Such a disappointment. The host was lovely but the rest of our experience was awful. The server was unprofessional and unconcerned and our entrees were completely inedible.

The food was good. The appetizers were awesome but the main dish was over seasoned. Our server was inattentive and we ended up having to go to the bar to get water.

Crème brûlée was not brûlée Served a steak without asking how well done to cook it No upstairs lounge area as in years past even though it was stated on the flyer for this year also One small area for photos Not as well run as shade redondo new years events

Had a family Christmas dinner at zinc@shade. Very convenient, nice ambience. The staff may have been a bit over stretched, but overall still good. Nice wine selections.
