Greater date night dinner at Zen during our stay at the resort. Even with a limited menu, we had no trouble finding multiple dishes to order. The staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful!
Menu has been revised to a few things. Our waitress was nice but not great , the kitchen needs someone to over see it . Our appetizer’s came out before our drinks, several things were forgotten and the price’s were expensive. We won’t go back.

Very limited menu. I understand due to Covid but publishing a note or the limited menu on their website would have been helpful. We went there because of the full menu. Had we known it was a limited menu we would not have chosen this restaurant
Food came out cold as well as the hot sake. Limited menu that can only be accessed by your smartphone. They updated the hours online but could not even update the menu. This was the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant.

The chef went out of his way to make my daughters 10-year-old birthday something spectacular for her and the staff was so great not to mention the food!

Group of 4 friends for a small get together. The ambience was great. Loved the booth setting, it was quiet and comfy. The server was very attentive and helpful. Food was excellent quality and really tasty. I had the tiger roll sushi, the sea bass entree and the green tea match desert. Each was delicious! Would definitely visit again and I would highly recommend for a special occasion!
A little pricey for the Zen experience but a good variety of food. Great ribs and appetizers. Typical Chinese food at a premium price but still great food!
We always have a great time when we dine here! Ching our server was phenomenal! She is very friendly and attentive! We are definitely going to come back!

The service was basically non-existent. One of our orders was never placed, but they wouldn’t admit it. They just kept bringing out food to pacify us. Then when the order did come out, it wasn’t what I had requested. They gave me whatever they threw together. We waited at least an hour to get my plate only to find that it wasn’t what I ordered. The sushi, however, was very good. The wait staff and the kitchen had no clue. I would hope that it wasn’t the fact that we were two professional women traveling and that they catered to the groups of men, as I would have thought those days were gone. Overall, very disappointing.

Service was mediocre at best. Food was good and the presentation was nice.
Loud and noisy. Poor service, nice server but not attentive. Other servers ignored us, felt a bit unprofessional or lacked training. Food was good, but overpriced for what it was. I suspect weak management.
Food was good, and portions were large, but not very high quality. The sauces didn't taste very special. For the average person, the food is great, unfortunately we had high expectations. Our food also arrived cold. The restaurant was full, and very noisey. Recommend the Zen experience. You can try a Lot of dishes.
After reading some reviews about slow service we were very sceptical. Wrong. We were wowed from the moment we set foot at the hotel. What a delightdul experience.

Zen was outstanding! It was quiet, the service was very good and the meal was top shelf. Our waitress was very attentive and gave a lot of info about the menu which made our choices winners. We ordered two sushi rows for an app, they were both great. (Red Dagon Roll and a Cali Row) We had the duck and grill shrimp both were great.

Greeted and seated quickly on a busy holiday evening (Valentine's Day). Started dinner with MISO SOUP tofu and wakame which was served hot with just the right amount of Miso. Next had the CHINESE STYLE SPARE RIBS, the meat fell off the bone and was seasoned perfectly. From the sushi menu, had the TAKO octopus sashimi was not seasoned at all and was bland but the eel sashimi was fresh and delicious. The SPICY TUNA ROLL was too spicy for my wife but I loved it. For dessert, try the chocolate egg roll on rice pudding - unbelievably good! The manager on duty, Kaila, was extremely accommodating and brought my wife a Valentine's Day rose (overlooked by our server).

Extremely over priced for poor quality and taste. Having such a beautiful property with no dining options near by off-site I really expected more. In addition to the underwhelming food, this was almost a three hour business dinner than should at most been two hours. Not the impression I wanted to make with my boss or business sponsors.

Th sushi was excellent. We had a group of six and the server suggested we have the chef create a platter for the entire table. Great selections and great service.

Stumbled upon Zen after leaving the Bok Tower Gardens and looking for something one the way home. It was a Birthday adventure.
The food was out of this world. Everything we had was just amazing. We did the Zen Experience, so we got to try a lot of different things, and had we not been stuffed we would have ordered more of the dumplings, the duck, and the eggplant specifically.
This is about 2 hours from home and we would gladly make the trek for another meal.

Had a reservation made 24 hrs prior...waited 20 minutes for door to open....a hotel employee asked what we were doing there as the restaurant was closed for the evening. Manager was called and advised us that they had forgotten to block reservation from open table... We were not happy to say the least...Sorry was not sufficient... Need to be efficient
We live locally and HAD been there several times...have seen a new chef, a change of menu...a turn over of wait staff...should have been a clue...DONE!
We were seated right away but it took at least 15 minutes before we saw anyone to order water and another 15 minutes to receive a drink menu. We finally ordered an hour after our reservation and finally received our food with 20 minutes to spare before the fireworks were to begin on New Years at 10pm. It wasn’t overly busy or crowded so we couldn’t understand why everything took an extra 5-10 minutes where as at any other time we have eaten in Florida or back home things take a minute or two. We won’t be back. The bill came to $300, so the waitress gets $45, but only deserved $30.
Server was not assigned. Waited for 15 minutes after seated for acknowledgement. Food was a disappointment except for the sushi.

I went to Zen for dinner and partook off the Zen Experience (all you can eat of an only slightly limited menu). The ginger salad, soups, and appetizers were fantastic. We were advised not to overdo it on the appetizers, to save room for the entrees.
We tried everything except for the shrimp dishes.
While the appetizers were great, particularly the short ribs and human dumplings; all of the entrees were fairly underwhelming. They seemed to lack flavor. There was neither a more authentic taste, or Americanized flavors. It tended to just be mild and lacking. Dessert was very good as well, complimentarily included with the Zen Experience.
The service from our waitress, Veronica, and other staff were great.
Quality of food was good, service was mixed as starters came out at different times as did main courses, it is definitely not value for money
