crispy Louisiana oysters, shredded iceberg lettuce, purple onion, bleu cheese oil
Atmosphere is unique and very representative of the city's uniqueness. Menu and drink options offer a wide range. Our redfish special was superb! The bar area seems to be a lively and very popular spot.
Wonderful food and awesome wait staff! Loved our experience!
Excellent server and food!
Great sazerac and oyster and blue cheese appetizer!
Good food, great atmosphere. Start the night at college inn then walk over to rock n bowl for an even better time.
As always the food was delicious and the service beyond compare! We have never had a less than incredible waiter!
Went to the ye old college in when I was a young kid. This was my second time back in about 40 years, my wife and I totally love the place love the ambience and definitely the food is wonderful.
Fabulous! Great staff and service, food, and atmosphere!
It was fantastic as always. It’s one of our favorite places in New Orleans it’s a wonderful place for a special occasion or just looking for a great meal for a Friday night at a reasonable price. Turkey and andouille gumbo was amazing and I get the veal every single time.
a great new orleans experience on beautiful carrolton avenue
Drove thru three states to share dinner with a family know well. I was greeted and served by a waiter named Alex, his knowledge of the history, and preparation of each menu item created curious visual in my mind’sEye. This made to experience even more exciting.
Excellent service as well as Excellent food. The seafood gumbo was the best I had at a restaurant. The beef brisket was delicious as well.
We love this place. We sit in the bar area, next to the window, and dine. Food is always great. Service excellent. A quaint and comforting atmosphere. Always look forward to going.
Great all around!! Food and service fantastic!!
Excellent New Year’s Eve dining experience! Second time dining at this establishment, and we will definitely be returning again. This restaurant has wonderful service and food, is obviously managed well, and seems to be a local favorite.
Best oysters and onion rings in town reasonably priced
Food was amazing as were the cocktails. Service was great!! We will be back!
Visiting with friends. We come back here every time we love it so much. Great food. Great service and great ambiance. It’s a must visit.
Having lived in New Orleans for years and years, I’m embarrassed to admit that I’ve never dined here until tonight. WE WILL BE BACK! Colin was a wonderful server that was attentive and courteous. We started with a wedge salad, then went onto the macaroni with crab and truffle and finished with the fresh catch (sheepshead). Actually, no! We finished with the custard that they have been making since 1933. Cannot say enough about the ambience and character of the restaurant. Love. Love. Love.
Jimmy was so much fun and so happy and personable!!!
Mike the bartender was gregarious and friendly. Food was outstanding.
This was a real treat. Not a typical “tourist” restaurant in Nola but a real locals place. Food was outstanding and our waiters’ suggestions were on point. Would absolutely go again on a return visit
Excellent service and waiter was very attentive ! The food was excellent and served in a timely manner.
Jimmy is a wonderful waiter. We always try to get him. Food is always great.
It was a little pricy- but very well worth it!!!
Great service and sooo delicious.
Christmas is all over the place so it got us in the spirit
Nothing to say. Glad to be back in the dining room, and everything was WONDERFUL
The food was not just good, it was spectacular. I grew up going to this restaurant, and now that I’m an adult, I don’t think you can find better southern creole dishes. I had the trout on crawfish Monica with jumbo shrimp and crabmeat on top. Service was really on top if it and knowledgeable. Perfect night!
Everything Everyone was great
Wife and I went on dinner date.
Server forgot our appetizers. The Caesar salad was not chopped with too much dressing. Other entrees were average.
A date with my wife . Love Ye Olde College Inn .
Best old fashions in New Orleans .
Food always great .
The service and especially the food was excellent. There was a great holiday atmosphere in the restaurant. Will definitely be going back sooner rather than later.
We always love this place- food is top notch!
The special appetizer of brrf debris and house made chips was excellent. Desserts were off the charts good...
We had a wonderful time! The waitstaff is always helpful and it’s like a family gathering with all the friends you may see, or new ones you may meet! And when you go, make sure to always read “Food for Thought” at the bottom of the daily specials menu! If you haven’t been, GO! If you are thinking of going, GO!
It was great!! We will be back for sure….
Fantastic meal in their "Exile" location. Bravo to YOCI for pulling off such good food and service, under difficult circumstances. Can't wait to get back to familiar digs soon.
Great bread pudding & drinks! Thank you to the staff & waiter’s.
We ate in the temporary location. The size of the space is good but parking wasn’t good. We had to park on Earhart and walk all of the way around the corner to get to the building. That’s the biggest complaint we had. Food was good. Service was good.
Food was not up to previous standards
