Quite place for a business lunch. Food was good. Service was excellent.
Zinc has always been one of my favorite lunch places. Today was Father’s Day and we all had excellent meals with great service so highly recommend it to anyone
Very good food, atmosphere, and service - not excellent though. We have been there several times. They were in the midst of a menu change, and in general things were inconsistent - pork tenderloin has too many little sauces and sides, the scallop's risotto was too gloopy, the filet just a small pieces of beef on a big, empty plate. The protein was excellent, everything else not so great. Oysters were fantastic, the bread was a like a bakery loaf from Safeway. Waitress was excellent, busboy not very good.
Restaurant wasn't that busy, the back room is for some reason (interior design?) always noisy. Music was too loud and interior too dark, only one little candle, could barely see our food. Not sure why so dark this time. We will go back, this wasn't as good a visit as previously.
We had a wonderful time at Zinc. Frankie was our server and he’s the best! He’s so knowledgeable on what wines to pair with the menu. The food is always impeccable but the service is what takes it to a whole other level! I always order the flat iron steak and my sister in law had the scallops. Both dishes were amazing!!
Excellent French food, served very graciously, with indoor and outdoor seating options. Great wine list,
both for bottles and by the glass
The food was good but overpriced. I ordered the wedge salad with crab, and it was $27. There were only a few pieces of crab.
Great! We love coming here when in town. Went for brunch for the first time. It was wonderful.
normally our food here is excellent. This time I had a tough burger
Food is outstanding! Service is even better Maria is the best!
Hostess tried to seat us in the back corner by the busers collection of used plates and extra place settings. We asked to be seated elsewhere which we were after a little debate.
Waitress was great. Helpful. Was diligent in sampling one of my guests with several wine samples to get her one she enjoyed.
Food was good quality and flavorful.
The restaurant is very noisy when at capacity. It was extremely difficult to hear the person across the table.
It was our 25th wedding anniversary, but there was not acknowledgement.
Just LOVE this place...makes me feel like I am in Paris. Took my mom here for her birthday.
Enjoyed VIN KIR and the seafood tower, then birthday chocolate mousse...perfect!
Fabulous lunch at Zinc Bistro in the garden room!!
Food was excellent as was the service from Frankie!
Absolutely one of the best restaurants I have visited in my travels.
Highly recommended. Great for meetings and special occasions. Staff is very attentive. Marc was
the most professional, knowledgable, friendly server I have had in a long time. What a great person.
The manager Robert was also very friendly and knowledgable, we have a nut allergy and they were
very attentive to this and the Duck Confit was the best I have ever eaten!!!
What a great evening!!! Thank you all!!
We sat outdoors on a beautiful day at Kierkland. Food and service were good- lunch options are limited but tasty. I will go in the future in the evening to try their dinner menu.
Celebrated a magical birthday thanks to the great service from Magda and the rest of the staff. Food and ambiance transports you to Paris for a few hours!
One of the best restaurants in Scottsdale. The food, service and ambiance is incredible
Lovely food unfortunately the service was extremely rushed with our mains arriving before we had finished our appetizer
Great food and reasonably priced. The menu is unique for the N Scottsdale corridor. The restaurant is rather noisy.
Visiting the Scottsdale area and a family friend recommended Zinc to us. Good food, good service. Wish we were hungrier when we arrived and had more time to shop in the area.
I've visited Zinc Bistro several times over the years and never been disappointed. It's great to know that the food and service remain very good. I recommend it highly.
We had the restaurant week menu which had dishes not on the regular menu. The food was the best restaurant week meal we have had in phoenix, the sever, from France, was helpful in choosing wines by the glass, and dinner was very relaxing and not rushed, which it often is during restaurant week at other restaurants. We recently moved nearby and will definitely go back.
Our server Frankie was fantastic. Also had a friendly and enjoyable conversation with the new manager. Enjoyed our dining expensive very much and will return.
Dined at Zinc Bistro for the first tine today and absolutely loved it. I dined with a good friend, and we got a great table outside in the beautiful spring weather. Just perfect.
We each enjoyed a Bellini cocktail as we caught up on latest news. My friend ordered the crab crepes, and they were delicious. Two crepes stuffed with crab were very lightly sauced and were just the right portion size for a filling but not stuffing lunch.
I could not resist the mussels. Although this dish is listed under appetizers, I ordered it as my main course and found it to be just the right size for me. the mussels were delicious, and of course the broth was perfect for dipping the crusty bread. My only disappointment was that the frites were not the full sized American fries that I love.
Can't wait to go back and try all the other items on the menu!
Met or exceeded our high expectations! We ordered off the Restaurant Week menu because it offered items not normally available during this event.
We definitely will be going back!
Very poor service. The crab salad was a huge disappointment..hardly any crab and overall no flavor.
My favorite date place in Scottsdale. It never disappoints.
Overall great experience: everything tasted excellent (I had the iceberg wedge, roasted halibut and the chocolate souffle from the Restaurant Week menu), the service was friendly and the ambience was casual yet sophisticated
All three courses were delicious and exquisitely prepared. Service was impeccable. Zinc Bistro is my new favorite restaurant!
Zinc always makes me think I’m in Paris. I’ve eaten there many times and never been disappointed. Companion and I were celebrating her birthday. We had Coq au Vin. Best I’ve had outside of France. She received a chocolate soufflé with a sparkler to celebrate. Excellent experience overall!
We all enjoyed our restaurant week choices. Everything we ordered was delicious!
We ate here for restaurant week. Zinc Bistro is a place I would definitely come back to for a fancy night out. Lovely French food in a beautiful setting! Our service was great - he even brought out an extra dessert because he could tell we were having a hard time deciding!
Food was good, ambience delightful. Service was a little disappointing as had to follow up on bread we were told was coming, a drink that was ordered and water refills. Maybe a bad night but would go back.
Great suggestions from our server, he was amazingly attentive to us as well as other sin the restaurant. He filled our water, champagne, asked about the meal. An excellent experience all around
Another visit to Zinc Bistro during AZ Restaurant Week! Terrine to start was terrific, as was the Bacon Wrapped Pork Tenderloin. Always a terrific blend of flavors!
From reservations to paying our bill, first class service, food, ambiance. Can’t wait to go back.
The food is really wonderful. Our server was very nice, but they kept trying to take our plates before we were done. It felt like there were trying to "turn the table. " I had to tell them three times to stop taking our plates.
Service was poor. Had to chase down my waitress at one point to ask for coffee to go with the dessert she delivered. She should have asked can I get you anything else before she walked away. Was very inattentive during our entire meal. Had to ask other staff to get us bread, butter, refills, etc. Been here many times in the past with a good experience, not this time.
