lobster filled house-made ravioli, roasted corn relish, roasted pepper, cream, grana, basil
10 oz hanger steak, house fries, natural jus, barnaise
grilled 8 oz. tenderloin
Y'all. This is why we eat out. I've had a ton of meals out. My wife has, too. We both agree that the culinary adventure we just enjoyed was our favorite meal we have ever had.
The restaurant week menu was perfect. We split the following:
- Corn chowder with duck fat, pop corn, chive oil and sriracha seasoning
- Chicken scallopini with pan roasted airline, roasted red pepper cream, garganelli, burrata, prosciutto, parmesan and basil
- Brownie sundae with 72% chocolate, rye flour, candies pecans, salted carmel and vanilla gelato
- Spinach salad with lardons, local blueberries, warm balsamic, focaccia croutons and parmesan
- Hanger steak with grilled local mushroom, truffle vinaigrette and Yukon whipped potato
- Panna cotta with buttermilk, Tahitian vanilla bean, local blueberries and almond praline
At the end of the date, Ally and I realized that I like during most dates, we hadn't talked about hardly anything. We spent our whole meal oohing and ahhing over how great everything was. This meal is one we won't ever forget. Great job, Zazio's and Webster's!
My restaurant week $25 salad, main & dessert was very good, but the full priced steaks of the others in my party was rather tough. Service was slow and somewhat inattentive. Spacing of the tables and safety measures seemed good.
I felt 100 percent safe in the environment created by Zazios. The tables were spaced far apart. The staff were excellent, knowledgeable about the menu , cocktails and wine selection. It was restaurant week, and the selections were amazing. I dined with three friends and we had different beverages and entrees, all exceptional
We did not sit outside thinking it was a bit chilly, however there is a nice fire to sit around and I don’t think I would hesitate next time.
Thank you to the chef and all the staff
Items on the special menu for Restaurant Week were excellent! I especially liked the spinach salad, corn chowder, and the panna cotta. Can't wait to return to repeat a few items and try some new ones. Service was great. Tables were appropriately spaced per COVID guidelines.
Our dining experience outside was memorable, from the expert wait staff to the delicious food. We enjoyed the total experience! The wine that was featured and recommended by our waitress went so well with my salmon entree. The brownie sundae was a big hit for all four of us. We walked away stuffed and satisfied!!
As always, service was excellent and the food was delicious. Restaurant Week special menu was a nice bonus!
We always love eating at the Radisson restaurants. Now, during Covid-19 the two fine dining spots there are combined into 1 restaurant. The combined menu is limited compared to normal, but what is normal these days? We sat outside and had a lovely setting with the exception of street noise that can’t be controlled. People can be rude thinking they are being cool. The lobster ravioli were great as was the Caesar salad and the calamari appetizer. Cocktails were exceptional.
We had a wonderful family meal at Zazios to celebrate a birthday. We were made to feel very welcome and the Covid procedures were handled well. The staff were excellent and food delicious - especially liked the special budino dessert which was out of this world! Well done Zazios.
This is our favorite restaurant and it’s been a while since we have been there and it was well worth the wait. The food was amazing , we sat outside by the fire which was terrific, and our server was extremely polite and really enjoyed him and the whole evening
Our server was excellent. The food was delicious and the portions were large. They have a nice patio where it’s easy to sit at a safe distance from other tables. Happy hour prices on the beverages was a nice surprise.
My first time eating out since February and I felt very safe! The food was fantastic too!
Spectacular from our having the chef point us the way, to the person who greeted us at the door, to our server who was perfect, polite and professional, we had a great time.
Delicious craft cocktails, lobster ravioli worth the weight gain to desserts..
We spent over 2 hours there and didn’t feel rushed.
Great atmosphere, would recommend Zazios for a nice date night.
Given the unusual spacing as a result of safety protocols, it was much less crowded than the last time (several years ago) and therefore less noisy. Under normal circumstances I would still prefer Websters.
Zazio’s Calamari and Lemon sauce is the best of the best and the best outdoor seating patio in Kalamazoo.
Combined menu with Webster’s Steakhouse. Cowboy ribeye was over cooked, lacked flavor and needed more char. Not worth the $65 charge. Patio seating pleasant on a warm evening.
Bread and truffle butter made it worth the trip back!
Had a great steak. Servers and all staff were masked and gloved at all times. Other diners were also respecting mask rules.
Loved it! Awesome food, outstanding service, and a lovely atmosphere.
Pork chop was amazing. Get the chocolate budino!
Food was more than wonderful! And we had some of the best waitresses.
Happy anniversary to us! We enjoyed a delicious anniversary dinner on the patio at Zazio's. Social distancing and cleanliness rules were well followed. We enjoyed wedge salads, filet, scallops, brussels sprouts, and creme brulee. Amazing service too!
Date nite. Excellent steak, great food, excellent service, happy wife.
Great service from Steven and quiet atmosphere. Drinks supper yuumy!
Limited menu with Webster’s; good variety, but seafood is the specialty. Recommend the scallops, salmon, and seafood risotto. All were delicious and reasonable portions. Share the Caesar salad, it’s big! Didn’t have desserts— they have only three currently, hope they will be adding more. Nice cocktails. Patio was pleasant except for cigarette smoke coming from somewhere—maybe near hotel entrance? Otherwise enjoyed our dinner very much.
Amazing food and amazing service. Great work with the COVID accommodations. Sat outside and had a perfect night. Awesome menu!
That was my first time there. Thank you for letting us switch our reservation to come indoors since it was so hot and we were all wearing suits. Our celebration was delightful. All five of the young high school grads were in agreement that it was a very nice evening and the food and atmosphere were great. Thank you.
The service was outstanding and the food was so delicious!!
Great food, great staff, good location! scallops were very expensive but the cost is on par with the area. Fun, would go back for a special occasion
Wonderful good and great service! Loved being in outdoor seating.
For as much as it’s slightly pretentious, the food didn’t really deliver. Just mediocre. I had a ribeye steak that was bland and undercooked for $50. The main reason I picked this restaurant was for the outside seating. It was closed because of the rain which wasn’t in their control but I went from specifically requesting outdoor seating to being sat directly in front of the kitchen... even practicing social distancing their were other options. They were polite and accommodating when I asked to be moved but I just wasn’t impressed with this restaurant and not sure if I’ll return ( my 3rd time here)
Everything was great. It was so nice to see our favorite Webster's crew. I was surprised to see patrons get up and walk around without their masks on, even if it was in the outdoor area.
Had an enjoyable dinner for a Birthday party! Grilled Brussels Sprouts were delicious!!
Amazing service, amazing food, amazing to be out in downtown Kzoo!
Very quiet evening due to pandemic situation. We felt very comfortable eating there.
Jamie was a great waitress and informative and kind. Other staff friendly and nice also.
We were celebrating our 36th anniversary and my birthday. We enjoyed the food, service and wine.
Caesar Salad dressing had no flavor, lettuce was brown and beginning to wilt, cheese was waxy. (Server took off Bill, but I would have preferred a good salad.)
They have a chef presentation which was going on when I came in. He was talking about how their pasta is lightly tossed, like it would be in Italy, not soaked like a soup that you may experience at the Olive Garden. I was sold, I ordered the homemade ravioli, and when it came out, it literally felt more like a gnocchi soup than a plate of ravioli. And the flavor was nearly as bland as the salad. I wasn’t surprised when I asked the bartender if it was always this slow, and she replied, “I was expecting it to be slower actually.” We were supposed to close, but the owner is keeping us open a few months longer now. Not shocking at all. So many good places in Kzoo, this is not one I’ll be back to.
Found was good. Waiter was attentive as we spent some time visiting before deciding on dinner selection.
Our server was great and patient with us and our children.
