We many times come over to Zaffiro's for a quick kitchen sink salad which we love. The salad was great, the service was superb and we were waited on prompty and our server checked in with us frequently. We would highly recommend Zaffiro's.

We had the zucchini fries and meatball sliders appetizers and they were both exceptional. The pizza we shared after is always good. I love thin crust pizza and Zaffiro's. We were eating dinner before seeing a movie, so it was perfect.

We met another couple for dinner prior to our movie. We were seated immediately, the waiter was outstanding. He was very attentive and always available if we needed something. The food was great and we had plenty of time to just relax before the movie. Everything was served in a timely manner. We look forward to eating at Zaffiro's again in the near future.

We usually go right before watching a movie, and usually the food and drinks are great.

The only negative thing I have is the kitchen sink salad we ordered had too much dressing.
Other than that, the pizza, drinks and service was great.

Mixed emotions about this visit. I love the pizza but do NOT get the pasta unless you go to the original Zaffiro's on Farwell Ave. We always order pizza at the Mequon location so we decided to try something different. The pasta (we had the build your own spaghetti and meat balls and chicken alfredo) was BLAND with absolutely no flavor at all! We spoke to the manager who was nice enough to remove the items off our bill and cover our drink tab which was very cool. Since we didn't eat the pasta, we ended up ordering a sausage and pepperoni pizza and it was good as always! Also, our waitress wasn't too nice but the bartenders are AWESOME everytime we go grab drinks at the bar to take into our movie! I would say this place is not great for a dinner date or the like, however, I will return but only to enjoy pizza with drinks at the bar before a movie.

I gave the ratings because the food was good, but was wrong, but our waitress was outstanding. Unfortunately, it was an off evening for Zaffiro's. The salad I ordered was tasty, but not what I ordered, my husband's salad came with the wrong dressing tossed and it was supposed to be on the side. Another person in our party ordered chicken tenders and they must have forgotten to make them. The chicken tenders came an hour after we were there and we were getting ready to go to our movie.
The thing that was really nice was we were not charged for the wrong orders or the chicken tenders. We never would have asked to have the orders removed from our bill, but our server came back to our table and said we would not be charged. It made us feel much better to know that Zaffiro's realized how frustrated we were and tried to make amends.
We will look forward to eating at Zaffiro's again.

We stopped into Zaffiro’s after a movie. It was convenient and we had salad and hamburgers. They were both great. Our waiter, Chip was great, very attentive and our order came perfect. We look forward to returning.

We always like eating at Ziffiro's especially when we have a movie that we're going to. The food is always good and it's a relaxed atmosphere.
What surprised us was that there was a $1 charge to get a refill on chips, but that was okay since our server informed us prior to bringing them. What was really irritating is that my husband asked for more salad dressing, the server brought it, but did not say anything about an extra charge. When we got the bill there was an additional $.50 charge for the extra salad dressing. We only wish the server had the courtesy to tell us, then it's our decision as to whether we want it or not.

Ordered drinks and appetizers when the server first greeted us, and got the beers quickly and ordered our pizza. Next time we saw our server about thirty minutes later, we asked about the app and she frantically went to check on it. Pizza showed up a couple minutes later and then she brought the app out, which had clearly been forgotten about, and still charged us for it. Also, sitting people where there's a busser station touching the table makes for quite the strange dining experience of hands occasionally brushing against you while they grab silverware and napkins...

We were a large group of 10 on Christmas Day and thoroughly enjoyed our time and our excellent server Bri. Also worth mentioning excellent hard working bartender and fully engaged restaurant manager

We decided to dine in before a movie at North Shore which was very convenient for us. We ordered the BIG Z pizza which came with up to 4 sodas, and unlimited garlic bread. We decided we wanted left overs and this was the best fit, and was a great deal! The service was great! Our waitress was very friendly and attentive!

They are gluten free friendly, and have gluten free pasta and pizza, but it took 30 minutes to get our dinners, all because of the gluten free pasta I ordered. It takes 9-12 minutes to cook, so I'm not sure what the hold up was, unless they were out of pots to make it in... We said something to our waiter that the food was taking a long time, in hopes of him seeing what the issue was, and he responded, "I know." and then walked away. Our food came out maybe 5 minutes after that, but we were all shocked that he responded that way. Pasta was good, but I could have made the same thing at home.

The food was great, the service was great and our server was excellent.

The place was very busy, but it seemed to me a few staff just huddling around the host stand chatting. At onetime a guy came out from the kitchen area. With. Straw in his mouth stood around at the bar and went back in the kitchen. Hope he wasn't a cook didn't look to professional who ever he was. Plus don't want someone slobbering over my food. Few staff members hustling other standing around...

The Food was over cooked : ordered the chicken Parmesan it was tough and chewy could not eat it .
When talked to the waiter he only gave 10% of the meal. Not acceptable .

The food is always consistent and dependably fresh and good. Nice that you can easily make an open table reservation and receive points on your movie card!

I am on a low sodium diet. When I ordered, I informed the waitress that things need to be cooked with little/no salt and the sauce needed to be served on the side. The meal came loaded with salt (especially the string beans). The sauce was over the entree and not served on the side. Not only was the kitchen wrong but the waitress did not look at the meal before she brought it to the table. Unfortunately this was pre-show and there was no time to send the meal back. Talked to the manager who apologized but due to time limitations could not fix this.

As always the food is consistent, the people that work there are friendly and it's a very comfortable atmosphere. We frequent Ziffiro's often.

Ordered pizza, meatball sliders and a Caesar salad. All good, server was on top of things but not pushy. Requested a booth in reservation was seated at a nice corner booth. Loved our visit.

Thought we could get a great pizza and have some conversation. WE were correct!! The pizza came out fast and hot and what was we were wanting. The service was professional and friendly. We look forward to our next visit.

Very convenient, comfortable restaurant and good, reasonable food. We usually go in combination with a movie, but we just wanted something close and casual, so Zaffiro's was our choice. Would highly recommend this to anyone that wants casual dining and a comfortable atmosphere.

Though the restaurants always busy, we were seated on time and service was excellent. All the servers and managers help out. Seems be well organized. Nice selection pizza, pasta, sandwiches and salads so we always feel that we have variety.

Great spot for pizza and a movie but be sure to make a reservation if you want a table if you are seeing a movie. The garbage salad is the best! Pizza is very thin crust and served piping hot!

This restaurant is in the same building as a movie complex. We enjoy the convenience of eating here before seeing a movie.

We love thin crust pizza so Zaffiro's is spot on for us. They also have a great salad aptly named the Kitchen Sink.
I've found the ingredients to be very fresh and the wait staff is friendly. The create fun cocktails to go with current movies--we go here often.

Great chance to grab a pizza before the show! Zaffiro's has excellent thin crust pizza and is so convenient for pre-movie dinner.

Service was attentive, friendly, and timely. We're missing the salmon that used to be on the menu. The pizza and kitchen sink salad was delicious.

We had been to Zaffiros before and had great food and great service. We were excited to start our evening there and were sadly disappointed when the food was subpar and the service albeit not the servers fault was less than what we expected. It was evident that the was a staffing shortage and we could empathize but when we approached the server about the Zaffiros signature potato chips she said, "I am trying to talk the kitchen into making more." It was 6:00 PM should have been a no-brainer. We ordered spinach dip that lacked flavor with very garlic toasts, the micro greens were not dressed and a Caesar salad that arrived early even though our request was both items to be delivered at the same time. The salad did not come with the greens we expected, it was iceberg lettuce and just tasted lousy. I am very disappointed with Zaffiros this time.

Have reviewed this restaurant before. A few years back they must have changed their pizza recipe because it's not the same as when they first opened up. They are now serving a much lower quality pizza. Crust is different, toppings are different. Not worth the money. Also the desserts have changed also since opening, it was a big mistake to change the dessert menu. I don't think I'll go back.
