   Went for a glass of wine with a friend. Our server was beyond lovely and the wine was great. However, around 10pm they started to clean up the restaurant even though it wasn’t closing soon. We felt very rushed out which put a damper on the evening.Overall, still a lovely time but felt very rushed.

   Made a last minute reservation with my family of 4 on Thanksgiving when our original plan changed. Could not have been happier. Great service, good food, and a cute patio.

    Service was very slow and forgetful. The waiter did try to make up for the service by offering free dessert which is nice, but if the service was good he wouldn't have to offer free desert.

    As always the tartines are delicious. However made the mistake ordering the chicken wings again hoping they would be better than last time. I usually love wings. But they weren’t! They are saturated in sauce that is awful and far too sweet and the wings are not crispy or meaty. Place has great people working there and a lovely outdoor ambiance. The food is often good but uneven.

    Zinqué is so nice! The food is delicious, the Tartines are the best!! The host was so cool and nice and so helpful! But the service was terrible! The waitress was like a robot, no warmth, no sense of human touch like suggesting some nice dishes as we were indecisive. It seems like now the young generation of waiters don’t care about being knowledgeable of the menus and just are there to punch in the order and get out. I know it’s busy but WE are the guests and deserve some respect.

    Service was atrocious. Gave the restaurant a second chance, and both times were a horrible experience. Waitress was rude and poorly dressed (spaghetti strap tank top and jeans). Very short and disinterested when asking questions about the menu. When we got up to leave, waitress stopped us and asked us to give her a tip. (Gave her cash tip left on table, decided to count it in front of our party). Definitely would NOT recommend this place.

    Super happy Zinque is open again after being closed agin for 4 months. Great food and value for money. Great vibe and cool people. A mixed cool crowd. Lots of Europeans which makes it even cooler.

    The food is delicious- but the portions are VERY small for the price. Cool vibe with tables extremely close together. I really wanted to love it - but the service is the Worst. While the wait staff is buzzing all over the place - we had to flag them down multiple times to order drinks, dinner, forgotten items that we ordered that the waiter never place - blah blah blah. Wait staff needs to be retrained- 3 different people were waiting on us - and all managed to forget we existed - and trying to get their attention is not easy. Too much personal work for the cost.

    Our waitress Eddie was simply fantastic. She was personable and her recommendations were spot on. We asked for a recommendation for a red and she nailed it. Each and every single dish Eddie recommended all the way through to dessert was spot on! Food was fantastic! I cannot wait to return.

    Lovely dinner before the theater. Services was good, food was delicious. We especially enjoyed the quiche. Desert was a warm blueberry compote with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Lovely dinner.

    The restaurant had a charming ambiance with dimmed lights, soft music, and small candles on the tables. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and they took great care of us. The food was amazing. Everything was cooked perfectly and tasted fantastic.

    Zinque is a cute LA bistro with nice ambiance, but the food was not great. I am one to give the benefit of doubt when possible, but we had three courses of pretty tasteless dishes. The appetizer of artichoke hearts was tough and overcooked, and the spicy chicken wing sauce tasted like ketchup. The entree bowls we had were just okay. Hoping that the chefs may read this and make some changes- the ambience is really nice and the restaurant could be awesome. But, the bottom line is that a restaurant in a place with as much competition as LA has to bring its “A” food game, and this was more like a C minus.

    The vibes and ambience is amazing. The people are so nice and seat you immediately. The menu is very diverse however most of the dishes are similar and bland. It’s extra for most proteins and not enough. Also, the coffees are not amazing, so go for the food and breakfast not coffee.
