Service was excellent and food was exceptional! Typically priced for Westchester but they were also very accommodating with food pairings. Excellent wines by the glass.
First time there and it was great. Great ambiance, good service, great food and drinks.
While it's always pretty loud when crowded, the noise level on this visit was the closest to intolerable that I've ever found it at this restaurant. Really wish they could/would do something to help enable conversations that don't require everyone yelling back and forth at each other.
I have been to Zero Otto Nove in Armonk several times over the past few years. Most of the time, it's with another couple or with a friend. It never disappoints, whether you have a formal entrée or just pizza and apps. This time, I had the Mushroom Salad and Pasta Fagioli. Deliciously made. Our table of four split a pizza for an app, and it was more than enough food. The pastas are all well made, and you can't go wrong with any of them.
Wish my biscotti weren't stale. :(
I have enjoyed their branches in the Bronx and Flatiron. However, the noise level in Armonk was deafening, and the service slow
The food was inventive, but not that tasty. Would go to many other Italian restaurants before I came back here
Always a pleasure, something for everyone on this menu. Pasta is particularly wonderful and creative. Specials are always truly special. A bit noisy, but good busy.
Takeout is also a great idea here.
I know it’s always said that a restaurant is only as good as its last meal - but we will still be back to zero Otto novo despite our last meal. We took friends after raving about the food. Big disappointment on sunday night. Pizza was doughy, pasta sauces were thick and way too heavy. Bread didn’t taste fresh and I always find it strange when a place serves 3 pieces of focaccia bread to a table with 4 people.
I think the waiter was also annoyed when only 1 glass of wine was ordered. Hoping it was a fluke night but unfortunately these friends won’t be returning with us.
Came for my birthday. My daughter recommended it so we came my wife and I and my daughter and fiancé was excellent night.
Always a pleasure - never disappointed
The food is excellent. The grilled octopus was particularly memorable.
We’ve been going to this restaurant since it opened. It can be quite good, but a number of dishes at fairly ordinary, even not good. I had my usual orchiette with broccoli rabe, and the grilled calamari. Quite nice. My husband usually gets a truffled Alfredo dish that’s great. This time he tried a chicken dish.
It, Chicken Scarpiello, was not great - a sharp, overly lemony sauce that was heavy and gummy, as if reheated more than once or twice. Friends have gotten the radiatore in foil and found it ordinary.
Hit or miss. Was better before.
The staff is attentive and lovely - always.
We've been here several times and never disappointed with anything from the menu or specials. The weekends can be hard to get in if you do not make a reservation but worth it for food, dessert or wine!
The restaurant is VERY loud. Menu is somewhat limited, the service is attentive but sketchy when busy. Cocktails are expensive and some are way too small-a rip off at $15! Would we go back, maybe, do we understand what all the hype is about...no.
Very and I mean very noisy inside. We sat outside but had we sat inside we would of considered leaving. Does not do well to having dinner conservation
Zero offers delicious food, great service with Nancy , the most accommodating hostess
Amazing pizza! The entrees are just ok but best pizza in northern Westchester!
Our third dinner experience here and we have never been disappointed. Food was amazing and sitting outside was fantastic. Thank you!
love, love, love....we have been a fan of Roberto for years...30+ in fact
We decided after multiple times dining at this restaurant that it’s best for salad and pasta.
The pizza is doughy so if thin and crispy pizza is your preference this isn’t your pizza.
We’ve had fish in foil specials here which are consistently small portions with no starch or vegetable other than the tomatoes in the sauce. Chicken scarpariello was plain and uninspiring. No pepper heat.
Again, nothing else on the plate.
Imaginative starters and pastas - very good quality
Wonderful as always!!
Food and service was great.
This place is fine so long as your expectations are within reason. It is tasty, well prepared, Italian food, but there is absolutely nothing special about it. And, it is not very good value, as the entrees come "bare" without pasta or veg, forcing you to order more sides than at a typical Italian place. There are better options, for sure.
Exceeded my expectation
Incredible food! Great service. Rudy our waiter was top notch. Can't wait to go back
Service was very good and ambiance was very nice. Salmon was overcooked and the special pasta in aluminum foil was good but definitely not worth the price tag.
I always enjoy the food at ZON - well prepared modern Italian, a large selection of pizzas and pastas and well-curated appetizers and entrees. It draws an informal but upscale crowd and is extremely popular. Therein lies the problem for us somewhat older, hearing-challenged foodies. The noise level on weekends is extreme, as is the case with several other good Armonk restaurants. Conversation even with the person seated next to you is a challenge. My advice: come during the week or for lunch, or be prepared to shout. Or, if weather permits, sit at one of the cozy outdoor tables.
always great and consistent- great food and service every time. closest you will get to eating in Italy
This was, by far, the noisiest restaurant I have ever visited. Awful...
I did not eat my main course-the meatballs were too hard and not very flavorful.
The fava bean and artichoke appetizer is outstanding!
Dover sole was tasty. Outside patio was delightful and classy sophisticated crowd.
This was not our first visit here but it had been some time since our last. We were very surprised and disappointed with the quality of the food. It was not at all comparable with the $$.
excellent fresh pasta.
always excellent. our fourth or fifth time there. as NYC foodies getting away from the city, this upstate branch of their two city places is excellent. I had a branzino wrapped in tin foil, my wife had a pasta dish. Phil was our waiter a second time---we've requested him for our next visit next month
The food is always delicious and fresh. Tonight the service was a little off, which was unusual. But we will always come back to this restaurant because the food is so delicious, and the atmosphere is relaxed and friendly.
The pizza was under cooked and the Dover sole was dry with no taste !
The salad was warm and soggy !!!
Our second time there and will be our last ! The first time was the same experience.
I had a great time, we had one
Friends birthday 🎂 all went well. Food and service were top notch.
My favorite place in westchester county. Incredible food
