1st going to brunch at Ya Yas and this will now be the spot we go to if we want a fantastic brunch. Been to some other brunches around the Metro area and hands down the best food and service.
Consistently wonderful. Great wines and very knowledgeable sommelier
I teally love it here. Thefood is exceptional. It is a little pricy, however it is worth it. The service is great as well. I definitely come here for my himis fix.
Perfect absolutely Perfect - one of my favorite restaurants in the world
The food at Ya Ya’s was very good and delicious!!! We’ll definitely return!!! Highly recommend the Phyllo Dough Brownie!!! It’s so yummy and delicious!!!
Love Yaya’s. The food is always good and the staff is so friendly and helpful. You never feel rushed there and can spend an entire evening just relaxing and catching up with old friends.
Excellent food, fantastic service, definitely save some room for the delicious chocolate souffle. We will definitely be back again.
We have so much fun here! We came for my birthday 2 years in a row just because the family enjoys the variety and ambiance!
The setting is very modern, attractive and comfortable. The extensive use of sound-deadening fabric on the walls and booths made the large, and fairly well populated, room nice and quiet...easy for conversation. Our request for a quiet corner was accommodated very nicely. Our server, Austin, was very courteous and attentive to our needs. However, the restaurant's system of tag-teaming the delivery of food is a bust!! Our main courses arrived when we were only 3/4 of the way through our appetizers; and we felt rushed. Apologies were offered, but this is a management failure.
Nice wine list; and several of the appetizers sounded great. We settled on the beef carpaccio (perfectly paper-thin slices of raw beef with a great aioli and capers!!) and the chicken piadini (very tasty Italian quesadilla with a little bowl of equally tasty hummus). Both were successes from our point of view. And the main courses were also very good. The Trout Amandine was butterflied and deboned, and had very delicate flavor and texture...well prepared. The Lamb Shank was a generous portion of fall-off-the-bone meat, tender and moist. The accompanying sauce was a touch too sweet for my taste, but the meat's flavor was great. The sides appeared to be a tablespoon of mashed potatoes and a few leaves of sauteed spinach, hidden under the meat!?!?! The plating could use a little more effort and imagination. Tasty, but sparse.
The Belgian Chocolate Soufflé was beautiful to look at and had a nice crust on top and along the sides of the ramekin. However, the interior was just soupy. Intense chocolate flavor, but no texture. Soufflés are very difficult to make correctly, and this one needs tweaking.
Bottom line: We know of other places that get a $200 meal done better.
Excellent food and beverages and superior service! Highly recommend
