YOLO Restaurant & Lounge
Dinner 4pm-10pm Daily
Went with wife had a blast the food was great drink were amazing after dinner we ended up at the bar with friends and the owner was very friendly.
Wonderful menu/fabulous server/delicious meal
There were four of us. Food was disappointing for two of us, who had the same meal. The other meals were good but not exceptional.
Great food! Went for brunch before the Bills game! Will be back soon!
Consistent great food . Upscale and current . I always recommend this restaurant to our out of town friends and they give it a thumbs up !
Very very good food and service.
Unfortunately, this is the very first thing we see as we approached the front entrance to the restaurant.
Great food as always and excellent service
Rom beginning to end our experience in this local restaurant was perfect. The drink recommendation was right on. The food was prepared to our liking, seasoned perfectly. And of course, dessert was worth every calorie.
One of our favorite restaurants. This evening we ordered appetizers to sample the chef's creativity. Do not miss the Mediterranean Platter, the Calamari and Meat Lover's Flatbread. Service was attentive and noise level allowed conversation. Highly recommended since we have had entrees in the past.
Our Book Club met at Yolo's for dinner, so you had five hungry ladies with different tastes/orders. We were able to sit outside on a beautiful summer evening. Our server was so attentive and patient; he answered all of our questions and checked in periodically. The food was excellent! We were all very happy with our choices: Cobb Salad, Apricot Orange Chicken Skewers, Stuffed Myshrooms, two different pork plates, and a Salmon special. No one was disappointed; we would definitely go back!
We love YOLOs!!! The food is great and the prices are reasonable. Justin and his stafff are friendly and accommodating! You have to try the specials!!
We went there for Father's Day brunch. Hostess was friendly and seated us promptly at the reserved time. The restaurant was NOT crowded. There was one large table with children and maybe three other 4 tops near us. We placed drink orders and they were served promptly and were good. The food, however, took WAY too long. The server apologized and said it was because of the large party in the other room (there were maybe 8-10 people). My Mother and I ordered eggs benedict with crab cakes. The crab cakes weren't edible as they were so salty it was hard to enjoy even a little bite. There was no discernable crab in them which would justify the $4.50 upcharge! When I told the server she said "sorry" and she would tell the chef. I think the appropriate thing to do would be to remove the upcharge since we couldn't eat them. So for over 18$ we had eggs benedict...that were fair at best. My Father enjoyed his steak and eggs and my brother in law enjoyed his steak sandwich.
This is my go-to restaurant for wonderful food, great quality and nice service. Food is always of the highest quality and perfectly prepared. Menu has enough variety for everyone. Highly recommended.
Delicious as always! Wonderful service all around Accommodated our gluten free requests easily.
Great food, great service and delicious chocolate martinis!!
A group of friends who hadn’t seen each other for a few years got together for dinner here. We had a great time! Our waiter was kind and patient with us - we took forever ordering because we couldn’t stop talking. We arrived at 6 and stayed until closing. The staff was very accommodating to us. We will definitely return!
First time there and pleasantly surprised by the varied menu. Arancini appetizer was very good and both entrees, scallops over rice or risotto and my pork chop with peaches and walnuts were well prepared. To be real picky the dishes were not real hot when served but not too cool.. I will definitely return
Sat on the Patio. It was awesome!
Food was very good , mine could have been warmer though ! A little loud for 4 people trying to carry on conversation but overall a good experience. There was an additional charge because I did not want potatoes & wanted green beans.Thought that was not necessary .
Great food and excellent service . I have been numerous times and have never had a bad meal.
The food was outstanding as usual and service was great
We've been dining here pretty regularly for several years and continue to enjoy it. The owner is usually there and is very personable. The food is always delicious whether for lunch, dinner, or brunch -- salads, banana peppers, salmon, french toast, and even the fries are excellent. (Full disclosure, though, my least favorite dish over the years is the mac 'n cheese). The "Chef's Creation" dessert for Mother's Day was Creamsicle Cake....amazing! Service is very good and prices are reasonable. I definitely recommend!
YOLO is one of our "go to" places. Love the menu, and the service is so consistent. We will continue to be regulars.
The menu choices were varied. Our food arrived and was presented beautifully. It was delicious and we will go back. Good service.
My friends and I all enjoyed our first visit to YOLO during restaurant week. The coconut shrimp appetizer was not deep fried or overly sweet. They had a light coconut flavor and were perfectly cooked. All 3 entrees (chicken, steak, salmon) were delicious with different, interesting flavor combinations. Our server told us he had been there since the restaurant opened. That is also a good sign when a business retains their great, professional employees.
We all agreed that we would like to go back to try more cocktails and great food.
My first time there!
Great atmosphere , excellent presentation and food quality ~steak was cooked to perfection. Terrific customer service, nice to see owner presence with the customers as well!
Highly recommend !
Restaurant week options were very good. Good food and good value.
Excellent food, service and interior. Owner always makes a point to come over to make sure you are happy. He runs a great restaurant.
This week is restaurant week, and even though their are alot if good deals out there. I really feel restaurants focus more on getting people into their restaurants, than preparing a great meal. YOLO does restaurant week right.
The prosciutto salad was very good..it's always good to have a salad with fresh ingredients.
The cilantro salmon was good as well. Loved the seasonings of the fish, but I feel the chili lime rice did not match with it well. The rice tasted to much like a jambalaya rice.
The encrusted Sirloin filet, was a very well presented and tasting dish.
As for cocktails, the St Patrick's was very good. They were so good I had 3 of them.
I will be bringing my wife back here again and again.
Service was immaculate and the originally of the appetizers and entress as well as their flavor was magnificent
Yolo always has wonderful food -great recipes using the finest ingredients. Never disappoints!
Lovely Easter dinner choice! Excellent food, service and ambiance. Drinks were excellent too!
Awesome place ! Great atmosphere and delicious food , wonderful service. Had a delicious raspberry martini at the bar before dinner. Feel like you are in NYC.
Food was good. Service was great. Interior environment and ambiance left a lot to be desired.
One of the best eats I’ve had in Buffalo. It’s a must try. Seems a little pricey until you taste the food and experience the place. Then it’s a must go back. Great little find
We enjoyed our dinner. Ample drink and food options on the menu. Food was very good, the service was great. Casual, yet fancy. Will return.
The decor is beautiful, the menu had a very good amount of variety and options and the drinks were good. The waitress was fine but not superb, we had to ask for refills and had to get her attention a few times. The food was good and everyone in my party was ultimately satisfied
Not bad - not great. Food was good, ambience good, prices were moderate. Nothing stood out as great however. It was not too noisy, so it was easy to carry on conversation, but the room was only about 60% full (on a Saturday night). The lower noise level was helped by the bar being separate of the dining area.
Loved the service and the wine. The food was quite good. Partner had the Sesame Ahi Tuna, she loved it. I had the Peach Walnut Pork Chop - the glaze was far too sweet and they put too much of the glaze on the plate - but the pork chop itself was delicious. I would eat it again but would ask for about 1/3 of the glaze. I would happily recommend Yolo to friends looking for good food and great service.
Dinner was delicious. Love the fresh baked bread and new menu items.
Best vodka martini - always.
Friendly and cordial staff - always.
Our ‘go to’ spot!
