    The service was amazing. The chef came to our table to discuss health related dietary requirements. He was thorough and pleasant. After the mail he came back to the table to make sure she was 100% satisfied. Our server was excellent. She went out of her way to give us a great experience.

    Went here for a two day get away from the kiddos and we got the king suite right off the adult private pool and absolutely loved every second of our time. We are already planning another stay with the kids for them to enjoy and we also plan to come once a year for our anniversary. Loved every second of our stay. Everything was clean and everyone was really nice.

    Had a great time with family. The food was brought out in a timely manner. We had tried everything this time around and was pleasantly surprised. All the food was delicious. I only think that the chicken could be a little less salty but outside of that I had a great experience

    We feel the quality of the chicken has been very dry. I feel we are getting day old Chicken. Not happy with service as we had a table of 8 waitress only brings one plate of sides and chicken. When asked for more it took awhile to bring it to our table. Not sure if I will return.

    Disappointing that a planned meal out to celebrate a special day was actually mediocre. The chicken was very salty, the noodles were mushy and flat, and the server was so overworked that we got minimal service at best-coffee was only touched up twice and cold, we sat at our table surrounded by our dirty dishes trying to eat our ice cream, just very uncomfortable. Why do you not have hostesses, or some other extra help to assist your waitstaff, who by the way do not walk through the dining room, but RUN, making for a hectic atmosphere. The lack of training is apparent and needs to be addressed.

    The bigger issue was seating we were a group of ten sat at the same tables a group of 8 are seated at. It was cramped and uncomfortable for us as well as the servers trying to put the food on the tables and even move around the room. I get you want to wear as many people as possible however I should not get elbowed and hit from parties around us because we are so close the servers should not have to literally be stuck in an area because a tray was set down, not to mention the safety hazards when the only way for a serve to get through is to carry full trays over the heads of the customers.

    I do not recommend this place. It’s packed, the lobby is filled with hangry patrons, the food wasn’t good, and they rush you through the meal. Our server Makayla was lovely, however. Besides that, I don’t get the allure and won’t be back. Go to Tiffany’s next door instead - great ambience, service, and food. And no wait!

    We had a great family meal for my birthday, and with my Zehnders Reward membership, my meal was free. Our family of four all had the family style meal and everything from the salads, soup, and bread, to the chicken and carbs, and the dessert ice cream were delicious. Our server was amazing. She was attentive from beginning to end. Seconds of anything we wanted were delivered quickly and drinks never went empty. Her personality was great and even though the restaurant was packed and I am sure she was busy, she had a smile on her face.

    We had an absolutely amazing time! Our server, Michaela, was wonderful and the food was incredible as always. My family travels to Frankenmuth every year and never have a dull moment. We always get the family style dinner, it’s our favourite!

    Good and service is always great. We were seated in the basement, which is not my favorite. The only negative was how the do the bill now. The waitress uses a card reader tableside. So they're standing over you as you enter in the tip info. And it doesn't give you a lot of time to figure out the total. If they want to go digital, they should switch so you can do it on your phone for a little more time and privacy.

    Our server Nicole was very attentive. Kept our glasses full and asked several times if we needed more of anything. Food was well seasoned and flavorful. There were four of us who dined family style and had plenty to eat. Had not been here in several years but will come back when in the area.

    Zingers has been serving the exact same chicken dinner for many many years and it is wonderful. You know what you are getting. Most of the dishes are 1960s old school. Does not mean they are not good. The service is outstanding. Very attentive wait folks that keep the meal moving but do not rush you. Perfect timing. Cost is very reasonable for such an extravagant meal. If you are tired of trendy avant-garde food and want something just delicious, this is the place to eat.

    I made reservations for four people on a Friday around 11:30 in September. Got in right away, and our waiter was prompt and courteous, as well as knowledgeable about the food being offered. Although there were tables available without reservations, I would recommend placing reservations as the place was filling up quickly. The food was all delicious, and there were a couple options for vegetarians.

    This was my first time at Zender's in Frankenmuth, Michigan. I would highly recommend getting reservations, seating does add up fast. The chicken dinner is beyond excellent. The service outstanding.

    We were settled by the bar, not good, then we wait 10 minutes for someone to come to our table. After we gave the waiter our order 8 men came in next to us got waited on immediately. They got their first food before us and we were treated like an afterthought. Then they got all their order and again we wait then got ours. We have been coming to Zehnder’s for many many years and we have never been treated so poorly. We normally love coming to Zehnder’s but are very taken back at the treatment we received. This was my wife’s birthday and maybe we might not come back. Very unhappy

    We wanted to celebrate our 15 year wedding anniversary so took 4 of our friends here for the family style chicken dinner. With tip it was $300. Only 3 of us got a drink from the bar. Two got an extra entree. They gave us a small cake on the house which was super nice. We were also able to take leftovers home which is cool. The sides were delicious. The atmosphere and service was fantastic. The soup was very nice. I honestly wish I had asked for more of it. The chicken however fell flat. It was fairly dry and the skin was extremely salty. Overall, we had a great time but with the chicken issue I wouldn't say it was really worth the price. The chicken is supposed to be the best part, right? Add in to it the fact that we live 1.5-2 hours away (depending on route) and I can say with certainty that I wouldn't do this again.

    Our waitress was really very good, but while eating our dinner I saw the 4top next to us , get up and leave the dining room, didn’t pay for anything, she was upset but couldn’t have done any better than she did!! The Tap room was full, food wasn’t coming out as fast as usual , so they left! When someone else told us Zehnder’s will charge her for part of the bill, what we figured out would be around $125, we were upset, shame on you for taking her money, ZEHNDERS, we don’t think your doing any favors for your employees! It’s not like you can’t afford to take care of this bill yourself, maybe it was the kitchen fault??? I’ve been coming here for about 70 years, shame on you your wealthy and she’s probably struggling! I hope this goes to the person who can handle it correctly!! Nancy P. Tuesday night 😡
