Third time there this seaso . Each visit has been very good. All in our pry you enjoyed the meal and all would return.
If I had a negative comment, it would only be to turn the music down a bit, and maybe a softer type of music.
Great restaurant, will definitely return when back in the fall.
Our server, Chris, was excellent. He recommended a few specials which were very good.
He was attentive coming over several times to see how our meals were & bringing over additional water.
Crowded...waiter not attentive...food rushed out as if they wanted to turn table quickly
Lovely restaurant! Good service by Chris and delicious food! "Specials" are a bit pricey! It's nice to sit outside on the side patio and people watch while enjoying the evening. Right next door to Sugden Theater if your going to a play afterwards
Food and service were just ok.
We have been several times we love it.
Waiting until into April to go back, not so many people.
The valet parking downtown is awesome, would not frequent as much without it.
We just had a simple date night and choose Yabbas.
Have dined there many times over the past three years and have always loved it for the food and value. This time the menu items have changed (been removed) and what I had to eat in the past was not as good or as large and the price increased 30%.
Good restaurant and service. Food was good, not unbelievable, but was a good deal. Would go again with kids. Waitstaff was excellent.
Since we had a large group of 9 girls of all ages, I thought Yabba Island Grille was the best pick for showing off downtown Naples. I had also listed on Open Table that we were celebrating a birthday & the waitress remembered & even brought out a birthday dessert and sang happy birthday. Nice surprise. We all had something different & everyone enjoyed their meal.
Thank you Yabba! We are already recommending your restaurant! The early-bird dinner & special on a bottle of wine made for a very affordable dinner, and a VERY delicious dinner!!
We'll be back!!
It's hard to explain how awful this restaurant was. To briefly summarize, the food was terrible.
We had a great meal. Our group included a 6 year-old and a person requiring a gluten-free menu. My husband was disappointed in his meal. He thought he ordered blackened grouper and it came deep-fried, Not sure if he misread the menu or it wasn't clearly represented. My rasta pasta was fantastic. We wished we had asked for an outside table. Their area is away from the traffic
We have been coming to Yabba's for over 15 years and the updates to the decor a few years ago are great but the recent menu updates took away some favorites and limited the choices. The food was all good and the appetizers were good but some favorites were missing. Fast service and it was nice to be able to sit outside on a pretty evening. We will come back but hope they bring back a larger menu and have more local fresh fish choices.
Loved it! Delicious & comfortable- great people watching right on 5th!
Host and hostess very accommodating
Server was not the best -
Took a long time to get our food
Not nearly as good as your sister resturant, Pazzo
Kathy at front of house very accommodating.
Waitress a a bit distracted
Great food and ambiance. Would recommend highly.
Wonderful happy hour menu
The service for 4 was very good and most of the food was very good, but the medallions of beef were very small and they were chewy so I suspect they were not tenderloin. If they were tenderloin then they cut one piece into quarters and gave me 3/4. The spicy seafood topping on the beef was very good. My dish was accompanied with lots of vegetables so I did not leave hungry. I would go back again.
Very enjoyable and relaxed. Very efficient young female waitress. Food was very good.
Perfect meal before the show at Sudgen Theater; surprisingly delicious sushi, would definitely order again. Wish the server or hostess had told us about happy hour; we had no clue until the check came and the second round of drinks was more expensive than the first round - would have ordered the second round earlier. Will know for next time, because there definitely will be a next time. Enjoyed the food, atmosphere, and service.
We love Yabba’s, get an outdoor table if you can.
Family dinner on our vacation to Naples. The service was terrible and the food was incredibly overpriced. In addition I left an expensive pair of sunglasses in the booth. When I called to see if they were found I was told to come in and look through the lost and found because so many sunglasses were left there daily. Upon returning to the restaurant, the lost and found had a total of six pairs of glasses. Far too many for the hostess to look through on the phone apparently. Nevertheless my glasses were not there. Save yourself the time, money and frustration by going some place else!
We enjoyed our evening but felt rushed to order. 2 of our dinners were incorrect and one came with all the sides that were specifically asked to be excluded. The manager came over even though we did not complain and removed 2 meals from our bill. Nice touch.
I would not recommend this restaurant. It took 3 tries to get my entree correct and then it was room temp.
We were seated in the front of the restaurant. Do not sit in the front of the restaurant. You are completely disconnected from the true ambiance of the rest of the restaurant.
The gulf oysters were not good. They were very small and not shucked properly. If the manager is reading this, please properly train the kitchen staff that shuck your oysters.
Our entrees were served while we were still eating our appetizers. This makes we want to walk out of the restaurant on the spot and tell them to charge the bill to the smug waiter with the attitude.
The fish entrees should be 8 ounces. 6.5oz is for the birds.
After my Yabba Island dinner, I feel I received the worst experience a customer could have.
I still tipped 20% because karma is not worth it.
Knowledgeable waiter. Provided me with excellent gluten free options
The meal was very good. Would recommend. Really enjoyed the Mahi Mac; would love the veggies without the potatoes. Fried green bean appetizer was delish.
Waitress was not very good and a bit rude. Heard tables around us complaining as we were sitting down and then the same bad service happened to us.
Our evening with old friends was quite relaxing , with great food and wine, a very attentive waitress and no attempt to push us along even though the place was very full. And with outdoor seating it was all a good choice.
Food was delicious, service was excellent & our table was great. We sat outside & it was a lovely night for people watching.
The salmon was the best I’ve had.
I highly recommend it.
Celebrated a birthday, ate outside on a beautiful evening—good, atmosphere, service and price were all great. Definitely will be back!
Everything was perfect
Had a wonderful dinner experience at Yabba. We had a delightful, helpful, fun waiter. Food was delicious.....the bread is sooooo
good with the three toppings. A great atmosphere. Have been many times and it didn’t disappoint.
Yabba does not disappoint! We were seated at a great outdoor patio location. We started with the calamari which was absolutely delicious but not really enough for 4 people. I would recommend doubling up or a separate appetizer to share.
Our table had the fresh snapper and mahi as well as a steak. Everything was very good. The steak was ordered medium rare but came out more medium well, but still tasty.
Our server, Taylor, was absolutely outstanding and very knowledgeable on the menu.
We had great service and they were extremely helpful suggesting foods for our vegan diner! Love the new wine pricing.
We enjoyed another fine meal at Yabba’s with our granddaughter. A must try, the deep fried green beans. Our waitress, Gabbie, was excellent.
We are frequent visitors in season and over the summer. We have always found Yabba a pleasant place to eat, however, our main focus has been on pre-theather dinner.
Just what we expected.
