About Zina Lounge
Experience ‘Wine First Dining’ at the Zina Lounge; there are plenty of places to eat, or taste wine while you are in Wine Country. At the Zina Lounge we have set out to show you how magical wine and food can be together when paired perfectly. We start by selecting our favorite Zina Hyde Cunningham wines for the season, and then add a wine or two from Ledson or Mountain Terraces. Once we have selected just the right wines, our Chef Yoshiharu Sogi puts his sommelier skills to work combined with his Japanese and French culinary training to create virtual masterpieces of pairing perfection. If you are in Wine Country to find some incredible wines that are not available anywhere else in the world, then the Zina Lounge is the right place for you. To find out which wine will be your new favorite, book your own Wine and Food Pairing today. We offer a four or six course menu five days a week.

Zina Lounge Ratings and Reviews
Excellent restaurant, excellent wine, great pairing.
however, for the price and the dishes I was expecting, we were both a bit disappointed .
Sitting at 19:00, we got water , first wine etc within 10 minutes.... very fast serving.
As for the food. the dishes were really interesting but with only few persons within the restaurant, I would have expected the service to be more personalized (we were never ask about how we wanted our salmon or steak cooked). The chef has a asian background and the dishes feels it, and it is for the best.
We felt the salmon was overcooked (not even close to be pink at the bone like they say) and the steak was close to medium-done.
Overall, would recommend it with warning
Spectacular! We had our wedding anniversary dinner here and it was amazing. The dining room is open and the tables are well separated so you basically feel like you're alone. Each course is perfectly paired with a wine selection from the Ledson winery and the food is creative and delicious. The lamb was extremely tender, the potato leek soup had us wanting to lick our bowls and every dish made you look forward to the next one. These guys have it down, the perfect place for a special occasion. We thank them for a memorable evening.
I had a project in Vallejo that was short but draining. I'm from Seattle and I decided that at the end of the day, it would be worth it to drive to Sonoma to try the Zina Lounge. It was during the rainstorms and my sister and I made the unfamiliar drive to Sonoma at night in the pouring rain. One of the best decisions we've ever made! From the time we walked into the Ledson (which houses Zina's) and it's beautiful décor, we were welcomed and treated exceptionally well. Our dining experience there was nothing short of stupendous. Our waiter/wine connoisseur was friendly, informative but also gave us our space. We were later treated to a visit by the chef which made the whole evening even more special. We enjoyed the 4 course meal with wine pairing and enjoyed every course immensely. The meal wasn't cheap, but I felt it was worth every penny. At the end of the evening, after all the great food, wine, service and atmosphere, the stress of the day was far behind us. Can't put a price on that!
A very unexpected experience which we enjoyed. We expected a "restaurant", but this is a boutique hotel & wine tasting room with a handful of dining tables. Thus it's by reservation only, and we were one of just 2 couples dining that evening. Not exactly a warm & cozy room, too open for that, a brightly lit, but still nice and the food was excellent. Yes, portions are rather tiny, but with so many courses that was a good thing and we left totally satisfied.
The wine was good and the food was fine. My salmon was over cooked. The environment was a little stiff, lighting too bright, music too quiet. Lounge is misleading. You absolutely feel that you are sitting in the lobby.
The staff was very nice.
Zina Lounge was a pleasure to work with from the moment I made the reservation. I was contacted by Todd who asked for the names of my party members, and any food allergies or dislikes (which it turns out we had several of) .
Upon arrival we met a beautifully set table (with 4 wine glasses per setting in an elegant old hotel lobby on Sonoma's town square. On the table were elegant customized menues with our names on them. The food was excellent, as was the wine pairing. We opted for the 4 course meal which was plenty, but I may go back and try the 6 course meal sometime. We ate leisurely and shut the place down. We had a great time and made some nice memories.
I would go there again in a heartbeat.
Very unique experience in Sonoma. One of the best gastronomic 4 course dinners I ever had.
The chef selects the wines and pairs the servings to go with them.. Original and perfect match berween plates and wines.
Also, the environment was quiet and the room very stylish and suited for a gastronomic experience.
