Zinqué - West Hollywood
This is a very well run restaurant. The menu is standard fare. One would expect a little more variety on the menu. When you call yourself a French restaurant one expects a little more.
Overall, very good. The only criticism is that our food came out almost 15 minutes apart.
Food great. Service great. Music dumb and loud.
Happy is great! It' ends at 6:30pm but well worth getting there early.
We had the best server! We’ve had him a few times and I forget to have him remind us of his name cause I want to request him every time!
We ordered the steak frites, it wasn’t great and super small, other than that everything was great, our server was very nice and attentive, very friendly and knowledgeable
The ambiance and tapas-style plates made Zinque perfect for a group dinner. We had the pleasure of enjoying the outdoor patio even on a chilly night, thanks to the heat lamps! A few favorites included the tuna tartine, the branzino, and the mushroom flatbread.
Always the best service and best food.
Friends celebrating belated birthday and get together. Our first time. Service at the bar was great, not when we moved to our table. We ordered $200 worth of food and only the fries, mushroom flatbread and dessert the peach tart was good. The rest was not good and not what we thought it was. Definitely not worth $200. Ambience was nice but it’s not on our list to go back there.
Outstanding service, fabulous food, friendly waiter, and great prices for the delicious cuisine!
Big meh! Crowded, uncomfortable decibel level, service is average, food is average, and I can’t recommend.
Food was amazing. The whole fish , tuna flat bread and mussels all terrific
Beautiful intimate hideaway with impeccable service - we love it!
We went to Zinque on Saturday night for a girls' dinner and loved it! Great vibe, amazing food and, of course, a great wine selection. This is a great spot if you want a taste of the WeHo scene but don't want to be overwhelmed. (We went to Tom Tom after and the Zinque vibe was much better!)
The chicken dinner I ordered was cooked too long and the chicken was dry and had no flavor. The restroom facility was atrocious!!!! The floor was not sanitized, the trash can was overflowed with trash. As a Plumbing Design Engineer who designs plumbing systems for commercial facilities, it was VERY disappointing to see the restroom in this way!!!!
Slam dunk. Consistent
As always awesome experience, good food drinks and service
C’était très bon et j’adore le pain de banane
Le service est toujours parfait, la carte délicieuse.
On peut dîner jusqu'à 10:00pm ce qui est rare à LA.
Zinque Venice on Abbot Kinney is one of my go-to spots. I go there quite often. This was my first time at this location. I liked it, although they do not provide parking and if you sit inside it is a bit crowded (tables too close together).
Overall, I would come back here
This is a pretty restaurant but sadly the food wasn’t good. Our food took a long time to arrive, so half had finished their meal by the time it all arrived.
I regularly dine in Westside, West Hollywood, BH and DTLA areas fine restaurants. This was my worse dining experience in many years. Customer service is lost on the management of this restaurant. They treat customers like herd. They aspire to pack as many people in the same cramp space as they can on Saturday night.
I had made a reservation for party of 3. Explicitly requested a "standard" table in indoor dining area. We arrived 10 minutes prior to 6:30pm reservation. The place was half empty. They offered to sit us at an outdoor standard table. When reminded them that I had asked for indoor table, they offered a bar/high table. After going back and forth with an "acting-manager" (they have one manager for 5 facilities), she offered a corner table for 2 people, which was adjacent to two available tables for 2. They forced an extra chair between 2 tables for the 3rd person!!! We reluctantly accepted the table. By the time the appetizers were brought to the table, we had run out of table space. They sat one of the platters on a floor stand/ champagne bucket next to the table, insisting it was "Parisian" style! seriously!!?
By this time the experience of enjoying a nice Saturday night dinner with friends was ruined. We paid for the drinks/appetizers and left the place and had a fabulous experience less than a mile away in a restaurant where the service was impeccable.... and we sat at a table of 4... which is the standard arrangement to sit 3 people for dinner.
I have crossed Zinque (all locations) out of my list.
Just a little cold even if sitting inside
Nice vibe. Service a bit slow. Not enough servers. Food good - not great.
Just a great place, pretty, good food, great outdoor space, good vibe good scene
Zinque is a very charming restaurant wrapped around a tree-filled outdoor courtyard. Sadly the food was not nearly as good as the ambience. One of us ordered the quiche Lorraine, which was undercooked, but otherwise okay. The other ordered the half rotisserie chicken which was overcooked and dry as a bone. The server, who was pleasant and prompt, tellingly did not ask us about the quality of our food despite the fact that we each left half of it on the plate and did not ask for to-go boxes.
So fun and casual
Zinque by far is one of my favorite restaurant.
Great ambience, Fabulous food.
Amazing food, great service, and cute space. Loved the place and their service was beyond good.
Wonderful food and staff. I enjoying go there all the time.

Always a good time at Zinque
Pricey for what it is !
Favorite casual go to spot for date night or late dinner.
Our food was cold... We sent it back and it was cold the second tine as well.
The food and ambiance were excellent but the service was a bit slow but I would still recommend this place.
The waitresses are really annoying, rude. They literally threw one of the entrees over the table and brought the second twenty minutes later. The ambiance of food was week. When we were living, they didn’t even look at us , they just turned their backs. We went there for my husband’s birthday. As soon as we noticed their rudeness, we cut our dinner short. It was one of the worst experiences of my life.
Great location in a west Hollywood. Outdoor area is perfect. Always easy to get a reservation.
