                                          Mark our server was great , the tenderloin was tender and cooked perfectly. The Lamb shank fell off the bone tender and the sweet potato purée was amazing. The only fault was the ceasar salad...the cut ends of the lettuce was brown....not what you would expect.

                                          Best tenderloin steak we’ve had in years! Asparagus could have used about another minute but it was still good. Lovely cheesecake to finish off. We hope to be back again, even though it’s a five hour drive to get here.

                                          Our meals were delicious, and the service was outstanding! We go to the shows at the Shaw Festival Theater quite often, and this restaurant is a short walk across the street. We will definitely be returning!

                                          They changed the turkey sandwich. Really dummied it down from what we had last summer. Then it was a 9/10. This time a 6/10. Now the other two guests really enjoyed their lunches, steak and Frits and fish tacos. But two of us were disappointed, hence only three stars.

                                          Very pleasant covered veranda plus outdoor patio and indoor dining room; staff and service were excellent. Location very close to Festival Theatre and staff are used to ensuring diners get to their performance on time, even with the new earlier performance times. Parking at the back. Menu is perfect for lunch.

                                          Our server Kim was outstanding, explaining everything in detail. She was very knowledgeable about the area. Our food was very good and the portions were large. The only drawback or the evening was an intoxicated customer that was loud, which slightly dampened our meal.

                                          This is our favorite restaurant in NOL for a pre-theatre meal! The restaurant is lovely, the service efficient, friendly, and accommodating, and the food well-prepared and presented. And it is directly (as in a one-minute stroll) across from Shaw's Festival Theatre! Hard to beat!
