   We met a couple of friends for lunch. They raved about the burger and my husband is a burger afficionado. He devoured it and the fries that came with it. (It was ordered medium rare, came medium, and likely would have been even tastier medium rare.) I ordered Le Bowl with a topper of ratatouille. Even with the add-on, it needed some more flavor. Added some hot sauce and it was much better. Pleasantly surprised with how lovely the space is. Wasn’t sure what to expect and was truly impressed with the outdoor and indoor dining spaces as well as the bodega and bar inside. We look forward to going back for dinner.

   The food and happy hour was great— recommend adding a non alch drink on HH. The servers in the area we sat did not seem very welcoming or eager to work for a tip. Our server took our order and never came back until the bill came. The server near her section helped us order and explained she probably was on a break. There should have been some sort of communication if she did go on a break. Service from the servers was poor but food and ambience was good.

   The one in Century City is good. Yet the ambiance is not. It is the exact opposite in Venice. The food was not good at all. The pizza is not pizza and the wait staff should be honest about that. It is bread with vegetables on it. Not only that, but it is premade per the server! So, it is really not even close to being a pizza. We ordered 3 of these so called pizzas and one was worse than the other. Not ever going back. Bummer

   The food is excellent. The setting is charming and comfortable. The service was poor. The crispy eggs with prosciutto arrived without prosciutto—so strange—and our server vanished so it took a long time to correct the order. We would have loved more coffee but were never offered any. All the servers were busy and working hard so we don;t blame anyone individually. But missing main ingredients and trouble getting back to the tables suggests a managerial problem. This continued when we bought pastries at the take out counter to bring with us—everything looked delicious but the person ringing us up put things in the bag we didn’t order and rang them up—we had to ask for them to take those items out and void the charge and start over. Again, just strange. There’s a lot of activity and the place is hopping but these are too many mistakes that did not happen anywhere else we ate break fast, lunch, and dinner during a 5 day trip. The food is wonderful—the management should see if they can find a better system to improve service.

   Usually and previously consistently one of our favorite spots.....but on this visit the Half Chicken was really dried out and and seemed like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. The Quiche which we have always enjoyed previously was like a thick slice of pie and full of filling. It had been great for years For some reason they have switch to a terrible little round mini-pie (like a tiny tart) with about 1/4 inch' of an inch of filling in it (like a bad joke). As I mentioned just a small tart shell with almost no filling...ridiculously poor when they previously had great Quiche. The new version of the Quiche is a COMPLETE FAIL. The skirt Steak on the other had was very good as usual. The service is always great and the staff terrific. I don't know what is going on in the Kitchen, but it very much needs to get back on track!

   Absolute delicious food and great service. The artichokes and the burrata/prosciutto appetizers were fabulous to share. The tall stools/chairs are a little rickety and uncomfortable though - try to get a booth.

    We were looking for good, relatively simple meal close to a nearby theatre where we seeing a play, and Zinqué was perfect. No trouble reserving at the time we needed, and we were seated promptly by the friendly hostess. Even though the place was bustling, they were adequately staffed and service didn't suffer. Our dishes--quinoa and roasted beet salad and the Poulet Basquaise, washed down with a glass of Habla del Silencio '19 tempranillo blend--were excellent, and we splurged a little on the apple tarte tatin and coffee for dessert. Made it to our play in plenty of time, where we were pleasantly surprised to greet the couple who had been dining at the table next to ours. Highly recommended for food, service, and value.

    This restaurant is beautiful. Reminded me of Tulum. The service and the food were sub-par. We were brought incorrect drinks and the kitchen/server did not tell us the other half of our order wasn't available until the other food hit the table. This left me and my date to share his order. The chicken was dry and the ratatouille was mushy. Communication and timing are key in food service and there was a lack of both. Even though the veggie lasagna that was brought for us to-go was very good, We will probably not be back.

    I had a fantastic experience on a date. We sat in these low chairs. They were super comfortable next to one another and started with a nice cocktail. I had a Negroni, but I asked the server if they could ask the bartender to make. It was Mescal instead of gin, and it was no problem. We had a fried artichoke appetizer that was amazing and a mushroom pasta with Morelles That was fantastic one of the best! I loved the industrial Parisian atmosphere that the restaurant offers.

    The service is great at this location. The staff are make a great effort to connect with their customers. The food was good, but I gave it 3 stars as the salmon I ordered was somewhat dry/overcooked. Ambience is also good with the outdoor patio and heaters, but the high top chairs aren’t comfortable at all. The seats are too small and I kept having to push myself back to stop sliding forward off the stool. Go for a low table where you can put your feet down, or a booth with upholstered seating.

    Sat indoors in piano room as quieter than outdoors. Very attentive service starting with the hostess. Very extensive menu. The half chicken was tasty but on the dry side with tough skin. The ratatouille side was delicious. Tuna Tartine was excellent. For dessert had the cherry tart a La mode. Cherry tart was good-not sweet. Enjoyed the vanilla ice cream very much. Would go back. Plenty of free parking in the south end of the Ross parking lot.

    This place is awesome! Big place with a lot of parking in the back. I asked for a table inside because I have asthma, and the hostess accommodated me. She is nice and empathetic. The food is beyond delicious, and the serving is hefty. I made the reservation for me and my friends before going to a concert at Venice West. The waiter referred to me by my name the whole time. I felt important. Nice touch. I did not catch his name, but he told us that he is from Romania. Thank you

    We went last year and we liked it. This time the service was terrible: they forgot to bring menus, mistook drinks orders, recommended dishes that were really bad and then forgot to bring dessert menus again after asking for them. We ended up leaving without dessert. Food was really bad: clams had sand and the sauce had too much chorizo in it (this was not explained in the menu), half-roasted chicken was completely dry, the pizzas are basically bread with topping on top and the steak was okay.

    Once we found the place tucked away in a back parking lot behind Ross ( no thanks to Google Maps) it became a delightful evening. Sat outside amongst the various heaters, service was very attentive and exceptionally friendly. The Asparagus Nicoise Salad was a delicious variation on the original. Delish Brussel sprouts and cauliflower in romesco sauce. Yummy. Very tasty salmon filet and petit Chablis. Too bad it was our last night in LA or we’d go back again tonight.
