we like the taste of food we ordered. very limited menu. we like to have a full menu including eggplant dish we enjoyed before. Too cold because of too much air-conditioning. need some more elegance for sushi and overall service.

Zen is always a favorite when we visit Omni Championsgate. Excellent sushi and service. They even have a kids menu for those that don’t want sushi.
Zen has long been one of our favorite restaurants. While it's sad to see its operation reduced to only a couple of days week, they did a nice job of maintaining their service. This has to be a real challenge for the management. Karla was a very attentive server and our food was delivered quickly and was very good. Hopefully they will be able to expand their hours soon.
Our waitress Karla was fabulous and the food was superb. My group will return.
Nice enough place for a hotel Reataurant. Limited menu at the moment, with okay options. Premium price point goes with the territory. Hope in the post pandemic world places like this can come back with interesting menus, top service, and thrive again.
Food was okay, nothing great. Atmosphere was nice. Waitress was okay very quick but never took a drink order and it wasn’t very relaxing in and out in about a half hour. Portion sizes were just enough not huge but satisfying. Disappointed that there wasn’t any speciality desserts, drinks or cocktails that matched the venue and even when we asked for a drink menu we were brought a menu from the restaurant next door. For the prices just completely underwhelming.
Food options was less than before. Hoped for Zen experience but wasn’t in menu. Also was given drink menu after we asked and wanted Sami but it wasn’t on the menu even though we saw some come out of kitchen. Overall it was still a great date and good food.
The ac was too cold freezing cold like around 60 degrees. The employees could care less about it when I complaint. Never fix it. As soon as we got our dinner it turned cold. But because it was our valentines dinner I did not make a big fuzz about it. Simply I will never be back at Zen again. I rather order Chinese to go food and eat it warm in the comfort of my car.

I started a #healthjourney in January, the waitress swapped out some Green Beans in place of the rice to go with my grilled Salmon. We had a Great Meal.
Brian was a great and made our visit great. We would definitely visit again.
We have eaten here before and loved it - several times. The restaurant table wasn’t as clean as it could/should be - the limited menu was not what was shown online - it seemed like things were microwaved and just not the quality we have experienced before. It isn’t inexpensive so you expect a quality meal and this fell under “hotel” dining - which was disappointing.

Beyond overpriced and limited options. Nothing was spectacular, just okay. Definitely not worth the money. I've had much better sushi at hole in the walls in the area.

Our experience was absolutely horrid. New Year's Eve is one of the busiest nights for dinner service. The Host was also in charge of cleaning off tables AND filling up waters...There was 2 servers that looked like they were serving the entire restaurant. The apps that we ordered seemed like they were Costco frozen quality for $12+ a serving. It took 40+ minutes just to get our drinks, my old fashion cocktail was close to undrinkable since all of the ice melted. We had such high hopes and they were crushed. Never again.
Food was good. Selected from a reduced menu. Unfortunately, we had looked at the menu online and had made other selections before we knew about the reduced menu. Only one or two other parities in the entire restaurant. Felt very strange.
The server was very green but did try very hard to please.
It was my first time here and I was a little dissapointed that the menu was limited due to covid and the number of.days they were open but the items that we did have were very good. The service staff very friendly and attentive which made for an enjoyable evening.
I went for the full sushi experience and I hope they bring the full menu back soon

Greater date night dinner at Zen during our stay at the resort. Even with a limited menu, we had no trouble finding multiple dishes to order. The staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful!
Menu has been revised to a few things. Our waitress was nice but not great , the kitchen needs someone to over see it . Our appetizer’s came out before our drinks, several things were forgotten and the price’s were expensive. We won’t go back.

Very limited menu. I understand due to Covid but publishing a note or the limited menu on their website would have been helpful. We went there because of the full menu. Had we known it was a limited menu we would not have chosen this restaurant
Food came out cold as well as the hot sake. Limited menu that can only be accessed by your smartphone. They updated the hours online but could not even update the menu. This was the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant.

The chef went out of his way to make my daughters 10-year-old birthday something spectacular for her and the staff was so great not to mention the food!

Group of 4 friends for a small get together. The ambience was great. Loved the booth setting, it was quiet and comfy. The server was very attentive and helpful. Food was excellent quality and really tasty. I had the tiger roll sushi, the sea bass entree and the green tea match desert. Each was delicious! Would definitely visit again and I would highly recommend for a special occasion!
A little pricey for the Zen experience but a good variety of food. Great ribs and appetizers. Typical Chinese food at a premium price but still great food!
We always have a great time when we dine here! Ching our server was phenomenal! She is very friendly and attentive! We are definitely going to come back!

The service was basically non-existent. One of our orders was never placed, but they wouldn’t admit it. They just kept bringing out food to pacify us. Then when the order did come out, it wasn’t what I had requested. They gave me whatever they threw together. We waited at least an hour to get my plate only to find that it wasn’t what I ordered. The sushi, however, was very good. The wait staff and the kitchen had no clue. I would hope that it wasn’t the fact that we were two professional women traveling and that they catered to the groups of men, as I would have thought those days were gone. Overall, very disappointing.
