It was a wonderful experience I made note that it was my daughters seventh birthday and the restaurant went above and beyond and went and got her a balloon and an awesome cake unsung her happy birthday and made my daughter feel super special I really appreciated it.

The service was just awful. Waited 20 minutes before anyone approached us. Then she came over and asked what we wanted. No hello, no greeting whatsoever ever. Then she ignored us. Ran out of water. Food came out missing items requested. Then we could not get a bill. It was ridiculous.

We had a large party of guests who filtered in and out throughout the evening with an average of about 12 people at all times. Food was great with a large selection. Our server Sara, was amazing and accommodated our needs without hesitation. The manager stopped by to check on us a couple times. Great overall evening. Highly recommend to anyone looking for great food, service, and atmosphere!

Top notch food and service. Only tool one star off as we were sandwiched between two 12 seat tables with 50% babies and young children so was a little ruckus , but still enjoyable.

Great dinner, and convenient when staying at the property. Only issue was we froze! Air Conditioning was set quite high and didn’t allow us to stay long LOL requested server it be turned down. But FYI as it was quite cool for everyone at our table.

not easy to get the waitresses' attention. the hunan dumplings were bland and uninteresting. the szechuan duck was not crispy or flavorful. the sauce had umami but didn't add much to the duck. the bar was too high for the stools so I didn't really feel comfortable at that height. the restaurant had a loud group of young ladies who sounded like they were celebrating.

Our waitress Kailin was and is amazing! Rarely do you find someone who truly makes the experience so memorable. We were fortunate to have her twice. Omni is fortunate to have her on their staff.
