Pleasant decor and attentive service. Yummy brunch for 3. When weather is warmer will sit outside for happy hour.
one of the best meals I have had and i have been to many. The food was great and service first rate. The chef customized the meal to fit our palate.
Food was excellent. The restaurant is very attractive inside. We had a lovely lunch
Overcrowded but since we had a reservation we were seated in about 10 mins in the new private room. Server was excellent and as attentive as possible. Good was excellent and had the opportunity to meet Chris the husbandof Dawn . They are the owners . He cooks and she oversees the restaurant. Have been there numerous times and will be back . Looking forward to their outdoor patio seating in the warmer weather . Great service ,value and meals.
Our first time there for dinner and certainly won't be our last. Their homemade pasta is fantastic and their meatballs were some of the best I've ever had. Perfectly seasoned! Nice Atmosphere, lots of attention from server and a family member walking by checked on us.
This was our second time at Zinna’s and brought some friends with us this time. It did not disappoint!! Food was fabulous from the first course through dessert. We will definitely be back and look forward to warmer weather and outdoor seating. Put this restaurant on your list of places to go, you won’t be disappointed.
Slow, slow service
I think that the food is fair, the ambience & service is good but it's overpriced
Great atmosphere. Food was amazing. Service was stellar! Have lived in the area for 20+ years but have never been there. Can’t wait to go back!!
everything was a great experience. From the service to the food. The food came out pretty quickly and was delicious!
Wonderful food at a great price. I will be going back. I'm also interested in having a baby shower there because I love the look of the place.
The place is a BYOB which saves you quite a bit of money. Food is above average and reasonably priced. If you go ask for Alec he’s very good and knows the menu very well.
Lovely dinner for Valentine's day! We brought my parents who are in their mid 90's and they loved it.
We know why the place was packed. 😊😊
Having been to Zinna's Bistro before I was happy and lucky enough to get a reservation with open table the day before Valentines day for the next day. I was happy to be able to tell my wife that a burata cheese appetizer was on the menu that day. Service was normal and I was a few minutes late for the reservation but that was not a problem for me because I had reviewed the days menu. The quinoa and avocado salad was great and the scallops to. My wife prefers to be able to cut into the burata herself. She also had some hard grizzle on her steak, but some rare times some cuts of steak are just not equal.
Right from the owner to all his staff the most professional service I’ve ever had ! The food is excellent, not you’re everyday same old Italian food! The portion sizes are excellent, you will not go home hungry or empty handed. It’s been our 4 th time there and the same quality . Highly recommend
So hard trying to decide what to order, everything is delish !
Disappointed that my favorite meal wasn’t offered on the menu that night, Zappa Pesc
A charming BYOB. I ordered the veal chop Milanese that was so large, I was able to have it for dinner the next night. The four of us all enjoyed our appetizers and meals so much that we just had to have dessert as well. Oh, and the garlic knots in the bread basket were delicious! Servers were attentive and friendly. Definitely will be going back soon!
Delicious food & atmosphere!! Will definitely be returning over and over!
Zinna’s Bistro is the best restaurant in the area. The food is amazing and the service is second to none. Chris takes a lot of pride in his restaurant and it shows. I highly recommend dining there!!!
Nice find excellent food good service nice people will definitely be back
Always a pleasurable meal at Zinna's. Great food, atmosphere, and service. Had dinner with a friend who was a first timer and we both cant wait to go back!
Great service and exceptional food
Fabulous as always!
I loved the food. I don’t usually write a review, but I mean, I LOVED the food. The ambiance was very cozy and accommodating. The only negative, if there was one, was that the only thing to drink was water...besides that, very good food and impeccable service.
good, friendly, helpful service and very enjoyable food.
Great food made fresh. Just wished that the cappuccino would have been more hot. Otherwise had an excellent experience
Great place, good food; great service.
I have been to Zinna's before for a wedding but never for dinner. So for my birthday I treated myself and wasn't disappointed the meal and service were great! I would go back and will recommend it to all my friends!
We just love it here. The food is awesome the staff is great. Especially Crissy
Food was excellent but the waitress didn’t see us for a long time. She apologized but..... thankfully the rest of the night and the food was fantastic
This was our first time at Zinna’s Bistro and we LOVED it! The atmosphere was wonderful, our server was excellent and everything we ate was delicious. The portion sizes were generous (I took home leftovers) and the coffee was exceptional.
One of our favorites, eat there multiple times a week!
Love the food, waitstaff and Chef owner Chris Zinna. Chris is visible and comes to every table to make sure everything was to your liking. On Saturday nights his wife Dawn checks on every table too! Great restaurant, wish they opened on Sundays for dinner.
Check out the Supper Club, 3rd Thursday of every month. If you’re adventurous, each meal has a theme offering 6-9 courses featuring specialty items.
We’ve eaten Fowl Dinners, Tomato Dinners, Mushroom Dinners and more! Looking forward to a special dinner on 11/29 (Chris had to change the date b-cause of Thanksgiving). A true culinary experience!
Zinna's Bistro has been around for quite some time. I had been there once in it's earlier years. Due to the mixed reviews, I hadn't made it back, until this weekend.
We were a party of 6 and everyone enjoyed their meals! I ordered the Mahi Mahi. It was cooked perfectly and the accompanying vegetables were an ideal pairing. It was a nice filling, yet light meal. I also tried the special of the night which was smoked salmon with shrimp and scallops in a cream sauce over linguine. Very tasty, but heavy and hearty for a cast iron stomach - which I don't have. The Mahi was the perfect choice for me!
Oh, and the dessert!! I ordered the flourless chocolate cake to share with a friend. It was decadent, rich, creamy, melt in your mouth goodness, and not too sweet. If you like chocolate it is not too miss. It is quite heavy, so best to share with a friend.
Service was slow, but being that we weren't in a rush it didn't bother us.
This restaurant was terrific. I think they had a lot of patience with us. We are 5 ladies of the age of 65, friends from Grammar school and we like to talk. I had made 2:30 reservations not knowing they close at 3 to 5 for dinner. They were so patient with us, treated us like we were there on at a normal time. They did not rush us, they did not make us feel uncomfortable. Place is beautifully decorated also.
Amazing food from the delicious bread to the arancini appetizer to the homemade pasta! Will definitely be back soon!
First of all, they were hosting a private event (baby shower) in their main dining room. Therefore,we were put in a VERY small private room. This is the 2nd time this has happened to us at this restaurant. The room we were in had too many tables in it to be comfortable. I was pressed right up against a wall and there was only an inch or so between me and my husband, who sat to my right. I could barely move. It was very uncomfortable. When we were seated there was much moving of other tables and chairs, with much scraping on the floor, which had to disturb the six other diners in there at the time. Inn our group of 3 we each ordered a cappuccino. They were all barely warm. Out of the three meals, only one was deemed satisfactory. That one was a steak sandwich that the diner had taken off of the bun due to gluten issues. Mine was very mediocre.....the eggs should have had runny yolks but were solid. My home fries were barely warm. There was no real flavor to the dish. My husband ordered steak and eggs. His eggs, too, were overcooked, his steak "like shoe leather" and his home fries were absolutely cold. And then while we were sitting and talking a worker came and started seriously clearing the table. I asked if they needed the table and the answer was yes, they did. "We are very busy." The bottom line is this: if you cannot accommodate a number of other diners comfortably and without rushing them while you use your main dining room for a private function, then do NOT take in other diners. Simply put out a sign saying the dining room is closed for a private function and do not take reservations. It was obvious that attention to the food preparation for the other diners was inadequate as the kitchen staff surely was focused on preparing the food for the private function. We will NOT be going back and we will NOT recommend this restaurant.
Great food and selection as well as attentive and friendly service. Nice owner interaction with my wife and me as well as with other customers. Nice warm homey feel . Great place for families as well as couples . Nice BYOB dining experience.
