthday, we may as well have just turned up on the day as we were just given a little table - starter was very nice - but the lamb shank had far to much herbs crusted on the outside it really spoilt the flavor of the lamb. the up sell is pretty strong even though i got veg and potatoes with my meal. the waitress was telling me it was only small and i would need extra sides!!!
Went here for a work party- we were well looked after, food was good, attentive service and great ambience
Great atmosphere, food good but service by Mary was excellent!
Tables are a bit squashed togehter so you don't have much privacy.
Always very busy, but staff are attentive and give a quick service.
Good food, ambience and service.
Can't go wrong
Zizzi's at Bluewater is as reliable as you would expect from this chain. Being at Bluewater, there's a lot of passing trade and it was busy at 5pm on a SUnday afternoon! My wife had the RISOTTO DI PESCE, I had the CHITARRA ALLA PESCATORA. Both were good, though I thought mine could have had bit more seafood (compared to the risotto). Service was fine and food came out in good time. Will come again.
Zizzi at Bluewater is a great restaurant for this chain
Zizzi at Bluewater was very nice. It's busy and noisy but the food is good and satisfied our large male family members.
Very good deal the pasta was delicious
On arrival at zizzi's bluewater for a 7.30pm booking I was told that our table had been re let because I should have been there at 7pm after providing the evidence I was still told that according to them I should have been there for 7pm after this embarrassing start the food turned out pretty good
