                      Nowhere in the description on OpenTable, did it say it is BYOB. Also, the place was so cold. It was uncomfortable during the entire dinner. I complained twice. We moved our table once. They did not shut the overhead fans off nor adjusted the level of temperature. The food was average Italian food. Nothing special.

                      This restaurant was fantastic from the service to the food to the ambiance. My only issue is that close way too early 9PM on a Saturday.

                      Zinna's is understaffed. Hence, the service was adequate but not great. Zena's has decided to add credit card surcharge to the bill when you pay by credit card. I think this is stupid. If you are incurring extra cost adjust the prices on the menu. Once we see a restaurant start playing this game we take them off our short list of places to dine.

                      Our first time there, the place looked phenomenal. The view is beautiful. The food was amazing and our waiter was great. He was very attentive and answered all our questions. Definitely will return.

                      Zinna’s does not disappoint. The menu options change a bit so there’s always something new to try. We sat outside which was very nice on a late spring day. The staff is always attentive and gracious.

                      Food and service was excellent. However table was so small that shared dishes were brought out in stages instead of all at once.

                      Zinna's is one of our go to restaurants however our last visit was very disappointing. We were the first couple to arrive from our party of 4. Sat for over 10 minutes with no acknowledgement. Shortly after, our friends arrived and we continued to sit. I communicated to the host that we had not seen a waiter. Eventually he came by and said he was waiting for the rest of our party to arrive. Not only were they there, how about offering water and opening our wine while we were waiting. I want to stress that our server seemed like a nice guy and he was personable, just completely off the mark. We ended up opening our own wine as we got tired of waiting. The restaurant was not that busy so I am not sure what the problem was. Regarding food, I was pleased with the artichoke appetizer and chicken milanese. My husband ordered the wedge salad which was fine and the pan seared grouper which was overcooked. Our friends ordered the sea bass (very small portion for $48.00) and shrimp francese which she was happy with. Dessert consisted of seasonal buckle and tiramisu. Both were delicious.

                      Tonight’s server was above outstanding. Recommendations were spot on. Menu is always tantalizing and varietal. With limited number of patrons, noise level was superb.
