    We ordered an array of apps and mains. They really push the expensive steaks, which we passed on trying. There wasn't anything wrong with the tuna tartar, meatballs, or Mediterranean salad. They just weren't very memorable. The porkchop and two types of fish we ordered were excellent and well prepared and where the kitchen shines. Everything tasted fresh, and the additional ingredients were thoughtful. The kitchen sent a complimentary donut tower. We weren't sure about the sparkler atop the tower, but fried mini donut balls were yummy, as were the accompanying sauces. Extensive cocktail menu and bar makes great mocktails, too.

    Made a reservation weeks in advance for a birthday brunch. It was not respected - waited an hour for our table, and was told we maxed brunch time after seating. The manager did comp a few items, but refused further help. Unfortunately, won’t be back.

    We found a parking garage next to on the east side of restaurant which was very convenient. Our reservation was for 8:30 pm. We arrived at 7:45pm so they asked us to come back closer to reservation time. Not a problem since the restaurant had a DJ and the area is beautiful to walking around. At 8:15pm we were seated and right away our waiter came over and took our order. We ordered the squid appetizer which was delicious and could have feed a party of 4, also ordered the octopus appetizer which was well presented with a cover plate and when opened got a nice surprise. As a main meal we had the pork tenderloin which was very tender, juicy … delicious! - The table next to ours ordered the tomahawk steak which was beautiful presented … will order it on our next visit. We highly recommend this restaurant.

    Absolute favorite restaurant. The food is always fantastic. Joanna's service was amazing she was very happy, polite, and went above and beyond to give us the best experience. Can't wait to return. Highly recommend checking out YOLO to anyone in Fort Lauderdale.

    Food was great! We had the burger and salmon tacos, both excellent and prepared perfectly. We had calamari appetizer, very tasty. This was a birthday lunch, place is elegant and service was excellent. Would come back.

    Very odd experience seeing so many great reviews on social media I feel like we were robbed. Yolo has an amazing concept, the restaurant is beautiful and shout out to our server Kyle he was amazing, very attentive, very knowledgeable, very personable 10/10 experience from him, but the food was lacking in so many areas. The tuna tartare was sooo salty and the chips were so thin and greasy and the monkey bread was just okay the tomato sauce on top was so acidic. Our main course was good but also again just lacking flavor. Our dessert banana foster tasted like nothing. We ate everything because we were starving and never have any intention of sending food back or getting anything for free but wow i would give food experience 2 stars. The only food item that was on point was the Kale Caesar. We never even saw a manager go by to any table just to check in and say hello when all we wanted was to give credit to our amazing server. This restaurant has so much potential but the kitchen needs serious help. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

    It was our first time here and it didn't disappoint at all. It came highly recommended. Jimmy C was our server and he was the best. All of his recommendations were excellent. Loved the NO SLEEP ESPRESSO MARTINIS and the steak.

    Absolutely phenomenal. Our waiter Sean took care of us. We mentioned it was our anniversary and they went the extra mile to make us feel welcomed and to make it a special night. The the potatoe appetizer is to die for. The fish is absolutely tremendous. Most of all, the warmth and hospitality is second to none. Five stars through and through, two thumbs up!!!

    The restaurant is very well appointed, and our waiter was very nice, however, there was a major issue with the food.  I have an extremely bad allergy to sesame, and despite me telling the waiter numerous times to make sure nothing I ordered had sesame, one of our dishes had sesame oil. I couldn’t tell until it was too late. I ended up in the hospital that night being treated for anaphylactic shock. The waiter said he added the sesame allergy to our order ticket, but clearly whoever prepared our food didn’t pay attention. This is a very dangerous thing to miss

    Loved the ambiance (especially the design of the plates and platters 😄). Service was excellent. The restaurant was busy but quiet. The bar was boisterous. I would recommend.

    We ended up staying at the bar, because stars was so good! Great hh! The grilled trout, creamed spinach and truffle gratin was delicious. The branzino had too much sauce for my liking—but that’s just preference. Fun place!

    Had a business lunch. We each ordered the Mahi Mahi entree special. It was VERY good. We each ordered a side of grilled Asparagus and it was two large portions and too much. The waiter may have told us that the sides could be shared. They also did not have any seasoning and were bland and basic. Wine list was nice as we each order multiple glasses of various whites. The Service was attentive, almost too much. I am not sure why a waiter makes a lap and asks you how it tastes when you haven't even tried it yet. It was borderline annoying when having a business dialog. If we need you, we know how to track you down if you're close by. I would recommend YOLO.

    The appetizers where nothing special. spicy shrimp good with soggy chips. Artichokes had hardly any substance to them. A can of beer was delivered with a glass to the table. Not opened for me. lol Then the second beer was obviously dropped because when they opened it table side it was all foam. sent back the artichokes. The main course dinners were at least tasty. Our guests were the best part. Would not go back unless for bar food and drinks outside.

    Very busy on a Saturday night as expected - servers can’t really keep up. The food was average, I had the Branzino and the fish itself was hot and great, but the vegetables they were served with were so cold. Mashed potato side was excellent.  Creamed spinach was runny and cold. Loud music and a lot of activity - probably better to sit bar side with a couple of appetizers and eat dinner somewhere else.

    They rush courses. Entree’s came out while apps were still half full on the table. Stop trying to rush to flip tables. People will spend more at the table when they can enjoy it.

    We went a bit early, so the restaurant wasn't busy yet, but the bar was hopping. Service was great. Sean was upbeat and professional. The smoked octopus appetizer was amazing. I had the dry aged cowboy ribeye, and the wife had the branzino. Both were very flavorful. The steak was nice and charred but med rare. Love it. We will be back for sure. Thanks YOLO!

    Absolutely amazing tomahawk steak , the presentation was just as amazing as the actual quality of the food. Tuna tartar was not the best and the pull apart bread had no Zataar on it but quality was great

    YOLO is a Ft. Lauderdale business meeting staple. All of the movers and shakers of the city go there for lunch due to the quality food and the ambiance for allowing for private and intimate business dining. The food is excellent and very consistent. Service is always great and ambiance is perfect.
