In NY, there is a growing number of Yakitori places; however, only Torishin stays true to the traditional art form. Torishin offers over 40 unique chicken skewers utilizing matured, organic chickens and special Bincho-tan charcoal, while offering a fine selection of sake and shochu.
Torishin is also directly linked to a highly successful yakitoriya in Tokyo, Japan. Our dream is to share this Tokyo experience with others. Our mission is to promote the most authentic yakitori experience, using the highest quality ingredients and the highest level of service, hence the name Torishin - "True Chicken."
