Ordered Fettuccine dish. The chicken was warmed up from the refrigerator, not freshly made. So, the chicken had that off cold refrigerator chicken taste. The rest was good. I didn't eat the chicken.

Menu selections and quality are great. The only down side is it is a very noisy dining area, it would be a huge improvement if some sound reduction could be incorporated into the architecture.

We have never had anything but a superb meal at Zesti. The bolognese sauce is beyond compare. If I had to critique one thing it would be this: would it hurt to provide a dessert or champagne split to a couple who chose to dine here on a Special Occasion? This visit was a birthday outing, which was mentioned on our reservation, and not so much as a “Happy Birthday” by our Server. We spent a fair amount of money and tipped generously. A token would have been appreciated.

My wife and I went here for our 6 month anniversary and absolutely loved it. Food was fantastic and the service was better. The bartender was so kind to make some NA cocktails for my wife even though they weren't on the list. Would reccomend

Seated right on time of reservation. Waiter was cordial, if not overly friendly. Prompt service. Chicken carbonara was outstanding. Angel hair pasta with veggies was ok, a little too tomato saucy taste for me. Orange chicken was very good. Disappointed that they didn't offer a free dessert for daughter's 16th birthday, but all in all, a very nice dining experience.

Disappointing to say the least. My wife and I come here every year for our anniversary. We were looking forward to this for months. We started with the mushroom caps, they were amazing but very small, only came with 4 caps. For entrees we had the crab ravioli and the japanese short ribs. I get the short ribs everytime and they are typically amazing. This time they were tough. I shouldn't need a knife to eat this dish. Usually the meat is so tender it falls apart just by looking at it. And for some reason it was finished off on the grill. That flavor did not pair well with the meat. The sauce was non existent and the spinach was bland. This meal deterred us from ordering dessert. Lastly, the menus were falling part and old. Just not a good experience. Unfortunately we will not be coming back.

We all sat at the bar for happy hour and for dinner. We asked the bartender for 2 separate checks, one for each couple. She said they couldn't do that because of their 'system'. The manager came over and asked if there was a problem. We explained, he refused to give us separate checks. We told them that friends of ours were waiting to see what we thought of Zesti. We told him that we wouldn't be returning because we usually go out with multiple couples that order differently with regards to food and beverages, making it very uneven to split the bill. He told us that was our problem and was not very friendly. Between the four of us, the total amount that we paid with tips came to approximately $300. I guess that amount of money is not enough to accommodate separate checks.

Zesti never disappoints! Wife’s birthday and we had something for everyone! Where can you get a calzone, short rib lasagna, crab ravioli and orange chicken! All made to perfection! Great job Zesti!

The food was mediocre - pork chop was dry and hazelnut chocolate cake, gummy. But the worst part of the evening was that there were 5 tables of guests who brought infants up to toddler age children who screamed, cried and ran around the restaurant. It was the loudest, most obnoxious evening out in a very long time.

Food was good and atmosphere was nice. But noise levels are insane. Way too many hard surfaces, which are responsible to the noise. Those cork tiles on the ceiling are of no help. Could not carry on a reasonable dinner discussion with my wife. Ruined the experience.

Tonight we were expecting slow service with the staffing warning. Zesti Restaurant is still going strong.. excellent meal, outstanding service, and the best margarita in Lake Country. Thank you Max and the bartender(didn’t get his name) for making our evening special!
