We really enjoyed our lunch at Zinc Bistro. It has the Parisian bistro feeling with a delightful bar, flowers everywhere and a nice garden. The food was delicious, particularly the croque monsieur. and the beignets for dessert. Lovely service too.

It took awhile to get beverages even though they were at half capacity. The food was good but the salad was missing the Roquefort cheese and we found an avocado shell in it as well. This is not what I would have expected from Zinc bistro. However, the restaurant did the right thing and did not charge us for it.
Greta ambience and service. The food was delicious. The only negative comment is that all tables seem to be to close to each other so it’s hard to practice social distancing.

We were celebrating our wedding anniversary! The staff was amazing. We enjoyed the escargot on the 20th Anniversary Menu, the Seafood Bouillbaisse was hearty and rich with plenty of mussels, shrimp and white fish. The braised short-rib of beef was tender and the cabernet sauce was perfect. Our server Angel delivered a complimentary dessert of chocolate souffle, similar to a molten lava cake, complete with a sparkler. He also took our photo. A great evening and under $100.00 for the meal (no alcoholic drinks) ordered.

Wonderful dinner for the 20th anniversary of the restaurant. For the special event, my husband had the filet with foie gras and black truffles. It’s been a while since that has been on the menu and would love to see it added back in!! My halibut was perfectly cooked and paired well with the Pinot Noir.
Zinc has been part of our dining experience for 20 years and are never disappointed with the food, service or ambiance. A real treat to eat at this Chef Matt Carter restaurant.

Got the croque madame and it was delicious! My sister got the macaroni au gratin, and it was probably the best dish on the table. The outdoor seating is very nice.
My son ordered the flank steak and RAVED and it was delicious. I ordered the Dover Sole but couldn't hear the preparation from behind the waiter's mask so I was quite surprised when it arrived. Two pieces of sole rolled up --- I'm not sure if it was cooked or not but my pallet seems adverse to raw anything so it was very disappointing.

New Years Day dinner. Absolutely amazing!!! Loved our time at Zinc Bistro. We had our kids and they enjoyed it too! We will recommend this restaurant to others and for sure will go back! Thank you so much!

New Year eve. Great food and service
While we saw plenty of amazing plates coming from the kitchen , we were unimpressed with the prefix New Years menu. Dinners delivered cold. Wait staff not able to explain menu. Not the elegant evening we were expecting, oh,and the desert, substituted from the menu, was a fail.
New Years Eve dinner. Simply, one of the best set menu experiences we have had. From start to finish the staff was attentive and the food was amazing.
The restaurant was very busy and packed inside for Covid standards, so we opted to sit outside where heat lamps were provided.
The onion soup was delicious, on the tangy side but the beef stock had developed nicely, it was thick and hearty.
The star of the show was the steak frites. Ordered the strip, rare + since most restaurants always overcook the main event. Not only was it cooked to perfection, but the peppered crust was seared on hard, it was extremely well rested, and beautifully tender with tremendous flavor. Bravo! What a pleasant surprise!
Scallops were also cooked to perfection, nice sear and tender raw center - only criticism is the frites were a tad salty, the paprika dusting not necessary but still a crunchy and well executed fry.
Service was prompt and while a wine glass came out dirty it was quickly replaced and wine replaced.
Overall, excellent execution of the food and very impressed to have dined here while in Scottsdale.
This was during the holiday week so it was very busy and very loud. It had a warm energetic feel but conversation was difficult.
The food is very good especially the onion soup and chocolate soufflé. The service was good. I really like the atmosphere of this restaurant.

The chef has obviously tinkered with the crab crepe. It’s good now, but not great like it has been for as long as Zinc has been open. Go back to the great.
