Zino Ristorante is a lively Italian restaurant from the creators of Sweet Basil. Located in the heart of the Vail Valley, Zino is perfectly situated on the Eagle River in Edwards Colorado. Chef Nick Haley serves contemporary Italian cuisine from an open kitchen, best known for wood fired pizzas, house made pastas and our famous mussels. The large bar and lounge area offers casual dining overlooking the restaurant, and is always buzzing with locals and visitors alike. The wine list features the best of Italian and American wine, created with passion by Owner Giuseppe Bosco. In the warmer months, dinner is also served on our riverside patio, where you can join or watch a game of bocce on the regulation-size court. Come visit us for a taste of Italy in the Rocky Mountains...Buon Appetito!

I have been eating at Zino since its inception many years ago. After it re-opened when Guiseppe took over, it's been amazing as ever. I recommend Zino to everyone; Monday nights meal was PERFECT! I swear it was the best salad I have ever had. ORTOLANA – Grilled Portobello, Squash, Artichokes, Roasted Roma Tomatoes, Beet Vinaigrette, Parmigiano, Truffle Oil.
The entree (Fresh Tuna over saffron risotto) - perfectly cooked and prepared. Our service was wonderful as well. I woke up Tuesday morning thinking of my salad!

We visited this restaurant because of the ratings on here. It was our first time. We had no recommendations. Absolutely loved it!!! Everything we ate was amazing. We’ve been to Italy and think this was better!! Everything made from scratch. Truly a gem. We will definitely be visiting again!! ❤️

Everything on the menu is delicious, especially the burrata and the pappardelle with veal meatballs. Pizzas are great, too. Our favorite restaurant in Edwards.

Zino’s is solid “real Italian “ food! The owner is from Italia and his recipes are to die for! They make their own pasta for many of the dishes. Whenever we are up skiing from Denver this is our first stop and many times our last on the way back down the hill! Try the mussels amazing, the papardelli awesome. Everything we have had there is amazing, you can’t go wrong!!! Ciao

We were looking for vegan options in the Vail valley and found there are very few. Zino made up a vegetarian pasta dish for us, and their beet ravioli was good, but no whole wheat pasta options. A beautiful restaurant and very good service, though.

The waiter forgot to bring us our appetizers. We only realized this when the entrees came out. He also did not bring an ice tea that was ordered. Butter did not come out with the bread and after asking for butter, it took 20 minutes to arrive. We've eaten there multiple times and had very good experiences. We'll try again but if we have another experience like this one, we will not return.
