my daughters birthday -the food was good but our poor waitress was very forgetful-items we ordered never received-long wait to get drinks -claims she didn’t see on reservation that it was special occasion -we were charged for food we never got. this used to be a vibrant hot spot -would appear restaurant is on its way out-sad -great location
Will never return nor recommend this place. Regardless of having at least 5 tables open, we waited a good 7 mins. To be seated because they had to clean “our table”. OK.
Calamari? Ran out. Octopus? Ran out.
Let’s move on: wine glass. We were served a light pour, our server took it back and returned with the exact same glass untouched. Literally had to go to the bar ourselves, and what do you know?! They had to open a brand new bottle, so they were just too lazy to have done that initially to serve us well.
Ordered the grilled branzino, which is $34, and it was literally 2 tiny strips; the “patatas bravas” we’re TINY cubes, as tiny as a child’s nail and I am NOT exaggerating. The flavors didn’t even complement each other? Branzino, patatas bravas and feta cheese: yes, it was overall horrible.
Our waitress never even bothered asking if we wanted another drink, didn’t even come ask whether we liked our food, and didn’t even give us a chance to get desserts; she gave us the bill and called it a night on our behalf.
What an absolute waste of money and what a lack of respect for customers.
Please don’t accept reservations past 9pm, if you’re going to offer such a horrendous service, and can’t even manage your stock for a weekend.
My boyfriend loves Prime Rib from YOLO, which is only available on Fri, Sat. I love Filet!
YOLO wins every time for birthday celebrations or anniversary! Sad that we won't be visiting for awhile until their reopening. Can't wait to wine and dine soon!
Our waitress was amazing!! Super attentive and friendly. Very knowledgeable of the menu and definitely recommend great dishes. We will be coming back and hopefully have her as our waitress again.
I haven't been to my favorite lunch place for almost two years; it was as fabulous as always.
The food and drinks were good, a little over priced on the food but cocktails were solid. The unfortunate part was they had all of the doors and large windows/walls open. The humidity was horrific and each of were uncomfortable for the entire brunch.
Great food & service, but a little dark in the bar area & very LOUD overall.
We went for drinks and dessert and we’re very pleased with food and service. Highly recommend.
We had requested happy birthday and never had anything happen on it and they lost our salad and soup.
Our server Josh was amazing! Maybe some music out in the outside eating area?
The Greek chicken dish was delicious.
The martini flight was an excellent deal. The salmon was grilled nicely however it lack seasoning or flavor.
Jambalaya was delicious.
Don’t recommend the filet. Ordered medium rare. Came out medium well. Sent it back. Second steak was medium. Thin filet. Also weird seasoning on it
The artichoke was terrible. The portions were really small. Not really good value for your money
Enjoyed a delicious late lunch - our chopped salad and barbecue salmon salads were relished by us! Susana was very pleasant and attentive. Can always count on good quality and a good time at Yolo!
Brie was great!
Great food and service
We dined for Sunday brunch. Our server and drinks were amazing! Crab dip and calamari was exceptional. I ordered the steak and eggs. The has browns were a bit salty. Apart from that the ambiance was nice the weather held up and the live band was also there.
Visited for a date night with bae, we both liked it and enjoyed everything from the ambiance to the food. Will definitely visit again !
Yolo was a great nite out. The menu is very interesting and the food was perfect. Our waiter was a class act with a funny personality.
Good food…been wanting to come there for a long time now. Our server was very good and attentive. The only thing I would change is the decor. Looks pretty old in there and when I sat in the booth I literally sank in the seat.
Great place the server was also Great will try again once in Florida
I visited with my family today and found that the quality and presentation of the main dishes has dramatically decreased from when the restaurant first opened. Most everyone in my party of 6 were underwhelmed with the food.
The service and food at Yolo is always great. It is a perfect business or causal lunch spot.
Pork chop good. Prime rib very good. Sea bass out of this world!
Absolutely gorgeous, great atmosphere and delicious food. I will definitely be back.
Great service our waiter was very helpful in providing recommendations.
It was great, just wish the music was better!
I had a great experience at YOLO the food was great and the only thing wrong was my table had a small roof leak, little drops of water dripped on me and my wife a few times throughout our date night.
Yolo is a beautiful place. I took my sister and niece who visited from NY to Yolo. We all had salads. The two salads had chicken on them which were very dry and the salad was bland and tasteless. The other salad was very bland also. We added more dressing but that did not make it taste any different. I was very disappointed as this place is beautiful and the service was excellent. I will not be returning here.
Awesome food! Great service
I was drawn to this location after visiting a restaurant nearby the music really grasped my attention however of course the night we decide to come and dine outside there was no music just the traffic....Apparently speakers had blown the night before. The drinks were great however the food was okay
Food was good and always consistently. Server was very attentive even though it was very buzy.
hit or miss. the prime rib was great. the branzino was like 2 fish sticks for $39. they are “known” for their calamari; it was awful.
Lunch was great
Everything was good.
Yolo is still a beautiful restaurant with great food and service but I remember a time when the music was more live and the atmosphere was more pumping. It was a place you could go have a drink and enjoy the latest music that would make you move your feet. Do a bette job with the music next time.
