   Stop !!!!!! Read this before you eat at Zen. I had eaten here once before and it was average. This time the experience was awful. They lost our reservation and we had to wait 1 hr and 15min. When we got into the restaurant the tables were half empty. No reason for us to wait that long. It took the waitress 15min to come to the table only after asking the hostess if we were going to get served. We placed our order all at the same time so there would be no further delays. We received a ginger salad and an order of edamame and didn’t receive another item until 45 min later. After asking to speak with the manager when he approached the table he acted as if nothing was wrong and had no reason for the poor service. 5 min later our 3 rolls came and at that point we had lost interest in dinning at Zen ever again. The service was terrible and the management was even worse! Have had much better sushi at other spots in Orlando! Trust me this place is not worth the hassle!!!!

   I hate to give a bad review when the service was good.... but not only was the table dirty when we were seated (& we had a reservation) but the lacquer was not sealed properly, so even after WE cleaned the food off the middle of the table, it didn't matter because the lacquer made our arms stick to the sides every time we put our arm down. My husband got chicken eggrolls and said they were inedible. I could not believe how bad the sushi rolls were, just really bad quality,and I ordered two different rolls . Super disappointing. $150.00 and SO NOT WORTH IT. And lastly, there was a table next to us with children and a divider between their table and ours. The children were banging into the divider and loud and running around and no one at the restaurant stopped them. It's amazing how the lack of paying attention to detail was evident to us.  We would never go back, that's for sure. On a positive note, my husband said the Suntory Whiskey was excellent with a superb clear ice ball!

   The service at the front desk was meh, but inside the restaurant was very good. As my dining partner said, the food was perfectly mefiocre
