Awesome restaurant, very impressed with the service and attention to the fine details. The team really created a memorable experience.
Nice find on a drive across the country. Alittle slow when we were seated but the dinner made up for the wait. Filet with bernaise a potato souffle with asparagus. Awesome
Excellent service, terrific variety...accompaniments offered great enhancements to perfect steaks! Delicious starters, sides and desserts with a wonderful - and wide ranging - wine list. Terrific...our new favorite Arizona steakhouse and worth the drive!!
We ordered the prime rib but were told the only option was medium to well done, no medium-rare or rare. We found this frustrating as it was 6:30pm on 1 of 2 nights that the prime rib is the special...so either you weren’t prepared from the get go or it was over cooked already.
Herb crusted salmon was very good! Everything was great, would not order lobster Mac and cheese again. It was just ok, not much lobster, everything else was great!
Shanon is the best waitress
Very personable and efficient The food was delicious. Shannon described the food on the menu. We’ve been there before she even remembered that my husband had a Meyers and coke!!! The Presentation of the food was beautiful. The desserts were delicious as well. We go there at least twice a year. The presentation of the food was beautiful. The desserts were delicious as well. We go there at least twice a year! Love it
One of the best steak dinners ever. Rivals New York City's Top Steak Houses and without NYC prices. Everything was top notch.
My husband and I are locals, and have been happily dining at the Zenith since they opened a few years ago. They have a 'Prime Rib' special on Wednesdays and Sundays and we decided to try it for the first time last Wednesday (March 28-2018). Once again, Zenith has outdone itself! It was the BEST Prime Rib dinner we've had in umpteen years. We both ordered an End-Cut and the Flavour, Char, and Tenderness were nothing short of Superlative! We'll be back for more of this delectable offering.
My husband ordered the 'Stuffed Mushrooms' Appetizer... totally delish. I ordered the 'BLT Wedge Salad'... also delish. The 'Herb Crumble' was outstanding and their House-made 'Blue Cheese' Dressing is the best we've tasted from any restaurant in Flag.
Their 'Wine List' is unsurpassed; the 'Ambience' lovely; the 'Background Music' is slow, soft Jazz that lends itself to quiet, relaxed conversation (romantic or otherwise).
We so appreciate Hector's recognition of us. He's the Zenith's Manager and always makes us feel so very welcome. Tatiana was our Server and she was fabulous! Sweet, personable, savvy, and johnnie-on-spot in taking good care of us.
Now then, as the 'Zenith Steakhouse' is located in the 'Twin Arrows Hotel and Casino', most people dress like slobs when partaking Zenith's fare. However, my husband and I prefer to 'dress to the nines', (doing so always makes our dining experience feel 'special'). But, either way, everyone feels comfortable at the Zenith no matter their attire.
The Zenith is really cool that way. In embracing such diversity, there is no pretension, no haughtiness, no snobbery at all... just the sincere desire to serve fabulous food to their fabulous customers. Everyone is welcome!
Zenith is expensive, but, we're retired and have plenty of disposable income. As 'Fine Dining' is our thing, we can honestly say that Zenith is THE BEST Fine Dining restaurant in Flag, and have voted them so in 'The Best of Flagstaff' every year since they opened.
Good steaks. First time I had ever had Navajo beef....interesting texture but good. The sides are huge..definitely for sharing. Quiet and nice ambiance. Too bad its not open every nite. The service was excellent.
Very expensive for what you get. Ambiance is good and soft music.
I ordered a big steak and it did not include sides? A potato and a salad were extra.
The salad was ok... the potato was large and I got a separate little dish with condiments to add myself.? We had to ask to refill our drinks! I will never go there or recommend to anyone again.
I made a reservation through open table and specified that it was our anniversary (43) No body seem to know or care.??

An unbelievable surprise in the middle of northern Arizona.
We enjoyed a relaxed meal with friends at Zenith. We all really enjoyed what we ordered. The dessert tray was beautiful.
Every time I have eaten here it's always been amazing the staff is very nice and it's very beautiful setting
My wife and I celebrated valentines day with a great meal at Zenith. The wine and meal were excellent. Service was great. A very fun atmosphere. Recommend it to all.
Good for a valentines Day dinner date with good low light and ambiance.
Outstanding steaks!!! Great service. We will be back. Had an awesome night.
Jan 18-2018... We went to one of our favourite restaurants-- ZENITH STEAKHOUSE-- for my husband's Birthday. It's about 20-minutes outside of Flagstaff and so worth the short drive. The Menu is OUTSTANDING, the Wine List EXEMPLARY, and the Service ends-up making your whole meal a TERRIFIC experience.
Parents, please do us all a favour and leave your kids at home, as this is a quiet, ROMANTIC restaurant. The mood MUSIC is old-school Soft Jazz, (and in the background, NOT in your face like most restaurants today where you can't hear yourself think let-alone carry on a conversation without screaming over the music, ugh)-- Frank Sinatra, Shirley Bassey, Norah Jones, Bobby Darin, etc. Just lovely.
My husband and I are locals, and there isn't one thing on the Menu that isn't outstanding-- we should know as we've tried every offering they have. Our favourites include the Stuffed Mushrooms and Navajo Short-Rib APPETIZERS, French Onion and Butternut Squash SOUPS, the Chop and BLT Wedge SALADS, the Long-bone Ribeye, Rack of Lamb, Rosemary Chicken, and Zenith Burger, and their Cioppino Stew, Scallops, and Seafood Pasta ENTREES.
As for SIDES, their Onion Tower (Rings) is to die for! The Vegetable Risotto, Lobster Mac & Cheese, and Grilled Asparagus are also most excellent.
Favourite DESSERTS are their Pine Nut Pie (a much more sophisticated version of the usual sickening-sweet Pecan Pie) and their Crème Brulee.
Now then, you can DRESS like a slob and get in, (and most people do, after all, the ZENITH STEAKHOUSE is in a Hotel/Casino). However, (and this is just our personal preference), you can dress to the nines and not feel out of place at all. Indeed, my husband and I do just that to make our dining experience a real elegant affair. There aren't any other restaurants, at least in Flagstaff, where you can pull that off. We're so thankful that ZENITH STEAKHOUSE affords us that luxury.
We were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food, we especially loved the local Navajo beef which was very tender with wonderful flavor. The New Zealand lamb was perfectly prepared, and the crab cakes were full of lump crab meat. The server made good recommendations and the wine by the glass list was good. The prices were lower than a comparable meal at a nice restaurant in Flagstaff. It was worth the drive, and we will be back!
Live in Phx and drive into Flagstaff about twice a year to stay at Twin Arrows Resort for a weekend, typically a birthday. Always make sure to have dinner at Zenith. Food is outstanding, especially the steaks. Will not go wrong in splitting the Tomahawk if you like red meat. Ingredients are always fresh. Everything is good. The wine list is also wonderful to choose from not to mention the service. Service is also top notch. Never a bad meal at Zenith.
We had reservations and came early to have a cocktail in the bar. The bartender had no idea what she was doing. It took her 10 minutes to ask us if we wanted a drink (there was only one other couple at the bar) and another 10 minutes to make the cocktail. She didn't seem to know where anything was and then she added club soda to an Old Fashioned! When I asked about that saying it was not normally something that was in that drink she said they had different recipes here? It wasn't listed as an ingredient on the drink menu either but I let it drop.
Once we got to our table the service was still slow but we were acknowledged by our server and she gave apologies for the wait. Since it was New Year's Eve we were expecting it to be busy. We both had the surf and turf. The lobster tail was broiled perfectly but my filet was a little underdone although my husband says his was perfect.
All in all, I will return. I just hope I get a different bartender.
We were there for New Year's Eve. My rack of lamb was among the best I have ever eaten. We really appreciated that we never felt rushed and that the seating was not crowded together.
Our waitress Shannon was excellent. A great alternative to some of Flagstaff’s other higher end restaurants. You won’t be disappointed.
We come twice a year we love the Zenith!! I always get the lobster tails, Delicious
The food and the service is absolutely amazing. We couldn't be more happy with our experience. Great find!
The food is excellent but could be served warmer. This was our fourth visit and it seems that even though a special seatingrequest was made (booth) with reservation, when you arrive they try to seat you elsewhere. Service was a little slow; it took about 40 minutes for food to be served once ordered. Our server was very cordial and atmosphere is relaxing.
We were grateful for a nice meal on Christmas Day!
What a great find for us. We've been there twice in the past 2 month. Food is great, service above and beyond, menu selection not your everyday "diner." Perfect for that special occasion. Sides are ala carte but enough to feed a party of 4. Not inexpensive but well worth the cost.
The beef is to die for. It is grass/range fed on the reservation and excellently prepared. The other entrees we have tried are also excellent.
Wonderful ambience, impeccable service and great food. A bit weak on salads but Navajo beef is outstanding.
Pleasant surprise! We were driving across country and stopped for the night at the Twin Arrow Casino. Zenith is the dinner house. We had excellent service, our server was knowledgeable and enthusiastic.
The short ribs on polenta were delicious and nicely plated. We also enjoyed a Ribeye with a lovely demo glaze, which was fabulous. The decor was very unusual, our booth felt cozy and private. You would never know you were sitting at a casino.
My husband had a ribeye and I had a filet. I must say the Navajo beef was buttery and very tender and flavorful. Definitely will return!
Seriously Overrated. I didn't find this all appealing.
Service was not anything different from service from Dennys. You get charge for extras, Really, are you kidding me
You need to go on a cruise to see how to be treated in a elegant restaurant
If you like to throw your money away or you won big or won a free meal from here go for it
Been there done it will never go back
Went for Thanksgiving dinner. My girlfriend had scallops wrapped in bacon and I had the surf and turf, lobster/filet mignon. We split a lobster mac and cheese. The food was absolutely delicious and the service was excellent. It was a little pricey, but easily justified for a special occasion. The restaurant itself is within the Twin Arrows Casino, which does not in any way detract from the overall ambience of the place. Very good eats and well worth the twenty minute drive from Flagstaff.
I've been to Twin Arrows a few times...each time on a day when Zenith was not open. This time I was able to enjoy the steakhouse on Thanksgiving with a friend. We both ordered the small filet mignon steak. They were cooked to perfection and sauced beautifully. We had ordered the vegetables to share....but somehow the order was not put into the kitchen so the vegetables arrived rather late into the dinner. They were, however, very nicely cooked and enjoyable.
The ambiance was lovely...however I am glad we were seated in a booth away from the open kitchen . Pricing is a bit dear in my opinion...but hey, you are in a casino resort in the middle of nowhere and to have this level of quality is quite remarkable.
Thanksgiving dinner was very delicious! We had a great time. Our server Dominic was great. Thank you Chef Eric Richards for a fabulous meal!!! 😊😊
First, Erin, our server was very nice and welcoming. She even helped me with my selection of wine. We had the prime rib and came on Wednesday for that reason. We both agreed that we have had better. The meat was chewy and tough with little flavor. For the price, we expected better. There was no way I could eat all mine and since we were staying in the hotel, we couldn't take the leftovers so wasted meat. It would have been nice to offer a smaller serving size. The garlic mashed potatoes were wonderful - very flavorful. The vegetables were good, but I was surprised the skin was on the squash since the skin was hard to chew, the broccoli wasn't very cooked. When the bill came, one of the bills we saw included a dish we didn't order. Erin fixed it for us so all was good, but what if we hadn't caught that $10 charge for something we didn't order? Overall, not very impressed and sort of sorry we decided to eat there.
good food, specials, 32 oz long bone, elk chops, reasonable price good wine list
Great service by Erin. Beautiful restaurant.
Excellent food and service. Exceeded our expectations. Loved it.
