Vibrant, beautiful, and serene from start to finish. Hostess was personable, knew who I was before I gave my name, offered a choice of seating, and there was no wait. Server was polite, available, not overbearing or pushy, and provided timely service. The table service was unobtrusive and steady. Food was served quickly, presentation was beautiful, everything was delicious; tuna, artichokes, beet salad, shrimp. Noise level lower than expected for a Friday night in WeHo. Beautiful staff as is typical in LA, but no ego or miserable attitude. Definitely recommend.

Greeted warmly by the hostess and since it was raining we sat inside, but decided to move outside because it was rather noisy in the small indoor area. We were reseated with no problem. The hostess even wiped down the table and chairs to make sure they were dry. Excellent server who was very attentive and my quiche Lorraine was creamy and delicious. I would definitely return to Zinque.

Lovely menu - Burrata salad, hangar steak and moules all delicious, with lots of other great choices we’ll catch on our next visit. Good wine and beer list. Service was warm and professional. Pricing was v reasonable for the quality. Go!

I had ‘Le bowl’ with chicken which was literally inedible. It tasted how I imagine cat food tastes. Actually the worst restaurant food I’ve ever had. My friends ordered the mussels and a pasta and had a much better experience. The service was excellent and the location is convenient and central. I would say go, but do not order Le bowl!

The outdoor dining experience and neighborhood feel of the restaurant is outstanding. Service was efficient and friendly, and the cocktails were refreshing on a warm summer evening. My dinner started off with a wonderful burrata salad with ripe tomatoes, grilled red peppers, basil and peaches in a subtle yet fresh dressing. For the main course I ordered the green lasagna, a veggie and cheese incarnation according to the menu. It was tasty, but apparently had been heated so long (or too many times) that it was dried out and difficult to cut. I’ve visited the restaurant, and ordered take out many times and this was the first ‘miss’. I’ll need to go back and see how they do next time.

Everything at Zinque was good the food and service is what you would expect. We sat outside on the patio as it was a nice evening and restaurant was not crowded yet. Our server was attentive and helpful and the food arrived quickly. The only issue I will mention is there is road construction in front of the restaurant, something the Zinque can’t control. It makes it a little more difficult for rideshare vehicles to drop off and pick up. Over all a very nice restaurant and experience.

I love going to Zinque. The food is consistantly good and the staff is very pleasant. The only problem now is that they are doing a lot of street repair and it is very very hard to find a parking place. We had to valet. park at Catch and even that was a big walk.

We thoroughly enjoyed the salad as well as the green lasagna. Avocado salad was amazing! And we went back the next day to order it to go! Unfortunately, the muscles with fries was not. The fries were great, but the muscle broth was super bland as well as the bread that came with it. Ambience (once you got inside) & service were perfect outside of the last 20 mins when the restaurant suddenly went from being a cool French inspired restaurant to instead having boxes being broken down/trash bin being rolled past our table. Note the other review regarding construction. Not the fault of the restaurant, but outside it’s quite the trek to make it to the front door! With all that I would say that the service is friendly and attentive, and we will be returning!

I really enjoy Zinque. I had only been to the DTLA location before. It's fairly small so I suggested we go to Melrose this time. It was really enjoyable, good food and service. The only thing is there is major construction going on in the area now (July '23).

We went for brunch on a Sunday and I was pleasantly surprised! The food and drinks were incredible, nice ambiance on the patio, and overall just great value for the prices. Would go again for sure.

The cocktails are not true cocktails- they are all wine based and not great when you expect a real margarita, for example. Doesn’t say that on the menu though (I only know bc the server mentioned it), so sharing it here.

I have given this place many chances. Their waiters usually take a while to show up. Then a while later to take an order. After the order is taken, they pretty much disappear. We ordered 4 different things. Salmon was good. Quinoa salad wasn’t flavorful. The meat balls and deviled eggs were gross. The waiter never brought my sparkling water, so we cancelled it since I had a couple bite left to eat.

It is a very pleasant place to have dinner. The ambiance is good and the food if you stick to the chicken , tartines, and mussels is fine. The fish can be a bit dry. However it is so pleasant and you can hear yourself have a conversation which is a rarity these days. It is a neighborhood fine.

There were so many tables jammed together that it was very hard to get in and out. Also, the music speaker that was directly overhead produced very loud sounds. But they turned down the volume a bit, and once we were seated, I guess it all worked out. Food and service very good.

so we've been to Zinque many times and had great service, bu this time the kitchen was off. The four of us had our dishes delivered sporadically. first came the Steak frits, 10 min later the granola, and then 15 min more the two Quiche lorraine. I dont blame the server, I blame the Kitchen all the dishes should have arrived at the same time.

Such a cute spot. Had a table outside by the one of the heaters and it was beautiful and romantic. Service was impeccable. She was super sweet and helpful! Food was alright. Beef carpaccio 3.5/5 (decent enough) Brussel sprouts 2/5 (so hard) Cauliflower 4/5 (tasty but cold) Burrata 1/5 (wouldn’t recommend this) Burrata pizza 5/5 (amazing!)

NOT GOOD! Service was very poor and waitress was quiet rude. My friend wanted a margarita that was on the menu, they didn’t have Tequila. Then food order, the description didn’t match the food in the plate. Portion was very small and not worth the money. We were not even offer the dessert menu … Won’t return!
