Yama Sushi
Ordered salad, it never came, was charged. Was with friends.
The piano player may have been the best I have ever encountered. Really made for a pleasant evening.
It was good, however basic sushi rolls were missing. They had fancy ones, and it would have been nice to see basics with those as well.
Super friendly staff and amazing food, great sushi. Also super friendly to the kids, loved it. Definitely top place in Utah!
If you want to have a very quiet evening in a hotel environment this would be the place to go, however if you want a great Japanese restaurant with more atmosphere then go to Yuki Yama on Main Street.
Unbelievable views and a piano player that is world class. I would go back just for his talent. The fish was okay for the prices but it's a land locked state...
We actually are here twice while on ski vacation. The sushi is super fresh. It is not much a of scene very quiet but was great for my husband and I.
The sushi was delicious! The presentation if the specialty rolls was beautiful. Happy to have excellent sushi available at Montage!
Eric the sushi chef was amazing! I loved every bite
Menu changed from last year; sushi limited; service fine, but food 180 off from year ago. Loved it, but no more
Best sushi in Park City.
Fresh and simple...well thought out
Absolutely first class all the way! Excellent service, unique, eclectic food, spectacular setting. At bit noisy when we arrived, but understandable for a ski destination in winter. Our waiter was fabulous and very kind to not charge us for our last sushi roll because it took a bit long to make. Would absolutely do this again.
The restaurant seems like an afterthought. There was no signage and the seating was sparse. The "sushi bar" was not traditional, because you couldn't see the food being made or the sushi chef. The menu was more appetizer driven and they only had the basics when it came to sushi. We went to the Montage hoping for an Omakase, but they didn't have that on the menu. The service was pretty good, but we had to keep serving ourselves sake. We won't go again.
