Yard House - Seattle
Book your next event with us
This was my first time visiting yard house and i feel its a lovely place n the food was awesome and also would like to go there again.
the only best part was when we got there at 11:41 we were seated at our table right away. and that's it.
Stopped here for a quick bite before a show at the Paramount. The restaurant was a bit chilly for me and my young daughter but we were there about an hour past opening time - maybe it needed some time to warm up. Overall the food was decent. My chicken cobb salad was the "smaller" portion but I think it should've been called the "right size" portion. I don't even want to know how big the larger one was! My husband got the turkey club and didn't have any complaints, only to comment how it was slightly difficult to get a portion of the sandwich off the long skewer used to hold two quarter pieces together. My kids each had a burger but wowzers was it a BIG kids burger! They are 8 and 3yo and could've split the entree between them. Something to keep in mind. The fries were tasty and salty enough to want more. Overall a good meal and I love that they put the calorie counts on the menu - kept myself in check!
The food was excellent, the service could have been a little faster or more attentive at lunch hour. It was a birthday celebration stated in the reservation, and they forgot to come check about that or mention it. Our fried chicken was good and the leftovers were handled nicely. Very quiet at lunch time. Price seemed a little high. Overall a nice lunch.
Fantastic! Chips were cold but immediately replaced other than that can't fault at all
We travel up to Seattle mainly for the Poke nachos and of course the beer selection on tap. They are worth the drive! And the staff at the Yard house are very friendly and attentive.
Yard House has an exciting menu with many options and flavors that exceed my expectations for a sports bar/pub-style restaurant. I'll definitely return.
Food was good. It was busy and they did a good job.
Comfort food central. Good portions and plenty of choices on the menu. Not for eating super light, but if you just eat the small plates perhaps that will keep you from over indulging. Good taste on the wings and sauces, good lamb burgers, and good variety of beer on tap. Easy comfort food.
Table was available at the time of my reservation. Friendly staff sat me immediately. Waiter was helpful with beer selection.
Three of the six orders were wrong, food was meh and portions were small for 14 bucks a pop. Wouldn't go back.
Love, Katie and the team! You have the best team members and an excellent menu!
Great time and great food , fun environment I would definitely go back
Nice inner city Brew pub from a national chain. Food was good for lunch, service was very good
Slow service during lunch on a Tuesday but otherwise we had a great meal. Food was delicious and for Seattle the prices were as expected.
Good central location in downtown Seattle. Had lunch with friends. Varied menu with lots to choose from.
Serving were large. Salad and salmon dishes were fine, but the shrimp pasta with the vodka sauce had very little flavor.
Good balance between background music and being able to have a conversation. Multiple TV’s allowed for live game viewing. Food was great and abundant.
The parmesan crusted pork loin is delicious. Unfortunately the Seattle restaurant lacks the large enjoyable outdoor patio space you will find at the Miami Beach Yard House restaurant.
Noisy! Loud! But service was terrific, food was pretty good, and happy hour was a good deal, so if you’re looking for someplace lively, this could fill the bill.
Great spot to stop by before the Mariners game or any sporting event!
It was great!
Always great service and delicious food! Love Yard House for lunches and birthdays!
Three of us met here for dinner before a concert at Benaroya Hall. The location is very convenient, the prices are reasonable, the food was very tasty and the service was excellent.
Perfessional wait staff, the manager even took note I wanted to see the basketball game. Changed the channel of the TV closest to me.
Always enjoy our dinners at Yardhouse. Great beer selection and good atmosphere.
Amazing! Great Service and awesome food
We were visiting Seattle looking for a restaurant that could accommodate a family of four diverse taste. The food was excellent and the wait staff was great.
It was way too loud, my friend got a sore throat from having to almost yell. Food is good and it seems to be a popular place, but too noisy for us to return.
After bar happy hour & early lunch good. Bartenders are high quality, if you come by regularly most of them actually make the effort to get to know you, which is nice. Too loud to have a lot of conversation w/out shouting. Good screens with a view from most seats (both a plus & a minus depending on what you want out of your bar.) Usually a variety or sport too, not every channel on the same game, which is nice.
Not a foodie place, but totally reliable quality every single time. Great beer selection and the cocktails are ok, but nothing special. Again consistency, you always know what you're going to get.
Had a reservation and were seated immediately. I'm not really sure you need one as this place is huge. Very attentive and friendly staff, had one minor food issue which was corrected immediately and without any fuss which is greatly appreciated. Only disappointment was the Lobster and crab dip which amounted to about a single spoonful of overcooked almost burnt paste served with pita and chips, that was sad, everything else was great. Enough beers on tap to please everyone. Highly recommended the Black Truffle Burger and the Lobster Garlic Noodles.
Hostess tried to put our group of 6 in booth, I requested a table as we all had coats, kids were going to want to get out to the bathroom (as was I), etc. Our preference was a table. Hostess refused, said it was their policy not to put two tables together for groups our size. I replied that that was not true, because we'd been there a month ago and they had done it. I complained to the server, who fixed it, and moved us to a table. But that started us out on a poor note. Server comped us a dessert for the hassle. In fact, the server was great. On top of things, and very friendly. Unfortunately, IMHO, their food is just meh. I had the BBQ bacon cheeseburger and it was only ok. The kids didn't even eat their dessert because it wasn't good. So, all in all, I probably won't be back.
In the past, this place has been very noisy, but this visit that was not the case. It was great and had fun. Will for sure go again .
Food was great, drinks were great, service was so slow it was crazy. We had extra people show up to the dinner and they were great accommodating that! After that we sat for about an hour before our orders were taken. A party about the same size as ours showed up a little after we did and got food before us! So would I go again, yeah and maybe sit at the bar?
Really liked the place and it can be a great hangout for friend groups. Enjoyed the food and beer. Great service for such a huge place. Liked the bar in the middle. Noise levels are a bit on the high end but I think that is what you can expect from a vibrant bar scene like this :-) Overall, I would recommend this place to all those who like some great food and drinks and hangout with their friends.
one of the better burgers ive had in downtown seattle!
Was excited to try this place out. Over 100 beers on tap? Sign me up. However when we sat down in a VERY crowded restaurant and our server finally came to take our drink order, I was informed that out of the first 5 beers I chose they were out of. 5 different beers, none of them available. Why have them on the menu? I was told it was too expensive to import the Belgian beer...ok...
Food was ok, mainstream style but I expected that. However their menu can be a little vague when it comes to how items are cooked. If its fried at least state that on the menu.
Lots of TVs for sporting events.
Ahi tuna salad was good. Ordered small version and it was large. Vampire taco was interesting but has a lot going on. It’s a fun atmosphere and located in a good spot downtown. Close to a lot. Service was excellent.
Server was great! Food was great! I love this place!
Yard House has an extensive menu; we'll have to keep going back to try new things. It's not the place to go if you want a quiet, romantic dinner (it's a lively place), but the servers are attentive and the food is tasty.
