Excelente comida en especial el Carpaccio es delicioso
I had one of the best dinning experiences I have had in some time. I had the fish cooked whole which was perfectly prepared. Services was excellent.
Decent Italian. Brussel sprouts were very good. Service was very good.
The amount of light and background music were excellent. The waiter could've been a bit quicker but at the time there was a lot of people coming in around the time I ordered, but even so I still feel like he did an outstanding job. At first, I thought the portions of the food for the price was kind of low, but when I took my first few bites I knew I would barely be able to finish it. The taste that accommodates the light ambience underneath the nightsky was amazing. All in all, I had an amazing time and if I would ever be given a chance to do so, I would eat there again.
Needed to bring a warm coat to eat here. Several other customers were having to go to their rooms at the resort to get a coat. Maybe invest in some heaters. The food was good, but they didn't bring everything and the soup was hearty, but not very warm (probably cooled down due to the environment). Maybe just a bad night for them.
Would definitely recommend...a little pricey but it was expected. Food was great..we got out food quickly. Nice night.
This was our 2nd time here and we had a great time. Everything was great!!!
Fantastic food and atmosphere! I would go back in a heartbeat
Excellent!! We would recommend Zeppole for any occasion
Food was ok. Flavor was good but it was all cold. Our sever was awesome and he did everything to the best of his ability. Restaurant was gorgeous but also a bit cold. We scarfed our food down barely tasting it because the temp in the room was cold and didn't want the food to get colder. While it definitely could have been better I would go back.
We arrived at our 630 time and we could see dozens of tables empty but were told we needed to wait. So we all went to the bathroom which is a feat in a wheelchair. Other guests and my 10 year old son had to help my wife get into the restroom with her wheelchair. When we returned people who just walked up were getting seated. So we asked about our table now 15 minutes past our reservation and they took us to a booth under a big screen tv in the bar for our date night. My wife is in a wheelchair! We returned to the host stand and they younger hostess just stood there rolling her eyes while the older lady said she doesn’t double seat her waiters. The older hostess just kept saying the outside was loud but we had just been put under a big tv in the bar? We were like we should go back to the old hickory which had been amazing the night before or order to our 6 foot table back in our suite? She finally said we could go the far end that was “loud” but would get bad service.,which we did. We laughed it off. But our son received the smallest kid sized pasta we have ever seen and right after eating felt so sick. That end was not “loud” it was freezing cold though. It was a night that it was 38 degrees outside and we had no idea the weather here! The food was ok nothing to write home about. We were unable to cut our pizza with the two different knives we were given. We were warned about the service so we dealt with that. So just go to the steakhouse it’s amazing!
The food and service were 5 star. It was an excellent choice for our family of 4 while staying at The Gaylord. I would definitely recommend Zeppole!!
We had a wonderful waitress Paige , excellent wine Moscato with sea bass plate and chicken Marsala..oh my the Amaretto cheesecake was delicious too . great place to dine
Everything about our evening was wonderful! Our server (Gabby from Bulgaria) went above and beyond!!
We waited for a bit after our reservation time, then we were placed in the very back of the restaurant where we feel as if we were forgotten. It took 10 minutes until we got a menu and our server was hard to get a hold of. We also did not receive our bread until the end of the meal which defeats the purpose. Food was good but service not the best it could’ve been. I understand it was NYE but we felt forgotten.
Food was delicious, and our waiter provided excellent recommendations for foods both on and off the menu.
The waiting list was too long and we wait half and hour there to be seated
Terrible, their idea of Italian is pizza , spaghetti or lasagna ….avoid Zeppole at all cost. Overpriced chef boy r D! Not sure how this place has any good reviews at all.
Hate giving out a bad review. There are a couple of positives- the atmosphere is great and the staff was pretty good. Other than that, ample suckage!
We were there for the Cotton Bowl. Everything was good but I don’t feel it was worth the price.
Food and drinks were not on par with the restaurant. The recipe for Italian food is very different from the food that is prepared in this restaurant. Italian cuisine is one of my favorites and we were very upset by the taste of the food :(
The food was very over priced in my opinion. The spaghetti sauce was watered down and the roasted chicken was dry. Our meal was not worth the $110 price tag.
Great food and atmosphere. Wait staff was very attentive to our wants.
Great service and food. You must try this.
Family of 6 - each dish amazing ! Great staff - best customer service !
Excellent atmosphere at the Gaylord, especially if you sit in the open area!
The food was good, a little on the salty side but very flavorful seasoning.
Our server was probably new or just very, quiet, a little distant and shy, not a huge problem, just very different.
Now the prices are just out of control.
2 people, appetizers and entrees (no drinks and no dessert) = $144 (incl tax)!
We had 1 steak and 1 fish entree.
The portions also do not represent the price being paid. We saw another gentleman at a table near us going through his bill with questions as well.
Great restaurant, wonderful service and food! We had our son with us and was treated with normal respect from a nice restaurant! Loved it!
I've always eaten at the bar here in the past and their drinks and appetizers are fantastic. We made a reservation for dinner based on my past experiences and weren't disappointed till the entrees arrived. Chicken Marsala was more like chicken-fried chicken with a mushroom sauce. They apparently used sweet marsala, which I don't care for. The mashed garlic potatoes were a tad thin. My husband ordered the lasagna and was dumb-founded as to how to eat it. It was covered in an individual dish with about 1/4 to 1/2 inch of bechamel sauce with butter or oil floating on top of that. He tried his best and ate almost half, but was disappointed. We should have ordered the salmon. The Amaretto cheesecake he had for dessert was very good. So next time, drinks, appetizers and dessert! We'll skip the main course.
The mixed fried appetizer was really good as also the lasagna. Wine is overpriced. Paid 50 for a bottle that was really a 10 dollar California wine. Service was excellent. Ambience is nice it feels like you are eating outdoors. We also had the cheesecake and it was really good.
The service was great. We arrived early and they were able to sit us early. The food was delicious with appropriate portions . We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and they decorated our dessert to make it special.
Average food. Nothing but Pepsi or Diet Pepsi if you don’t want alcohol. Made me think I would have been happier at Olive Garden.
The food just wasn’t good. The risotto tasted like Rice a Roni, the pizza was soggy and they subbed spaghetti instead of the usual fettuccine in the bolognese we were served without asking if that was okay (which made it like a plate of spaghetti with meat sauce - nothing to write home about). I wouldn’t go again.
Great place to eat! Good food and great relaxing atmosphere!
xmas busy but great service glad I made a reservation food was good but not great
Our waitress was Amaxing!!!! But the hostess and ppl who sit at the front was a disaster.
The BEST meal we had the entire time at the Gaylord Hotel.
Great food and waiter Eric was outstanding.
We were there for Christmas Eve dinner, the foods were good, portions were small with pretty pricey! Most of all the servers are good, but I think due lack of short in waiters, we have to waited for long time!!
Service trash, food undercooked
Had a res got seated next to bar
Zeppole Coastal Italian had an inviting atmosphere, with a good selection of menu items. The food was served quickly, delicious, and the personnel were all friendly.
