We were disappointed in this restaurant. We chose it as a nice place for a birthday celebration, but the restaurant failed on so many fronts that it is difficult to give it a passing grade. We ordered off the top of the menu and specifically told our waiter that we were in no rush. However, our osso bucco entree arrived while we were just beginning our salads and grew cold sitting aside. We told our waiter that we were planning to split our salad course, but it arrived without any implements so that we could do the serving. Midway through our meal, our waiter asked if we wanted any bread with our meal. It would have been nice to have been given this choice when we ordered. Not to be totally negative, the food was tasty but it would have been so much better if served properly. Our waiter was a nice young man, but he was woefully ill-prepared for his job. We do not live in the area and will not be visiting this restaurant again; however, even if we lived locally, we would not choose to revisit it.

Salads came out almost too fast, like they were pre-made. Croutons were stale, probably because they had been sitting on the pre-made salad. Wood fired pizza was great. Medium rare steak was cooked well done.

Service was excellent, food was served hot and in an appeasing way. The food tasted excellent. Our waiter was efficient, stopped at our table several times to make sure that we were satisfied with the food and to refill our water. You do not feel crowded as the tables are not on top of each other.

Joe our server was knowledgable, friendly and attentive. His suggestion on the wine was spot on. We sat on the patio and had a lovely evening.

A great dining experience. We love the outdoor dining area. Food was great. Our only complaint is that the main course was delivered too quickly --- ie, we were still working on our salads.

Service is very friendly. Several oversights that added up to become a bit irritating: no silverware for one person, no checking in to see if we needed anything (like silverware), no marinara on meatball sub making it dry and unappetizing, long wait time to pay the bill. Easy to overlook since waiters are nice and friendly and the restaurant is nice, but these kinds of things should get corrected.

Food was pretty good. Ravioli were a little chewy and overdone at the edges. Rigatoni sauce was phenomenal. Balsamic vinegar on house salad was so acidic I couldn’t finish the salad. Service was on the slow side, but food delivered quickly.
