The beautiful new restaurant is now open! Camille Rousseau has used the well-known war memorial that stands in the town as her inspiration and set out to celebrate this. The bar has a stunning wrap around art piece, and along with some jaw-dropping ceiling and floor artwork, Camille has made Zizzi Banstead a stand out venue. Initial welcome and greeting was very poor. Despite booking we were left for quite a long time before being shown to our table. It seemed that we were an annoyance rather than a welcomed customer. Our server was very attentive and polite and the food and drink was fine. But the initial welcome really let the experience down.

What can I say that has not been said before? The service is fantastic, every server is smiling and happy to help and make you enjoy your evening with them! We did, |I choose a special, simply delicious, tortellini with asparagus, with the most yummy sauce!! My husband and our friend choose starters and mains and and we were relaxed eating our way through the menu!! We will definitely return!! Thank you Zizzi. :)

Unlike some other Zizzis restaurants we have eaten in we are always pleased with the service and food at this branch. My salad on this occasion was a little disappointing but maybe that's because I was wishing I'd ordered pizza!!

As ever Zizzi always delivers and I don't mean take away! We were greeted by the friendly Manger who recognised me and addressed me in my first name, which Is friendly, we were taken to our table after a very short wait and ordered our drinks, very quick and charming service. The Food was ordered and came shortly after that and it was lovely, hot and delicious. My only mention is that is does get very noisy, when it at full capacity, which in this case it was, but cant complain about anything , look forward to our next visit.

We had a nice meal but I found our waitress to be a little distracted, she forgot to bring our water and a few times I had to attract her attention. The restaurant wasnt that busy but here were alot of young children in there and with the acoustics it made it hard to have a conversation. The menu is good and the pizzas were good, the starters were average. All in all its ok but a bit of fine tuning around the service would help or perhaps more staff to go around the tables as our lady was very busy which did affect our experience overall.

A great local restaurant with good food of a constant standard that is value for money. Staff are always friendly, service is always good and the prices are decent. Family/child friendly and always a safe bet for a birthday treat with a big group, or a quick lunch/dinner.

Yes Zizzi in Banstead has a certain charm, the atmosphere is always good, the service better, and the food sublime! we had a particularly helpful waitress and she was funny and bright and the orders for drinks were sent off and duly delivered, the same can be said for the food orders. delicious stuff! Our friends who joined us, were pleasantly surprised by the service and the atmosphere and of course the food! We will be back! Thank you Zizzi.

We had to wait almost an hour for our starters. One of our main course pizzas was the wrong one. We had to wait a long time for drink top ups.
