Always great! We eat here 2-3 times a month since they opened. Food and service are excellent!
Yao Fuzi is consistently delicious!! I highly recommend it for a nice dinner to enjoy with friends.
We had such a wonderful dinner. We were celebrating our son’s birthday.
Was seated but waiter never came to table, had to ask someone for waiter. Food ok. Crab wontons had little or no crab.
Went with family.. service was slow...unusual .
We come to this restaurant about once a week. The food is always good and the service is fantastic!
Great evening with friends! Food was excellent, service was professional, and atmosphere was great!
It is my absolute favorite place. I drive 4 hours to eat the soup dumplings. Chris Yao has a real gem here. Love love love it!
Food was amazing, service excellent!
The food was excellent, served very hot and the pacing of the meal was right on the mark.
One of our all-time favorites.... and we are particular!
Awesome place! We love the food and the service is excellent! Great people that work there and a great place to eat!
Our whole family loves this place!
Had a table reservation for 3 @ 7-15 Saturday evening and arrived on time. Waited 35 minutes to be seated, after having been told on 3 occasions that we were next to be seated. Ended up sitting in the middle of the restaurant at a table using two two seater tables joined together. Food was not up to the usual standard and the ambiance was poor. Allin all not a good experience. We have been dining at this restaurant for many years and this has been our worst experience by far. Not likely to return for a while.
Valentine's Day dinner
This was a great place for my bday dinner. Food was delicious, and service was great! Since it was Valentine’s Day the ladies were given a rose which was nice. I gave service 4 stars ONLY because we felt rushed at the end. The waiter asked if we would like dessert but didn’t wait for our answer but went and got our check. But it was Valentine’s Day and it was getting busy so I understood needing our table!
I will go back and I highly recommend it to others!
Food was great.
There was no wait. Cold day restaurant was warm and cozy.
Great food and a beautiful restaurant. We had a small "private" area near the bar which was great for a small party of 4
Had several people waiting on us, don’t know why, but made for interesting ordering and delivery of food. Still great food.
The food was good but nothing really stood out as superb. The sides that were ordered had no seasoning at all. The wait staff was adequate. Also I was a bit underwhelmed with the failure to recognize our wedding anniversary even though it was mentioned on the reservation. At the price point of this restaurant, I expected better. For these reasons I could not recommend this restaurant at this time
Overall food was good. Would not recommend the dumplings...they were mushy and couldn’t figure out if they were dumplings or wontons. Good shrimp in lobster sauce and scallion pancake.
Always consistently good!
The food was excellent, as always. The service was too rushed. I was still having my soup when the waitress was standing there waiting for our entrée order.
Excellent food and service! Great wine list
Always a great dinner experience! We had crispy spring rolls, the Hunan beef and hot sake!! Yummy to the max! Already made reservations for valentines dinner
Used to be a frequent patron. Food was very good. This time, not nearly as good. Even the dishes that we could always count on were sub-par. So much of a degradation that not likely to go back. Not one person in our party of five enjoyed the meal. We had talked up and bragged on the restaurant to the two new-comers in our party, then felt bad afterwards. The Service, on the other hand, was good and atmosphere was ok. But they don’t make up for the marginal food quality. Hate writing negative reviews, but the group felt we needed to post.
Food and service is reliably good. Overall one of our favorite spots.
Mediocre service, fast and friendly but underwhelming. Mongolian beef was just alright, Thai basil chicken had great flavor but lacked substance. Overall for the money there’s just a lot better out there.
Fantastic as always
Food was wonderful. Service person kind of forgot about two of us. She had some big tables she was working but overall good experience
We dine here about 6 times a year and EVERY New Years Eve for the past 8 years and we are NEVER disappointed.
This is our favorite Chinese restaurant in the area! The service is always fabulous and the food does not ever disappoint. They have a very extensive wine menu which is a bonus. Our go to dishes are the chili flounder and the chicken lo mein. The fried rice is excellent.
disappointed with our experience - service lacking in customer attention - large pieces of beef in dishes made it impossible to use chopsticks- very unlike our many previous dining experiences both at lunch and dinner - will not hurry to return
The only thing we thought we were disappointed with was that they were out of the flat noodles but the waitress suggested the Singapore noodles that was amazing. Every morsel was excellent & the service was second to none. Can’t wait to go back
Normally we adore the food here but in this particular night the crispy beef just wasn’t good. Kind of burnt and too chewy. I could not find a good bite that tasted like it usually does. Had brought family from out of town so we were very disappointed. Plus we had a vegan with us and our server was not too knowledgeable on the dishes he could eat. His result was also less than desirable. However the soup dumplings were as amazing as always so that was good!
Best Chinese food in DFW.
We had a wonderful meal there with our friends. This is our go to place.
Excellent food each time and so many wonderful items to choose from.
