The reservation was great. We got right in. I had noted that my guest was in a wheelchair and the table was all set for us. The waitress was excellent and came back many times to check on us. The food was excellent. I love the light seasoned coating on the fried chicken. My guest tried the rotisserie chicken and she said it was very good. I have gone to this restaurant for over 40 years and it still is my favorite.

We were there right after it opened, hardly anybody there. Our service was terrible our server Jackie would not return to table 15-20 minutes at a time. It took us over 1:45 minutes to eat for the two of us. I have been going to Zehinder's for over 50 years and have never experienced this poor service.

We have been to Zehnders several times. Their chicken dinners are always excellent. There is a great variety and abundance of food, and everything is very tasty. Our server was very proficient and courteous. Overall a great experience.

Zeke was an awesome server. We had a large party and we were short on time to make an appointment after dinner. Zeke was able to get the full dinner served, on time and didn’t take any shortcuts with service. Excellent dinner. Be sure to ask for Zeke.

This was our first time back here in a few years. The service was outstanding. The food brought back memories from my childhood when my parents brought the family for an excellent dinner. That was in the 60's. I am 66 and great memories.

We had the best waitress we ever had! Not just at Zehnder's but from any restaurant. Her name was Dawn and she was really good! Labeled our take out boxes and made sure to get the right sizes for easier transport. It was really very nice.

The food was pretty good. The service was outstanding! They certainly give you an over abundant amount of everything. However, in our opinion, everything on the menu is ridiculously over priced! $30 for a chicken dinner! Really! You sure are proud of your chicken. I mean it’s good. Don’t get me wrong. But it’s a very far cry from $30 good. Time to reevaluate…

We had an unpleasant experience due to being sat right next to the ONLY other table of people in the entire dining area. We were seated right next to another table and the tables were VERY close together. We were the only two occupied tables in this section of the dining room. It was uncomfortable being so close to the other patrons because it felt we were at the same table we were so close. I will not choose to sit at a table again - hopefully sitting at a booth will help some. I would have preferred sitting at least one table in between the one other occupied table. we have been there many, many times. This is the first time we were somewhat disappointed. The food was warm, not hot and the waitress seemed distracted. She was cordial, but not nearly like our previous waitstaff and she didn't seem to remember are requests for more water, more cranberry relish. It wasn't very busy when we were there, so it was hard to understand what took her so long. We will definitely be back, maybe we were due for a poor experience after all the wonderful ones we've had.

The food was brought to the table quickly. All of it was wonderful. The chicken was moist, the potatoes and stuffing were hot. Our waitress (Jordan) was very attentive, making sure we had everything we needed.

Our server was a bit slow. Not much food offered initially for all you can eat. Very small portions of chicken and potatoes. The potatoes have changed and have skins or something in them. Not a fan. I guess zhenders doesn’t offer enough to take home anything any longer.

Food was great except chicken was just wings and thighs. I would have liked to see breasts and also the coffee was colder then we expected. I was going to get perch as and extra but we only at three pieces as that was all that was brought to the table. Not a good value in the menu

You get a lot of food for the money. Zhenders has been an institution for decades. The food is fresh and made from scratch. We have always had a great experience. I highly recommend the place but making reservations makes it easier to get a seat when they are busy. We go there whenever we are in Frankenmuth.
