The food and service were excellent...the dessert was amazing. All in all a very nice restaurant and a good place to celebrate a special occasion!

We stayed for a weekend night at the Gaylord and made reservations for the evening at Zeppole. The food was excellent, that atmosphere wasn't as cozy as expected since it was in the open air atrium. Overall we enjoyed the food and time together.

Our date night was amazing. Our hostess worked with me to plan a special night on one of the terraces and was such a delight to meet. She even remembered my first name on the day we arrived for our meal. Our server recommended the Chilean Sea Bass and he is a man who should be trusted...it was knock-your-socks-off good. Hats off to chef and team! We will be back over and over again.

Excellent service and food. Chef Zeb made us feel like royalty! His dishes were prepared perfectly and he even gave us a sneak peak of his spring menu.

Very small amount of food for the price, but I’m not from Texas. Maybe this is ordinary. The Sea Bass was just OK, the potatoes and carrots were hard to find. Why not serve a generous amount, these sides are very cheap. Please the customer. This is the first part of business 101. My hope is you make some positive changes.

Waiter had no interest in serving us. Never refilled water or bread? My Rigatoni was not eatable. Sticky, gooey..heavy. A person came by to check and saw only a few bites taken and offered another entree...But there is no tortellini, no ravioli, no chicken cacciatore dish choices . No offer to remove charge from ticket. We were celebrating my husbands birthday and were deeply disappointed. Will not return to this Restaurant.

The rigatoni was probably the most delicious thing I've ever had. I even came back the next night to have it again!

This was my second visit and I was very pleased with the overall experience. I am told the restaurant has a new chef, and I was very disappointed to learn that the Osso Buco I raved about on my first visit was no longer on the menu. The server recommended an alternative which was fine and I enjoyed it very much. I would recommend this restaurant without hesitation. We will be back and very much hoping that the Osso Buco makes a return. Don’t forget that the restaurant will validate your parking ticket upon request!

Pretty pricey for what you got so can't recommend. Service was inconsistent... at times good; other times lacking.

Tuscan soup was good; yet the small bowl that was only half filled... $10. The Pappardelle Pasta was posted at $28 online... yet I was charged MP of $32... really? TThink this was "special menu during ICE-- extra special for restaurant. Was delicious even though the amount of lobster & shrimp was rather skimpy--- not $32 worth. Guess I shouldn't complain as received something extra-- about an inch of the lobster shell in a long narrow, pointy triangle. Fortunately I noticed it before I swallowed otherwise could have been major trouble.

If money is not object, then this is a good place to go.

Earnesto, our waiter, helped create a memorable evening for our family reunion. Thank you so much for everything! The food, wine and service was well above average!

Party of 11 for dinner on the eve of the Cotton Bowl. The waitress(s) were very accommodating and patient with our exuberant group & multiple tickets. The wine list was great and everything from the grilled salmon entree to beautiful salads, breads and pizzas and pasta dishes ordered were delicious!

I have to say, I had read some reviews prior to going and I decided to make my own decision and glad I did. We absolutely loved it! Spaghetti and meatballs was delicious the flavor was in the meatball to be eat with the pasta and it was amazing. For my husband to say it was the best he’s ever had, says a lot. The kids meals were great. Our waiter was a young man and he was wonderful. Attentive, offered answers to our questions on desserts. We will be back!

Food is way over priced for the quality. No problem paying those prices, but with only a few basic things on the menu... its not worth it! We booked our reservation 1 month in advance and were sat at a small inside table. We asked to sit at a table outside with a view and were told we needed to ask for that when we booked. How were we to know to ask for that when we had never been there. Its a shame, waste of money.

The family went for Christmas lunch at 2pm. It was a buffet style lunch with carving stations, large shrimp and snow crab claws, cheese station, and side station. The food was average to above average with good taste being a buffet style service. The waitress seemed to be a little overrun but that is normal when most tables are larger groups. The price was 70.00 per plate and no charge for my 3 year old. I would say a little over priced by 5 to 10 dollars but it was Christmas so probably on spot for what was on buffet and being a holiday.

The food was not horrible, but it was definitely not as good as the usual Christmas buffet put on by the Gaylord before it was taken over by Marriott. The desserts, prime rib and turkey seemed the same or similar to the Gaylord brunch before the change, but that's the only similarity. We chose Zeppole out of the 3 options for this day because some of our party is from Italy. One noted that for a buffet at an Italian restaurant there was only one pasta available. Spaghetti. Disappointing to say the least. Service was not good at all. We had finished our first plate of food before receiving our drinks. We even had one of the most experienced waitresses who has been there a long time. Our party of 8 was seated in a large round booth which was not accommodating for buffet style dining, but after a little bit of pressure we were allowed to move. The restaurant was never full as there were empty tables everywhere so I don't know why the service was not great. Overall it was a very disappointing Christmas brunch and we are hoping that the elegant Gaylord brunch with white tablecloths, beautiful music and the gorgeous festive atmosphere will return. We definitely won't be returning to Zeppole for Christmas again. We made it a tradition to go to the Gaylord on Dec. 25th but that's over. Sad :(

The only problem was that our table, which faced the walkway, had a spotlight shining on it. There was only one seat where the light wasn't a bother. Easily fixed with some sort of roof covering, please?

This was my familys first Christmas vacation at your hotel. Enjoed everything except for our visit to Zeppole’s. Waiter did not seem to care about us and had a bad attitude during the entire experience. I decided to order spaguetti with meatball and received clumps of spaguetti and the meatballs flavor was extremely bland. I am a big italian food fanatic and I was not happy with flavor of sauce. Fortunately my wife was happy wth what she ordered. I usually never complain but was very dissapointed with this family experience and the fact that we dis not receive what we expected for the price we paid at Zeppoles.
Sincerely,
Patrick Villagran

Karen was our server both times we dined here within a weeks time. The calamari was great. Loved their complimentary bread as well. Had the Tuscan soup, spaghetti and meatball, pork saltimboca, corkscrew pasta with shrimp and scallops in garlic butter suace. Very flavorful and portions were just right. Karen was very attentive and professional.

We have been to Zeppole many times and this time our experience was very different. We had an appetizer and 4 entrees and everything was overly salted. My husband couldn't even eat the meatball it was so salty. It took minutes for the appetizer to arrive but took maybe 20-30 minutes for our entrees and the restaurant was not busy. The menu seems to have been heavily edited with fewer options and no specials. I always loved the gnocchi but it was no longer available.

Small pasta portion and 2 out of 4 were not good in flavor and the pasta did not have enough sauce therefore it was dry.
Dont think the food was worth what we paid for.
