   This is our go to special occasion restaurant. Had the grilled tiger prawns on polenta and really enjoyed it. I am not a big fan of polenta, but this is the best polenta I have ever ate and look forward to having it again next time we come to Z Grille. Our waiter was great, the perfect blend of attentive and not obtrusive. Overall a wonderful evening and a wonderful place.

   I specifically went to Z Grill to get the Fettuccine with soft shell crab, based on the photo that was sent with the new menu. The dish was really good, but the crab was about 1/4 the size that is shown in the photo. $35 is a lot to pay for such a small crab, pasta, butter and cheese. And $15 for a Chandon split was a lot also. I know food prices are higher than normal, but $50 for a small bowl of pasta that was over-advertised and a glass of champagne at Z grill is a lot.

   Mixed bag. Service was good. Place was a little noisy, I wish we had sat outside. Lamb belly app was different and very good. Nice selection of wines by the glass. Fettuccini alfredo topped with soft shell crab was again, something a little different and enjoyable. Spaghettini topped with flank steak had good flavor, extremely chewy, even the second time, after we sent it back.

   The food took along time to come, the taste of the food was terrible I ordered a steak and a simple steak was awful it was cooked not grilled, no flavor and chewy. Our waiter was very nice the only good thing about that restaurant.

   We were celebrating a graduation and had a good time. The food was very good, the patio was pleasant despite a little road noise. I feel like our server had a hard time reading the group: he would come too often at the beginning when we were clearly not ready to order and missing a few people, then at another period of time, he did not see him when we needed him. Not the end of the world, we still had a very good time, I will surely return there in the future and would not hesitate to bring another group in the future.

   Food was bland and the presentation was dull. Crumbs on the plates. The server did not mention there were items on the menu not being served. The server was not very attentive. The server lied or was unaware of available beverages.

   Frustrating. Mediocre food at high prices. They brag about home made pasta. Yet the parmesan cheese is from a shaker, not fresh. Like you are at a chain pizza place. Very disappointing. They also do the 3% surcharge, and would sure like to know if they do provide health insurance for workers or if that is a scam.

    Quality of meal was below par from prior visits. Waitress never offered to refill my wife or kid's drinks which was annoying. Won't go back there. This was on par with a bad olive garden experience.

    Food was good but not spectacular. Service was friendly and attentive. Let them know through Open Table that we were celebrating a 60th birthday and they did not even acknowledge it.

    We had a very nice birthday lunch. Service was great. Food was tasty. My shrimp po'boy could have used more remoulade sauce and less lettuce. Shrimp was delish. Our waiter even brought us a big square of tiramisu for the four of us to share. And it was comped.!

    It’s been a while since I’ve come back. I come all the way from Napa to eat there when I can. It did not disappoint! We started with the bread which came with the typical oil and balsamic vinegar dip, but also a pesto dip, and some delicious butter. My friend had a pizza and I had the angel hair pasta with tons of delicious garlic and bone marrow. The service was fabulous as they let us relax, but they came back just when we needed them. They were very accommodating with everything.

    The food was over priced. $16 for a limp Cesar salad with store bought dressing is not what I call a good value. My sister's chicken was delicious, but I've had delicious chicken at other restaurants. It wasn't worth the price. We went be back.

    I am hearing impaired which make dining out difficult because of the noise. I booked on line with a request to be placed in a quiet spot. My request was not picked up. My guest arrived after me with the same comment and the hostess immediately asked if she could move us to the bar as it was empty. Great customer service by the second hostess and our server.

    As usual the service was great, Don our server was excellent. We were not rushed between courses and the food was excellent. The gnocchi with mushroom ragu was something I will order again very soon. Wine Wednesday (1/2 price) is great night to give this restaurant a try. I will be back.
