We had not been to Zink before but went during Denver Restaurant Week. We were very impressed with the quality of the food and the service was attentive and fast, without being overbearing. We will go back for sure.

I love Zinc. We have had them provide food for large conferences....superb! This is my family's second 5280 and again we enjoyed the chef's selections. I like restaurants where I can get something tasty that I don't/can't prepare at home and Zinc fits the bill! Also our waitress and I apologize I am not sure of her name now....maybe Julie.....was so nice to my daughter-in-law who is vegetarian. Found her something and OK'd it with the chef! Really thoughtful.

Our party was very impressed with the food at Zink Kitchen. We went there as part of the Denver Restaurant Week event and were blown away with the menu offering. We've gone to other restaurants during the same week and while the food was good, even great, Zink blew past our expectations. The food was delicious, inventive, creative, and something you won't get everywhere. We will DEFINITELY be going back. Do yourself a favor and check out this restaurant. Our only negative is the lighting. If they could dim the lights a bit, it would help with the dinner ambiance. But that's the only negative, and one that certainly won't keep us away from dining there again.

Very good apps and entres for 5280! The German flavors was to die for, a deconstructed German chocolate made with chocolate pane cotta! Tasted just like a girl scout samoa, Yummm!!!!

Food was excellent, but service was a little overbearing. I enjoy a server who will check in and give suggestions, but checking in every single time they pass the table is a little much. The caramel dessert was also a bit lackluster, but the German Chocolate one was excellent.

Went here for their 52.80 menu for Denver Restaurant Week. Their Brussel Sprouts appetizer was surprisingly crafted to perfection. It was a perfect blend of smokiness, crunch, tart, and sweet, all blended into a perfect dish. Their entrees were not too impressive. We had the duck and steak. I did find it odd that one of their food runners, who seemed like she was a Manager helping out as she's not in uniform, is wearing a sleeveless top. I think it would've been appropriate for her to wear her suit jacket that matched her bottom pants to fit the ambiance.

Loved this place, not what you typically associate with the words "hotel restaurant."

Service was awesome and the food rocked! Go with the salted Carmel pie or Spanish coffee!

We will definitely be back!

This was a VERY enjoyable experience. Trying a new place out during DRW, exceeded my expectations. My duck entree was the best duck I've had in a long long time. Thought my friend's mahi-mahi entree looked small, but he was very happy. Chef Paul knows what he is doing!

14 of us dined there last night for restaurant week and while I realize we had a large party, it shouldn't have taken them almost 3 hours to serve us. It took nearly 50 minutes just for our appetizers to arrive! They didn't offer us any compensation, but they did bring us each a 1/2 glass of Moscato. I guess that was their idea of an apology.....

Good had good concepts, but poor execution. It was completely forgettable. The house Cabernet was good. They kept the water refilled, and the bread was good...that's about it. We waited 15-30 minutes each stretch between being seated, ordering drinks, getting drinks, each course, etc., and service was very awkward. We won't be back.

This was my second time enjoying dinner at Zink. Both times were for 5280 week and both experiences were wonderful. I've recommended it to friends and family and all who have gone have said that they would go again.

Zink is a wonderful place to dine. The menu, although not extensive, has excellent variety. The pizza is one of the best anywhere, and the chicken pot pie is the best anywhere. Prices are extremely reasonable. Try it and you'll become a regular, as we are.

Good wine list. Really wonderful food. Lots of flavor and fantastic presentation. Service was good but the server forgot to ask (and I failed to ask) how to cook the lamb. It looked great and tasted delicious but it was totally rare. Lamb tartar is just not my taste. There was a lot of middle eastern/Italian/Greek (I guess Intermediate) flavors used but the meat was not marinated, instead it was spiced well on the outside.

As for ambiance, it was okay with bright lights and bench seats. If they turn down the lights a bit, the ambiance will be far better.

We went to the Zink for Valentines Day. We had never been there so we did not know what to expect; but had heard great reviews. The reviews did not lie. The food was fantastic and the service unparalleled! I have never tasted a brussell sprout that was so scrumptous. It was on the appetizers list and we tried them along with the duck confit eggrolls. The brussell sprouts were grilled and glazed. My company tried the salads which came out looking as though they had been freshly picked. The entrees we picked were pork shank, braised beef, and pizza. A varied selection of desserts was offered to us. I would definitely recommend this restaurant!

Zink continues to amaze us as to the quality of everything they do, from the host/manager and his interest in making our dining experience meeting every expectation, to the quality and tastiness of the food. The service is attentive yet discrete. Zink is simply EXCEPTIONAL and gives great value. Try Zink once and you'll be hooked like we are.

We love Zink, have been there several times. The menu is wonderful, filled with items you'd never dream of trying at home and some that seem ordinary, but aren't. Nothing is ordinary at Zink. The service is top notch.

Waited 30 minutes for a hamburger. They gave the excuse that the chef didn't know he had an order. We saw the waiter setting a table,he dropped the silverware on the, picked it up off the floor and continued setting the table UGH, that is when we left.

The service was excellent, but I think the menu could use a few more "standard" dishes, and not quite so many exotic ones. My wife and I each had beef dishes, and while good, I can't say they were great.

The hostess was friendly, but had some severe dental issues that were very off-putting for a first impression of the restaurant. Our waitress was great and very helpful. Both of our meals were impressive. Great serving sizes for the price. From the description on the restaurant website, we were under the impression that this was a business casual environment. I think we were the only patrons not wearing shorts or jeans or that didn't have a child running around uncontrolled. The other patrons definitely brought down the overall experience for us, but the food and staff were great. We will be back.

Smelled like smoke with hotel bar linked to it with sliding glass doors that opened to smokers outside. No music to speak of, awkward in that regard. It sounded like the music system was broken as all that was coming out of speakers was feedback. service was un-enthusiastic. Food and menu were suprising and very well executed.

We had come for Mother's Day lunch. It was a later booking. Our waiter was very attentive. The problem came with the food. Some of it was great, some of it was overcooked. The other issue was that they ran out of primerib before several members of our party could be served. My daughter had an end piece that was as tough as leather while the piece I had was perfect. Just inconsistent.
