Went to dinner at 6:30 pm on Saturday night with wife and daughter. My wife ordered Cannelloni Ripieni con Pesto Genovese, described in the menu as a hollow pasta stuffed with jumbo lump crab and Maine lobster, béchamel pesto sauce. My wife is allergic to shrimp so she confirmed with the waitress that the Cannelloni was stuffed with lump crab and lobster as stated on the menu. However, when the dish was delivered, my wife quickly discovered that instead of being stuffed with jumbo lump crab and Maine lobster, the Cannelloni was stuffed with crawfish.

My wife showed the dish to the waitress, who didn’t know what crawfish looked like. She suggested that we speak to the manager. The General Manager, Rocco, came over and said that the kitchen must have used crawfish by mistake. I told him that it looked to me like a bait and switch, knowing that most customers wouldn’t be attentive enough to catch the much cheaper substitution of crawfish. He then said that the dish was a special two nights prior, which also doesn’t make sense. Did he really mean that they were serving meals made two days earlier? (According to their website, the special on Thursday was Salmon Neptune with crab meat and lobster sauce and there were no other specials this week with crawfish.) I then told the General Manager that my wife was allergic to shrimp and doesn’t eat crawfish, so we don’t know what kind of reaction she was going to have and that I was not going to pay for the entire dinner. He agreed and offered my wife something else. She asked for a Caprese Salad. The salad that was delivered did not have the “vine” tomatoes as described in the menu, unless by “vine” they mean unripe. Again, the dish she ordered was inedible.

The only bright spot in customer service was our waitress, Erin, who was very pleasant and attentive. Our visit tonight confirms what we’ve heard from others that the new GM and chef don’t care about the customer.

We ate here 2 nights in a row. Compared to other places we could find, it appeared to have better menu and food selections. We were not disappointed by our choices. Everything was very good. They seem to run wine specials as we had wine both nights that was very good.

our server talked a lot and spilled a bit of wine, I think she was nervous.

If I am back in Quantico, would most likely return here as they have good food, reasonable prices and service is solid

They were having a wedding there -- right in the middle of the restaurant. Had they told me that I would never have made my reservations. Won't go there again.

Service has changed, no long do I feel special, Nino the manager is gone, and so feel of Italy the restaurant had. . Food is great! Although, they run out of featured items fast ( we did not get our oysters even though it is a raw bar) the drinks are fine, but the bar tender may not want to it get right if have special taste. I have eaten here several times in the past and it was one my favorite, I took a long break to find these changes The manager moved out and so did the specialness.

My wife and I went here for out anniversary and we had a great time. The food was delicious, we had a hard time deciding on what to have even though their menu is not very large. For an appetizer we had the four cheese, lobster, and craw fish dip; fantastic. For entrees we had the pesto linguine with shrimp and the tortellini in mushroom and prosciutto sauce. Both were excellent. Service was fast and friendly and there is man playing a piano (synthesizer) and singing in the background which give the place a nice ambiance. Th location is not where you would expect to find such a nice place, but whatever they have to do to stay in business I support. We don't have many nice little restaurants in Stafford. It is suitable for kids but I don't think they have a very extensive kids menu.

I went with my son for dinner , this being our first visit to the restaurant. We were both satisfied with the atmosphere, food, and service. I would not hesitate to recommend it to family and friends. While not a restaurant I would frequent regularly, I would choose it for special occasions for its above average satisfaction. It stands out as a bright star in Stafford's constellation of dining offerings.

We went to Zibibbo 73 for Easter brunch. It was our first visit. It's a nice place and the food was great. The kids menu isn't huge but it's big enough. Our kids loved theirs and cleaned their plates. Service was good and friendly. Can't wait to get back for a date night.

Authentic and sophisticated Italian cuisine in Stafford, VA--who would think?
The owner and chefs are Italian and the meal made our daughter, recently returned from
a semester in Italy, feel as if she was back in Florence. We will be back to enjoy another meal from
Vincenzo and his talented chefs!

South of Aquia, VA, this local Italian restaurant is in a strip shopping center away from the congestion that is route 610 in Stafford Co. It has a reasonably priced menu with some nice twists on Italian standards as well as options not ordinarily found in the average Italian restaurant. All food was well prepared, service was attentive and it was "quiet" compared to other restaurants in the area. You can actually speak to your table mates without having to raise you voice. Will return and do recommend.

Zibibbos took great care of our group of 35. The food was exceptional and the ambiance was amazing. The best thing about this place was the FOOD. Everything we had was great. I reccomend the clams as they were expertly prepared and impeccably delivered. This is the third time visiting this wonderful establishment and I really can't recommend it enough. The food is fresh and really tastes like it was made with love. Thank you so much Zibibbos for giving us a place in Stafford that isn't another chain. Keep up the Charm and Charisma of being the gem of Stafford!

We went for my wife's birthday and made reservations in advance (definitely recommended). We were seated quickly and the server was very efficient, polite, and knowledgeable of the menu. We shared Olive Siciliane and the Caprese Salad. Both were very good. My wife had Trota con caperi (Sauteed Trout fillet, capers, raisins, pinenuts and broccoletti, fingerling potatoes, brown butter) for the main course and I had the Scalloppini Piccata, both of which were quite good. For dessert, we had Tiramisu and Coffee Creme Brulee, which the server said were made daily on site. Both were excellet, as were the espresso and cappuccino. Definitely recommend.

This restaurant is ok. Just ok. My tween daughter and I were kind of disappointed with our experience there. It started off on the wrong foot when we were initially seated in a back corner booth, directly next to a side door. My daughter's first comment was "mom, I'll be staring at a door and fire extinguisher all night," so we asked for another table. Unfortunately, the food wasn't that great (her dish of pasta was "too cheesy" and she hardly ate any), plus the chef got both our orders wrong at first. We had to send them back. Hers was supposed to have bacon in it but didn't, and I'd asked for mine without prosciutto and it came with a boatload. The bread basket brought before our dinners, which we had to ask for, was skimpy. Only slices of white Italian bread and an olive spread - no butter or olive oil, or variety of breads. My glass of muscatto (sp?) was pretty small for $8, but my daughter loved her "mocktail." The waitress was nice, so no complaints on that end. She was very respectful of and helpful with my food allergies. Though when our orders came out wrong, I got a bit nervous that ingredients I can't have might be in mine. Overall, we left with a feeling of disappointment. It was our "big" night out, and was just so-so. We probably won't go back. Which bothers me, because we wanted to like Zibibbo. We looked forward to trying it out for almost a year, and FINALLY had a chance to go. When it fell short, we walked back to the car in silence. My daughter then said something to the effect, "well, that didn't go so well." Maybe if we had ordered the salmon....

My family and I have eaten at Zibibbo several times and have never been disappointed. Dress casual or dress up , either way is comfortable and not out of place. Everything on the menu is excellent.

We took our visiting relatives to Zibibbo's for a nice family dinner. Everybody loved their food. We always start with the mussels appetizer and are never disappointed. The owner came over several times to check on us and the service, food and atmosphere are always delightful. This is our favorite restaurant in Stafford.
