Za Za's Clarendon Hills
One of our favorites! Food is amazing and service and decor is awesome. Come hungry because the portions are generous!Hidden gem. So good!
Great food. Average service.
Noise level very high. Air condition vent right over our table we froze while eating dinner.
Have been going to this restaurant for over 10 years. Love it
Always good food at ZaZa’s. They get very busy and it can be loud but worth the trip. It is not that big so reservations are important.
We had reservations on a Saturday night for three st 7:30. Our wait was less than 5 minutes on a super crowded evening. Food was superb as was our hostess, waitress and bus boy. Our only complaint was there was no parking and we had to park next door at Standard Market.
The food was excellent as usual! We love the ambience and menu selections. Unfortunately, service was just a little bit off this visit. But will be back.
We love coming to ZaZa's. We especially like Bobbie our waiter. He is always good, attentive and he attended to my cousin who had a scooter. Thanks for your consideration. It was a family get together and we all had a nice time.
we have gone to Za Za's many times and have never been disappointed. Definitely one of our favorite Italian Restaraunt
The food is terrific. Both my husband and I are of Italian ancestry and agree that the food is terrific.
Service was great as always. Dine here frequently. Food is always delicious.
It was our first time to Za Za's. It's a pretty small place; I was glad we made a reservation. The food was excellent and the service very good.
The food is always great. This is our go-to restaurant
Good food. Service was slow. Our waitress went MIA for awhile. Overall the food was great. Will go back
The white fish was exceptional! Very limited space with tables so close. Had to ask a man to scoot in a little to get through the aisle.
Always great food and service a hidden gem
We always have great servers but not on our last visit . Not good at all .
Always great food once you can get seated. We always have reservations and always wait 20-25 mins to get seated. Someone needs to manage reservations and table seating times better. There is also no waiting area so your bunched up at the front door. You just need to get in when your reservation time is set
Always WONDERFUL food. Fresh fish and outstanding Italian dishes.
Food was really bland. White sauce was bland; red sauce was no bland. And pretty thin. It’s usually a nice rich sauce.
Wonderful Italian food with just the right amount of flair and ingenuity. Service outstanding. Can get ctowded and a bit noisy on weekends but not an issue during the week.
Best Nana's gravy and whitefish anywhere! Service a little slow on Monday. I think either the kitchen was short or the number of servers.
We love the place - food, service and drinks are great.
Wonderful intimate white-table cloth Italian restaurant. Great for a couple's dinner or dinner out with friends. We shared a Za Za's salad (loaded!), sausage & peppers and the grouper. Hard to find fish this fresh in the Midwest but they managed just fine. Everything was excellent.
The white fish is special.
We had very good service, and the food was also very good. I would only say that the $34 for Frutte De Mare was definitely over price for what you got, and the $41 also a little pricey.. Overall it was a nice and I would recommend it.
We rurn time and time again to ZaZa's for the whitefish...it is exceptional! Other menu items are quite good but this is our favorite. Wine is well priced and we have always had friendly, attentive-but-non-intrusive servers. We'll be back!
The white fish was the absolutely delicious. The specials were varied for all tastes. Drinks were perfect. A wonderful dining experience for a Thursday night. Not overly crowded. Noise level is slightly hard for conversation.
Great meal and terrific service.
The veal and whitefish are outstanding
Really great evening with my wife, started with the scallops appetizer and they were lovely and our pasta dishes were fantastic. A nice wine list, with good choices under $50.
Everything was great.
Valentines Day dinner gone bad. Selected ZaZa because we have had good experiences there. May have been the busy day but food was terrible. My wife asked for grilled fish and it was served breaded and mushy swimming in a sauce. I order braciole and it was served refrigerator cold on the inside. Manager apologized but didn’t offer anything like a drink or to take off the meal. Finally we asked if they can take off a glass of wine and he agreed. Too bad her didn’t offer that upfront. Instead he said we ate too much of the entree’s. Well I guess we tried to deal with it but each bite got worse. I didn’t even finish one of two braciole and my wife left half her fish. We won’t go back
Mama's Sunday Gravy is my favorite food at ZaZa's. Unfortunately they didnt have it on Valentine's Day. Overall, everything on the menu is very good. We eat here whenever we are in town.
We have been coming to ZaZa's for years. The food is outstanding and so is the service!
Fantastic wait staff. Tables very close together. Ford and wine were quite good.
Always top notch service and food preparations. Each dish look delicious when delivered to the table. Many changing and interesting menu items and specials.
the Waiter was not very attentive and couldn't wait to go home. At one point, I noticed he was sitting down chatting with another employee and our table waited 10 min for our cocktails.
Best diner experience in a long time! The food and service was great!
